Aika: *continues, ignoring her author, a simple smile on her lips* As for what parent I like the most... I'm not quite sure if I could choose. Perhaps... my father? He and I do more together than mother and I. Dad's taught me to cook, Mom helped but Dad's a bunch more skilled than her. Dad also taught me how to fight since Mom can't even think about fighting without a good reason. *pauses, considering this* Well, Mom did teach me a bunch, too, I suppose. But... yeah, if I had to choose it'd be dad. 

Unchained: *grumbles* Are you sure that isn't just because he lets you do whatever you want since you're 'Daddy's Little Princess?'

Aika: *chooses to ignore her author once again, instead plucking her favorite knife from its sheath* *grins* Oh, and of course I can chuck kitchen knives. *looks to her pouting author, a smirk playing on the edge of her lips* I can demonstrate if you--

Unchained: *hurriedly* That's unneeded! Move onto the last question. What sort of exercises do you do to strengthen your legs?

Aika: *laughs, but puts the blade away as she considers the last question* *ticks off her fingers as she lists off the ones that instantly come to mind* Well, to name a few... squats, of course. A lot of box exercises, such as depth jumps and normal box jumps. I use the crates on the ship for those... lateral leg push-offs... I use crates for those, too. I can't quite recall the name of the exercise, but there's that one where you put your back to the wall with your legs bent like you're sitting and stay that way for a long time. *continues to rattle off exercises and what muscles they help with* 

Unchained: *deadpans* I don't think she was expecting a lecture, you know. 

Aika: *frowns, shooting an annoyed look at her author* *matter-of-factly* I'm not lecturing, I'm simply--

Unchained: *grins* Lecturing. Just goes to show how much the fact you can't take on your dad bothers you.

Aika: *narrows her eyes as her hand drops towards her knife* I'm not--
