He was at the top of this hill, close enough to see us and hear us talking, but he was quite sneaking, walking straight towards us, no hesitation in any step. I couldn't see any of his facial features, the afternoon sun behind him causing him to look like a tall broad shoulder silhouette, and that beanie. A beanie with a puff ball on top.

     I could feel my whole body tense up, I was cold, and it wasn't from the snow scattered  around us, I couldn't move until may broke the silence." Aliza, oh shit Aliza we have to go!" And all I remember after that is dropping the tools and running, I never had run so fast in my life.  I knew that woods like the back of my hand but in that moment I felt lost, I didn't know ware I was, the I noticed a tree draped in rusted chicken whire. I was on the Deer trail, I was close enough to see my home and for people to hear if I screamed so I stoped. 

     I turned facing back ware I had run to see may running not to far away close enough to be safe though, then I saw him, he was in the spot in the creek we had bean before , looking up at us. I had followed us, I continued to run and me and may made it home. 

    And of course like any logical twelve year olds we made hotChocolate and sat by the glass window phone in hand watching the woods and talking, thanking about a conversation I never thought I would have. 

" god" 

" I know" I sighed siping on my drink.  " we could have... oh my god we could have never made it home!" I gushed feeling my body tense simler  to how it did before in the woods. " we could have bean raped, or killed, of carted away in a white van." May said gazing down into the woods. " let's go to my room. 

    So we did and me spent the rest of the day with the door locked, Cautious not to come out. To say the lease I slowly stoped going into the woods and never go deep in the wood or near the shopping center.
