"Bye Ma'am..." Avni bid Anjali and walked towards the metro station... she got into the metro and reached to her apartment...

Avni opened the apartment and went inside... to her surprise her Neela aunty was at home...

"Aunty you are her," Avni asked in curiosity... she kept her sandals on the shoe rack and walked towards the sofa where Neela was sitting...

"Yeah, how can I leave you alone when you returned from your first day of work... Go and change we will have our lunch together... and will talk about your day... go fast, "Neela said and went towards the kitchen while Avni nodded and went to change...

Avni changed into her pyjamas and come to breakfast... Neela arranged the food on the table...

"Come sit..." Neela said and served food to Avni and herself... and sat down in front of Avni

"So tell me how was your day... did you like the school... did you got any friends," Neela asked in excitement...

"Aunty my day went awesome... and the school is great, teacher to students everyone is friendly there... I enjoyed my first day... And yeah I got a friend Anjali ma'am... she is a senior teacher and very loving... I had my lunch with her" Avni was describing her first day of work in a calm tone... but happiness was visible from her face...

"Wah, that's great... I am Proud of you" Neela said... they finished their food... After finishing the food Neela went back to her office while Avni did her school work and later went for Part-time college... 

Avni went to a Part-time college by metro... the timing of part-time college is 5 to 8... And while returning from office Neela picked up Avni from college... This was their daily routine from the time Avni joined college...

After returning from college both changed their dress and had the dinner which was prepared by Seema(their housekeeper)

After having food Avni went inside and brought some money and gave to Neela...

"Aunty here is the rent of my this month..." Avni said while passing money to Neela

"Avni today was your first day of work how you are giving me rent..." Neela asked in shock 

"This the money which I use to save aunty and I said I will live with you only on one condition so please take this rent..." Avni said and hand over money to Neela and went to her room...

On the other hand, Neela was in tears she ran to her room...

Neela's Pov

Today one month completed... Exactly one month before Diksha left Avni all alone... The sweet, carefree, happy-go Avni also left with Diksha... from the day Diksha left Avni became a totally changed person... now she doesn't believe in any kind of relationship... She wants to become independent... But how could I leave her all alone in that house... I asked her to move with me but she denied... After a great time and numerous attempts, she accepted to live with me but on one condition that she will pay the rent... I had no other choice than allowing her... She is way too much stubborn... After several days, she starts appealing for jobs but it was a difficult task to gain a suitable job after qualifying 12th... She was losing hope of getting a job and I couldn't see that I asked her to appeal for teaching field and on the other hand I requested one of my friend who owns a school to take her as a teacher in his institution... and Avni got a job as dance teacher... 

But one day when she was sleeping a letter came for her... from that, I got to know she applied for education loan... that made me realize that she will not take any help from anyone... But for me, she was like my daughter I never had one but I wanted a daughter and in the form of Avni I got but she doesn't want to make any relationship... That day I told her that I will take responsibility for studies... But Avni refused for that also... After many requested she agreed but again came her condition that she will pay me back the amount ones she completes her studies... Not having any other option I agreed... 

But today I am hurt she took rent thing seriously and paid me the rent through her savings... How a mother will feel if her daughter pays her rent... I always took her as my daughter and she is paying rent... what can be worst than this...

Neela Slept lost in the thoughts... and on the other side, Avni was crying silently...

"I know Neela Aunty you love me like your daughter but I don't want your life to get over or you going far away from me... who so ever connect with me leaves me alone and that's why I didn't want to get related to you... because know I can't afford to lose you" Avni said to hers and Neela's pic which they took on Avni's 18th bday... she was sobbing...

"No Avni you can't be weak... "Avni told to herself... she got up and went to the washroom and washed her face... then she went to Neela's room Her eyes turn moist after seeing Neela half sleeping on the bed with her pic in her hands... She made her properly sleep and covered her with a blanket... then she came back and slept...

"Mom, Bebe, Dad, I am ready to join dads school as a singing teacher..." Neil came down for dinner and told his decision... The whole Khaana family was extremely happy with his decision...

"That's great puttar... You can come with me tomorrow... " Prakash told in happiness...

"Chalo Now let's have dinner... Neil, I made your favourite bhindi today" Shweta said and served food to all... They all had their food and then went to their respected room...

Next Morning 

"Neil, come fast we are getting late..." Prakash called Neil for the school...

"Dad you go I will come with driver dada... I don't want others to know that I am your son" Neil said while appearing down through stairs...

"As you wish... Come fast I don't Like any latecomer" Prakash said knowing that its a waste of time to fight with him and was proud of his son...

"Yes sir," Neil said and proceeded out of the house after taking his keys... Prakash went to school in his car...

Neela woke up and looked at the watch...

"Shit how I can sleep this long..."Neela gets up from the bed and went towards Avni's Room... But stops after seeing avni packing her things...

"You wake up by urself and why didn't you wake me," Neela asked

"Yes aunty I got by my alarm and you were sleeping peacefully so I didn't wake you up," Avni said while picking up her bag...

"Arre wait I will make breakfast for you give me ten mins," Neela said while walking towards the kitchen 

"Aunty I have made sandwichs... and I have packed them for my lunch too... " Avni told and wore her sandals... 

"Bye aunty... I getting late" Avni said and bid Neela... 

Avni got late in reaching school and was in a hurry suddenly she got collied with someone...
