Matthew's POV

Michael and I spent two days packing and letting our friends know the news. They've congratulated me all day. I let them know whenever they are available I will fly them out there to visit me.

Becky is available now so she's coming. Michael is so excited. He's the light of my world. He made this possible, I owe him the world. Everyone is meeting at my place to say goodbye.

I'm in my living room with my bags packed. Michael should be here any minute with the cab. Steve and David are with me.

Steve says, "Man, I can't believe you got this part! This is your time! I'm so happy for you, man."

He hugs me and I hug him back. David says, "Hey man, this is insane. I know you'll do great!"

I can't stop smiling, "Thanks guys. You guys have been here with me for so long. You guys are like my brothers. Nothing can break our bond."

David's face becomes uneasy. I ask, "Everything okay, David?"

David opens his mouth to respond, but then Michael walks through the door. I greet him with a kiss, but Michael holds onto my face, making the kiss much longer.

He stops and whispers in my ear, "Come on, Daddy."

Woah... He winks at me, grabs one of my suitcases and walks towards the doorway. He stops, turns around and says, "See you later, Steve, David. Can't wait till you guys can come visit."

He walks out.

That just might be the sexiest thing he's ever done. David is standing there looking dumbfounded. Steve laughs and says, "Uh, come on, Matt. I think Mike wants some alone time."

He grabs two other suitcases and heads down to the cab. I pick up the last suitcase and nudge David.

"Hey, David. Come on man." I laugh. David, snapped back to reality, shakes his head and smiles. "Sorry, Mike. That was just..," he looks at me and clears his throat, "um, weird."

He seems off. I nod and say, "Let's go."

We head out to the cab downstairs. I get there in time to put in my last suitcase before Steve closed the trunk.  Becky is already in the cab. Steve walks around the cab and leans against the door, he's talking to Becky through the window.

Michael gently takes my hand and leads me to the cab, he whispers in my ear, "Mm come on..." He gets in the cab.

My heart races. He's being so naughty. I turn towards David and give him another hug. Steve walks over and hugs us both. We start laughing. Steve jokes,

"Don't forget about us townfolk when you get rich."

I shake my head and say "I'd never."

David grabs the back of my neck and leans his forehead against mine. He says,

"Be safe out there, Matt. Don't let anyone take advantage of you. This is your time."

I close my eyes and put my hand on his shoulder. I say, "You got it, bro."

We separate. I say goodbye once more and that I'll call as soon as we're safe in sound in our hotel.

As the cab pulls away, Steve keeps yelling goodbye to Becky. I laugh. Michael leans his head on mine and says, "You're amazing, baby."

I kiss his forehead and say, "I love you..."

He whispers, "I love you too."
