Abuza's uncle Shichiro brings his family over to stay at Hikaru's place for a few weeks to visit. Shichiro takes Abuza and Minoru to a place to practice their skills. The area is mostly stone with a small waterfall.

Shichiro: Alright Minoru show me what you've mastered

Minoru tries to shoot a massive power blast but it explodes in his face.

Shichiro: Minoru how many times do I have to tell you? Creating a powerful attack requires a strong focus and concentration. You're expecting too much from yourself too fast

Shichiro looks at Abuza.

Shichiro: Let's see what you mastered Abuza

Abuza: It's actually something I've been working on for awhile

Abuza stands at the edge of a cliff and shoot a stream blast. Shichiro sees some flaws in Abuza's new technique.

Shichiro: You learned that move? You've really surpassed our clans expectations. You weren't supposed to be able to master that in till you were at least in your twenties

Minoru gets jealous and makes an upset face.

Abuza: So how was it?

Minoru: It's good that you learned it but you're still far from mastering it

Abuza: Huh? But it took me months to perfect it

Shichiro shoots the same stream blast as Abuza but he manipulates it to turn into a long blade and cuts down a few trees, then he shoots it into the sky and cuts a cloud in half. Abuza stares amazed at what the technique can do.

Shichiro: Mastering and learning how to control your power can't be achieved in just months especially if you're training on your own without knowing the proper steps

Abuza: I see your point

Shichiro: Have you been thinking about what said about moving with us and learning from that guru in the mountains?

Abuza: Yeah but I still haven't made up my mind yet

Minoru: Better hurry cause I already started training with him, yup he's been giving me some pointers or two. Before you know it I'll master all those moves before you ever could

Shichiro: Enough with the bragging! Stop trying to make this into a competition we're family that means we have to support one another not put each other down

Later Abuza goes comes home to see Zandai and Kasumi fighting. Zandai took some stuff out of Kasumi's room because he lost his shoe he thought she took it.

Kasumi: Zandai for the last time I didn't take your stupid shoe! Now give me my stuff back! It's not my fault you can't keep track of where you left it

Zandai: Ok so tell me if you didn't take it why was one of them sitting by your door?

Gretanzu: Don Don Don!

Kasumi: How am I supposed to know? It's your disgusting shoe that you took off your disgusting feet!

Abuza looks at Gretanzu.

Abuza: You're really just gonna let them go at it like that?

Gretanzu: It's hilarious I wish I had some popcorn

Zandai starts going through the stuff he took out of Kasumi's room and pulls a bra.

Zandai: Look at this two soft medium sized cups with a strap?

Abuza opens his mouth in shock with Gretanzu laughs loudly. Zandai goes through Kasumi's hair kit. He picks up a brush and examines it.

Zandai: Hair products, ooo look a hairy brush. Is the puppy shedding again?

Gretanzu laughs even harder. Kasumi gets angry and chases Zandai around the table.
Abuza sees something sticking out behind the TV. He walks over and picks it up to see that it was Zandai's missing shoe.

Abuza: Um is this what you were looking for?

Zandai: Ohh

Zandai nervously smiles then Kasumi throws a frying pan at his face. The frying pan makes a print on his face then he falls to the ground. Kasumi then takes all of her stuff and goes into her room. Later that night a group outsiders sneak into a forbidden prison. The prison that is keeping Abuza's father locked up. They sneak to where he is being kept and they knock out the guards near his cell. They then pry the cell open.

Inuyushi: Long time no see

The next morning Kasumi makes breakfast. Everyone hears a knock on the door, Abuza goes to open it. When he does there's a man dressed in a prison warden uniform.

Abuza: Who are you?

Prison Warden: I'm Wu Dashi of the Special Defense Clearance Prison. Are you Abuza Inochi?

Abuza: Yes

Wu Dashi: We've got some bad news. Last night a group of unknown men broke into our prison and freed the one known as Inuyushi Asuka

Abuza stares in shock with anger, frustration and so many emotions running through his at simultaneously. Kasumi and the others over hear the conversation. Abuza balls up his fists tightly.

Wu Dashi: We've sent out a search party but they weren't successful

Abuza: Do you have a trail?

Wu Dashi: Well yes from the last place my men searched

Abuza: Then take me to it

Wu Dashi: I don't know if we should go right away my men are still--

Abuza: Just take me there!

Wu Dashi: Alright

Abuza and Wu Dashi leave. Kasumi is concerned about Abuza so she and the others follow them. When they get to where the trail stop Abuza glows gold and uses his Sensory Technique.

Abuza: They covered up their tracks not even sensory can locate them now!

Abuza gets angry and punches a boulder into pieces.

Zandai: I never seen Abuza like this

Kasumi tries to go talk to Abuza but Taaru stops her.

Taaru: Give him some space,m the news that his dad broke out of prison is a hard pill for him to swallow. Besides the way he is now there's no telling what he'll do if one of us tries to get near him

The warden heads back to the prison to see if there was news about the escape prisoner. They go back home, Abuza sits at the waterfall cliff angry and frustrated. Abuza uses his Sensory Technique and feels something strange coming from nearby the city entrance and goes to check it out alone without letting the others know. Abuza heads to where he sensed the strange presence. When he gets to the location he sees only one person. Abuza starts to look around and the man tries to creep away.

Abuza: Hey!

The Man: What is it?!

Abuza: Were there just a group of people here?

The Man: N-No! I mean if there were they would have gotten away by now

Abuza: Gotten away? I never even labeled them as bad people and if I did you said you didn't see them

Abuza walk toward the man. The man runs away and Abuza chases after him. The man runs through alleys and boxes on the streets and eventually running into a building that is under construction. The man closes the shutter door behind him but Abuza breaks it down with one punch. Abuza walks into the room but the man isn't there but he still senses his presence. Abuza walks by a door and tears it off and grabs the man by his shirt collar.

The Man: Please don't hurt me!!

Abuza: Shut up! You were associated with the convict that just escaped that's why you try to run!

The Man: I wasn't--

Abuza: Tell me everything you know or that last stunt you pulled will be your last

The man hesitates. Abuza gets angry and glows gold.

Abuza: Now!

The Man: It was my plan okay! I helped him break out of prison and I gave him a place to lay low for a while

Kasumi and the others walk into the building.

Kasumi: Abuza stop!

Abuza turns around.

Kasumi: We heard everything! I know you want to straggle the living daylights out of that guy and I don't blame you but we need him alive to be interrogated

Zandai: And plus if you make the guy croak they'll just arrest you for murder with no evidence

Abuza punches the man in the stomach and throws him against the wall. Immediately the authorities show up and arrest him. Because no one understood what Abuza was going through he left and went into the woods to be alone. Abuza flashes back on when he came face to face with his father for the first time. The memory causes Abuza's anger to reach a boiling point. The rage triggers his gold aura.
Abuza's frustration was too unbearable for him to ignore so he heads home to pack his bag to go on a mission to find his father himself.

Kasumi: Abuza where are you going?

Abuza: I'm going to do something I should have done a long time ago

After what happened at the prison and the construction site Kasumi knew just where Abuza was going.

Kasumi: Abuza don't go after him! It's too dangerous you could get killed!

Abuza: It doesn't matter what you or anyone else say no one is stopping me. You could never understand. To have someone that's supposed to be family to tear your life apart. Having a family, being happy, someone that was supposed to love and nurture me, he took it all away from me. That pain and suffering is on a whole other level then I can even put into words

Abuza leaves the house and glows gold and dashes through the woods. Kasumi then runs into the living room to inform the others.

Kasumi: We're going after Abuza!

Gretanzu: Kasumi he said he didn't want anyone to stop him

Zandai: Did you see the look in his eyes?! He'll probably turn us into a squashed tomato!

Kasumi: We're not going to stop him, we're going to help in anyway we can! Where's Taaru?

Zandai: He went to the store

Taaru walks through the door.

Taaru: Why is everybody all tensed and worked up?

Kasumi tells Taaru what happened. They then go get Ankara and Maraza and they go after Abuza as a group. Abuza dashes through the woods searching for any sign of his father's trail. Meanwhile the others are having a hard time keeping up with Abuza's speed.

Ankara: Abuza is getting further and further away! We'll never catch up to him!

Abuza stops and using his Sensory Technique and sees freshly made footprints and heads in that direction. Abuza flashes back on all the hard times his father put him through.

Abuza (In His Mind): There has to be an end! I'll make him suffer the same way he made me suffer

Abuza finally stops on the edge of a cliff giving Kasumi and the others the chance to catch up to him.

Kasumi: Abuza!

Abuza: I told you don't try and stop me. No matter what you say I'm not turning back

Ankara: We're not here to stop you, we're here to help

Abuza: You guys didn't have to come all this way for me

Gretanzu: We weren't going to leave you alone in this

Kasumi: You don't have to bear this burden on you're own anymore. We're all in this together

They all search for Abuza's father as a group. They makes their way to a nearby city that has a hotel they can stay in for the night.
