Nobody's POV
"Agreste," Marinette muttered, defeated. "What do you want?"
"Nothing," he answered slyly, "Just wondering if the all famous Marinette is actually a-"
"YEAH I'M A JANITOR SO WHAT?!" Marinette yelled. "Does that suddenly make me a fraud? Does it make me a vulnerable, helpless, sitting duck?! Does that change your image of me?!"
Adrien blinked, stunned by her outburst. But only for a second. "Actually," he smirked cockily, advancing towards her. "It does the exact opposite." He placed a finger under her chin, bringing her eyes to his.
Marinette slapped his hands away. "Don't touch me, you stalker! What're you doing here anyway."
"Looking for a place." Adrien murmured.
"Wow...got kicked out already?" Marinette sneered.
"The opposite. I left." Adrien said bluntly.
"..." Marinette had nothing to say. "Well, my boss, Liz, is really tight with newcomers."
"Oh." Adrien sighed. Marinette raised an eyebrow. "What makes you think you have the money to stay in such an expensive place anyway."
"Well, I am a model." Adrien's signature smirk was back.
"Whatever. You're probably kidding yourselves thinking you could just "run away Adrien," that only happens in the movies. You should go back home, for your own safety."
"Well, Well, Well. Look who's actually worried for me. I'm touched." Adrien placed a hand on his chest. "But if you want me to, I'll do anything for my princess."
"Adrien, get lost before I pound you."
Adrien chuckled, and walked off. What was so funny? She was dead right serious. Marinette glared at him as he walked off. That idiot.
Wait, he won't tell anyone, will he? Marinette though.
"If he does, I'll be dead." She said aloud. "Screw him, screw the world, screw this stupid job."

Marinette's pov
I did my usual rounds around the hallways, getting the usual looks from students as I always did. I had an unusual sense of worry and anxiety in my eyes, though.
No. You are not going to let some idiot cause you this much stress. It's not very smart of you, Marinette.
"Um, excuse me?" A red haired boy peeped from behind me.
I let out an aggravated sigh. "Yes?"
"I-I know that you probably don't know me...but I've seen you around school, and I can't help but notice how beautiful you are-"
"You think I'm pretty?" I interrupted. "How kind. What else?"
"Er...an amazing fashion sense."
"That's the same thing. Got anything OTHER than appearances?" I questioned.
"...um"
"I knew it, you're just one of those low lives who spend there free time staring at my legs. Though, I seriously never thought you actually had the courage to confess to me. You have the IQ of a ..."
I looked at him, trying to think if something. I saw his hair. "A tomato. You have the IQ of a tomato. Good day, tomato child."

I clutched my bag with a firm grip as I passed through the school gates. Dumbass tomato child. Thought he had a chance withe me.
I hated people like him. Despised them. Who in their right mind would ask someone out whom they hardly even knew?
"Dupain-Cheng," a voice said from next to me. A voice I recognized.
"Can I help you,Adrien?" I rolled my eyes.
