IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE A MOSH PIT, I RECOMMEND IT! Do a light one tho. Never do one for Motionless in White or Lamb of God unless you're willing to take the risk of severe to fatal injury. If you are scared to do one, there are rules to a mosh pit. No purposely punching or kicking others, if someone falls pick them up, and just go fucking insane! Without killing someone of course.
