The sky was grey, covered in thick dark clouds. 

Adrien slowly walked into the school.  Eyes on the ground before him, the hood on his dark, oversized hoodie making it impossible to see who it actually was.  His hands were burried deeply in the front pocket.

"Hey, dude!" Nino exclaims happily, wrapping his right arm around Adrien.

Adrien looks up at him and smiles, mouthing a quiet "hello" in response.

It wasn't unusual for Nino to jump onto him like this.  Especially not if he was in a particulary good mood.

"Guess what!" Nino's smile was wide with joy.

Adrien smiled.  "What?"

"I met this Super cute dude at the coffee ship yesterday!" Nino exclaimed, jumping up and down, almost making Adrien stumble and fall over.

"Cuter than Me?"

Nino laughs.  "Of course not.  You're beautiful."

Adrien chuckles.

"Anyway," Nino said.  "We talked and i think i like him."

"Oh, you should go for it." Adrien suggests.

"I will!  He agreed to hang on friday!" Nino replies.

"Awesome."

"Maybe we can go on double dates?  Me and Jax, and you and Ladybug." Nino laughs.

Adrien chokes on the air. 

"What?!" He yells in a light voice between coughs.

"Dude, i know how much you love Ladybug.  I've seen your ladybug merch you hide in your closet." Nino giggles.

Adrien blushes and quickly looks down so no one can see his face.

"Don't worry, dude.  I won't tell a soul." Nino chuckled.  "Besides, Marinette would freak." He whispers to himself so low that Adrien can't hear.

Adrien looks at Nino again.  "Thanks..." He mumbles.

Nino smiles.  "No worries, dude."

Adrien smiles as they sit down at their seats in the classroom.

"Dude, what happened to your face?" Nino asks, furrowing his brows.

"Uh, It's nothing.  I just fell on my face.  Nothing really." Adrien answers as he covers his bruised cheek with his right hand.

"Alright...  If you say so..." Nino replies. 

Adrien can tell he doesn't really buy it, like he hasn't really bought his other excuses, but he apreciates the fact that he doesn't ask more questions.  One thing Adrien really likes with Nino is that he knows when to stop asking questions.

"You know, If there's anything, and i mean anything, you know you can come to me, right?"

"Of course, Nino." Adrien smiles.  "Of course."

Adrien's arms rest on the desk.  The sleeves to his hoodie are too long to see his hands, but he doesn't mind.  And it makes the bruise on his arm not visible for anyone.

Marinette walks in.  She looks around and sighs.  She's probably relieved that she wasn't late today.  She spots Adrien and immediatly starts blushing.  After a few seconds of awkward staring, that Adrien doesn't notice, thank god, and blushing she makes her way past him and up to her seat. 

She spots Nathaniel and vawes at him, he waves back.  Then she sits down and Alya shows her whatever news she has on the Ladyblog.

•I'm going to cry.
•I have Cooking or Food and Health or Whatever you calm it this year.
•I hate cooking.
•Cooking makes me anxous.  I want to cry every time.
•That's bc of Food and Health class.
