Taehyung makes his way through the crowds of students.

He dodges every person that goes past, not wanting his shoulder to get pushed by someone. Taehyung hates this time of the day- lunch time because everyone is in a rush to eat, see their friends, go home and everyone's messing around. What Taehyung hates the most is when someone walks in the middle of the corridors or stands on the spot, blocking people.

He succeeds until the end of the blue painted corridor. As he's about to walk into the loud cafeteria, a short girl with a leather backpack and braids walks past, bumping harshly into his shoulder.

What irritates Taehyung more is the fact that she didn't notice. She walked off without a single look over her shoulder. He wanted to shout- watch where you're going! but his eyes were elsewhere.

He strolled into the cafeteria minutes after talking to his friend. Taehyung didn't have the courage to stop the annoying boy who was talking to him for way too long.

Until Jin patted his shoulder, dragging him away- saving him from a useless conversation.

Taehyung walked into the cafeteria and there was no doubt that many glances were taken in his direction. The aura of the man was something no one could look away from. He felt nervous, being surrounded by so many people.

So he kept his eyes lowered, adjusting the yellow coloured glasses at the back of his head. Eventually he lifted his eyes up, seeing his group of forever best friends.

The sight immediately made him feel less nervous- Hoseok's toothy grin, Jimin covering his mouth with a joyful laugh, Jungkook leaning back in his chair telling a joke- thinking he's the funniest man on earth, Jin clapping loudly with his big hands yet eyeing the food on the table, Namjoon stealing his friends' fries and Yoongi smiling a smile no one seemed to notice.

Taehyung huffs and takes a seat- dragging his tray of burger and fries towards him. He's about to take a big bite of his burger until-

"Have you washed your hands?"

"Yeah hobi. The fuck? Give me your coke-" Taehyung replies.

"No! Get your own."

"Here." Jimin pushes his drink towards his soulmate- Taehyung without a look.

"Thank you Jiminie."

Yoongi steals a few fries from Taehyung which he allows. "Who did you want us to meet?" Yoongi asks the youngest among them- his brows raising in curiosity.

"That girl I accidentally put in a group chat with us." Jungkook scratches his head- not taking his eyes off his phone. "She just told me that you're all attractive as fuck." He puts his phone away.

"Oh yeah." Namjoon nods, sipping on his strawberry milkshake- not taking into account his friends words and the compliment. "The accidental group chat."

"Really? Where is she?" Jimin smiles- looking around quickly.

"We are attractive as fuck." Jin scoffs. "Me just a bit more-"

"Urm no-"

"There she is. That's Talulah." Jungkook suddenly points to someone who's seated a few tables away from them- a smirk growing on his face. He starts to laugh as he takes in her reaction. It's a friend of Jungkook's they had never heard before so they were surprised and eager to know her.

Taehyung turns around, his glasses falling off the back of his head which he decides to ignore. The girl who's cheeks turn flushed as she sits back up, after crouching down in her seat is a girl he stops and ... admires. It's someone he's never seen before and his eyes glance over her features- her dark loose braids, sparkling eyes and there's a pimple on her chin which makes the ends of Taehyung's lips turn upwards.

He wants to smile at her but all he can focus on is their intense eye contact. He isn't sure what emotions are being shared but he hopes he's not the only one feeling admiration. Their similar eyes boring into each other's as they look across the people filled area. Taehyung isn't sure what to think of the girl but he hopes she's funny.

She's a girl Taehyung wants to get to know- be friends with.

Among the loud noises of the cafeteria, the energetic wave from Hoseok, the soft smiles from angelic Jimin, Jungkook's giggle as he embarrasses his friend and the rest of the boys' stares as they look at the girl who's Jungkook's friend- Taehyung (and the boys) had no idea how Talulah would become a big part of their lives.
