Minoru and Karamee walk into the living room with Abuza, Hikaru and Shichiro.

Shichiro: Minoru, Karamee this is your cousin Abuza and your grandfather Hikaru

Karamee: I always wanted to meet you guys. Dad has told me so much about you two

Hikaru: It's nice to finally meet my long lost grandchildren

Shichiro looks at the clock.

Shichiro: It's getting pretty late and my wife is asleep. I think it would be a good idea to start introductions in the morning

Hikaru: I think that would be best

When everyone gets settled into their rooms Abuza goes outside and sits at the porch. Minoru then comes out later.

Minoru: You're still awake? I thought you'd be sleeping by now

Abuza: Not in the mood to sleep

Minoru: Really? It's almost midnight

Abuza: You're also awake as well. Why is that?

Minoru: I'm a night owl I'm used to this

Abuza: Hm

Minoru: So what city you come from?

Abuza: We came from Shinki Grove

Minoru: That city sounds familiar. But I don't know it quite well

Abuza: Hmm so.... How long has your dad an grandpa been talking through letters?

Minoru: A couple weeks now. Dad told me about you and him and how you're one of the rare members of our clan that has some kind of gold power or something

Abuza: You mean the Gold Aura

Minoru: Yeah it sounds pretty cool. I want to see it for myself. Could you show it to me?

Abuza: Whoa whoa I only use that power for emergencies only

Minoru: Oh come on please

Abuza: No it isn't a play thing

Minoru: Come on only for a second

Abuza: *Sigh* Fine

They both leave the screened porch and go into the backyard. Abuza uses his gold aura ability.

Minoru: Wow amazing your power feels incredible. What else can you do?

Abuza shoots a gold blast into the sky and it turns into sparkle dust. He then goes back to his normal colors.

Minoru: That's so cool

They hear sound coming from the bottom of the hills that sounds like a firecracker.

Abuza: What was that?

Minoru glides down the hill.

Abuza: Minoru where are you going?

Abuza glides down the hill behind him.

Abuza: Minoru!

Minoru: Shhhh!

Abuza and Minoru are in the front yard of the home of thugs that commit robberies all over the city near the estate.

Abuza: What are we doing here?

Minoru: You see those guys sitting over there

Abuza: Yeah

Minoru: I used to have a friend that stayed down here. Me and him used to mess with these guys all the time it's hilarious

Abuza: Are you sure this is safe? What if we get caught?

Minoru: Nonsense as long as you know what you're doing you'll be fine

Minoru throws power blast at them while hiding in a bush.

Thug 1: Ahh! We're under attack by aliens!

Thug 2: No you non skull those were shot by a person

Thug 1: How do you know?

Thug 2: I can feel it and the way they were coordinated

Minoru sits in the bush laughing.

Abuza: Minoru I think they're on to us

Thug 2: Come on out you snot nose brats!

A thug comes from behind the bush and picks up both of them by their shirt collars.

Thug 3: Guess you two thought you put on a show

Abuza: If you don't put me down right now I'll give you a real show!

Thug 2: Ah. This ones a feisty one.

The thug throws both of them to the ground.

Thug 1: Look at their clothes. Aren't they in that family Chi no ino no

Thug 2: Inochi. Looks like you punks came from a rich bloodline. But two less Inochi won't make a difference in the world

One of the thugs picks up Minoru and attempts to kill him. Abuza screams but the other thugs grabs both of his hands and puts him in handcuff position. The thugs strength was unbelievable. Abuza glows gold and breaks free and attacks the thug holding Minoru.

Thug 2: You kids are really in for it now!

Abuza and Minoru are surrounded by them. Abuza glows gold and and shoot a large power blast at all of them simultaneously. It knocks them down but they get right back up. The thugs then start to use their powers.

Thug 2: Say your prayers kids your both gonna die hahaha!

All the thugs attack Abuza and Minoru simultaneously but a burst of blue power circles the two them. It knocks the thugs back.

Thugs 2: Ahh. What was that?

Shichiro is standing in front of Abuza and Minoru. Shichiro charges at the thugs and beats them all with ease.

Minoru: Dad you saved us!

Shichiro grabs Minoru's ear.

Minoru: Ow! Ow! Ow! Dad what's that for?!

Shichiro: You know better then to be messing with these low life thugs now what if I wasn't here you would have gotten your only cousin killed and you just met him!

Abuza sees Minoru getting scolded and it reminds him of when Zandai is getting scolded by Taaru.

Shichiro: Now let's head back home

The next day everyone wakes up and Shichiro's wife Ginna cooks everyone breakfast. Everyone sits in the dining room table. Karamee starts to talk to Ankara and Maraza.

Karamee: So you two like legendary healers? That's so cool I wish I had that ability

Ankara: We should be telling you that. I mean you're in the Inochi clan you know there aren't any more out there

Karamee: Yeah but I got more of my powers from my moms side than my dads and not to mention I'm no where as special as Abuza he has the rare Gold Aura ability

Ankara: Don't down yourself I'm sure you're just as special as them you just have to find it in yourself

Ginna brings everyone breakfast. Zandai gets his food and eats like a wild animal while Kasumi is sitting next to him.

Kasumi: Don't you have any manners?

Ginna and Shichiro sit at the table.

Ginna: So what have you kids been up to?

Gretanzu: Oh we've traveled around different places fought some demons, bandits and all

Kasumi: Gretanzu I don't think that's appropriate right now

Ginna: Oh no I don't mind we've been through worse. Before we lived here we lived in a town full of things like that not to mention the time Minoru was threw into an animal cage and Shichiro had to pry open the cage with his bear hands

Minoru: Mom!

Shichiro: Abuza did you ever get full control of your powers? Hikaru told me you were having a difficult time

Abuza: I mean I can control it better than before now

Shichiro: If you want I could teach you some of our clans specialties and techniques later on

Abuza: Yes of course!

Later on Shichiro and Abuza are in the backyard. Shichiro teaches Abuza about their clans culture and how they used to live and how they fought.

Shichiro: Before I teach I want to see how far you progressed. Use your Gold Aura and come at me

Abuza: Are you sure? I don't wanna hurt you

Shichiro: It's fine just come at me with all you got

Abuza glows gold and attacks Shichiro with a power fist. Smoke emerges from the impact of the attack. When it clears Shichiro is holding Abuza's wrist.

Abuza: How did you do that?

Shichiro: You haven't reached your full potential yet. You've still got a long way to go

Abuza looks at Shichiro in shock after he stopped his most powerful attack with ease.

Shichiro: Now don't get frustrated you won't reach my level of strength till you get older but there are a few tricks you can learn now

Meanwhile Taaru notices that his bandana is missing.

Taaru: Kasumi you happen to see my bandana around?

Kasumi: No I'm surprised you never lose that thing

Zandai is in the living room with Gretanzu impersonating Taaru with his bandana on. Taaru walks in the room, he stands behind Zandai then Gretanzu stops laughing. Zandai turns around and gets scared when he sees Taaru standing behind him. Taaru snatches the bandana off Zandai's head. He then smiles and gives him a nuggy.

Zandai: Ah! Cut it out!

Taaru walks to the window.

Taaru: Where's Abuza?

Gretanzu: In the backyard training with his uncle

Ginna is cleaning up in the kitchen and accidentally cuts her hand with a kitchen knife.

Ginna: Ow!

Maraza walks over to her.

Maraza: Are you ok Mrs. Inochi?

Maraza heals the cut.

Ginna: Why thank you luckily we had some healers here

Zandai: I kinda want to see what the towns like what about you guys?

Gretanzu: That does sound more interesting than sitting in the house all day

Ginna: Ooo no! Trust me you do not want to explore that city

Zandai: Why not?

Ginna: It's filled with robbers and thieves! And the people down there aren't so kind either

Zandai: We've dealt with robbers and thieves before and worst I think we can handle it

Maraza: Zandai don't be so cocky you never know what kind of power they possess

Taaru: Maraza's right we should stay here

Zandai turns around and makes a face.

Taaru: And don't even think about sneaking out!

Gretanzu: You heard him Zandai

Abuza's training with Shichiro continues. He has Abuza to shoot power blasts at target to improve his focus and coordination.

Abuza: *Pant*

Shichiro: Excellent potential but I think we should take a break

They sit in the screened porch. Ginna brings iced water to them.

Shichiro: When did you find out you had the Gold Aura?

Abuza: About a month ago

Shichiro: What triggered it?

Abuza flashbacks on the fight with his father.

Abuza: I don't want to talk about

Shichiro: What? Why not? You know you have a rare ability. Your mother would be proud

Abuza closes his eyes for a moment and sees another flashback of his father telling him he was weak. He jumps up and goes back into the house.

Shichiro: Abuza are you alright?

Abuza ignores him and goes into the guest room and sits on the bed and puts his hands on his head. Kasumi is standing at the doorway and she walks into the room.

Kasumi: Abuza are you alright? It looks like something's bothering you

Abuza: *sigh* Mastering and learning my clans culture has been really hard on me. I don't think I'm cut off for this

Kasumi: Abuza it'll be alright don't worry. Yes you're apart of the Inochi clan but you're also still human. No one expects you to get through these things right away. You're doing great this is just the beginning. Walk down this path and I promise you things will get better

That wasn't the only thing bothering Abuza but he didn't want to tell Kasumi. All of his other thoughts and emotions he kept to himself. When night falls Abuza is asleep. He drifts off into a light gold parallel space. For a moment he's in there alone but a figure starts to slowly to him. It's a female with long dark brown hair and brown eyes and light brown skin.

Abuza: Is that? Mom? But how is this possible? I—

Tsukina: I came to you because I felt you were at your lowest point my child

Abuza breaks down into tears at the sight of his mother.

Tsukina: Don't cry Abuza

Abuza: Mom......I've been alone....I've been all alone since you left me......I didn't have anyone...And dad he—

Tsukina: Abuza I don't have much time here. I know you have questions that were never answered but this is urgent. You are the only Inochi clan member left that has the power to leave a mark on the world. The world needs you Abuza

Abuza: What could the world want with me? I don't have anything to offer

Tsukina: Abuza you are special. More special than you know. This training that you're going through with Shichiro you must continue. I know it's hard and I know you feel it's useless but you have to continue. Patience brings many rewards

Abuza: Alright I'll do it

Tsukina: You've grown into a fine young man Abuza. I'm proud of you

Tsukina then fades away into the background. The next day Abuza practices with Shichiro again and some of the power his mother gave him comes out when he shoots a blast that almost destroys the establishment. Abuza was surprised because he didn't know he had this in him. Shichiro stands with a shocked look on his face.

Shichiro: Abuza? How did you do that?

Abuza looks at his hand.

Abuza: I don't know

Shichiro looks at Abuza and thinks to himself.

Shichiro: (*In his mind*)  He a lot stronger than I thought. That burst of power was so strong even I couldn't manifest power like that

Shichiro: Abuza I think we should postpone this technique. You need to learn how to control your power before you're ready enough for it

Abuza becomes frustrated. Meanwhile the thugs that Shichiro beat are plotting to assassinate him.

Thug Leader: I can't believe you fools were beaten by those Inochi scum

Thug 1: Sorry sir they just were too strong especially that tall one

Thug Leader: Enough I don't want to hear anymore. If you can't do it then I'll take him down myself

The leader smiles as he plots his revenge.
