How are we going to do this? Shaded Bracken thought, wondering how exactly they are supposed to defeat the Dark Forest again. Then, as if she had read his mind, Silver Pool spoke up.

"How exactly are we going to do this? Defeating the Dark Forest again, we don't even know what their planning, " She queried.

"That's a good question," Spottedleaf nodded, stumped.

"Well, maybe we can find out," Flame Fur mewed.

Spottedleaf tilted her head, "What do you suggest we do?"

"What if one of us goes to spy on them and see what their planning?" Flame Fur suggested.

"I don't know, that seems really dangerous, what if whoever goes gets caught? Then what?" Silver Pool questioned.

"I could do it," Shaded Bracken suggested.

"You?" Silver Pool asked with a look of surprise.

"Yeah. I've done it before, so I'm sure I can do it again," Shaded Bracken shrugged.

"Are you sure about this Shaded Bracken? We wouldn't want to get you into anything dangerous," Spottedleaf mewed.

"Yeah, I know it's risky, but I can do it. For StarClan," Shaded Bracken said, puffing his chest out.

"Okay, but be careful, I'd like my mate back in one piece," Silver Pool joked, twining her tail with his.

"Don't worry I will, I promise," Shaded Bracken chuckled as he promised.

"Good luck," Flame Fur told him.

"Thank you" Shaded Bracken responded, heading out of Starclan's camp.

Okay Shaded Bracken, you can do this. You've done it before, and you can do it again. Be confident! Shaded Bracken thought, trying to hype himself up.

He eventually reached the border between StarClan and the Dark Forest, which was covered by a thick cloud of mist. He squinted, trying to look through the mist into the Dark Forest.

I forgot how dark and gloomy it is over there.

His tail lashed back and forth nervously.

No, don't be nervous, you can do this! For Silver Pool, and for StarClan!

He took a deep breath, then quietly snuck through the mist, and into the Dark Forest.

I finally found the inspiration to write again! Sorry for the long wait. I know this chapter was kinda short, but I'm almost done writing the next chapter, so that will be out really soon :)
