"Lilac!"
"Mya!" the enthusiasm 'twins' screamed together.

"What?..." us equally unenthusiastic girls said in unison.

I wasn't normally one to be super grumpy but I was honestly tired so I didn't give two damns. Like not at all.

      "We Wanna Play Truth Or Dare!" Luiana and Daniel screamed, neither of them even bothering to say it as a question, they both knew everyone would go along with it.

It was met by a chorus of loud groans, all except for Lilac, she just ran her fingers through her hair again, and Amai, who giggled, nodding eagerly.
 
   "There's... Um, really no point arguing with these two at this point..." Luke said with a soft sigh.

The enthusiasm twins grinned as everyone else begrudgingly nodded... Thank god everyone hated this game as much as I did.  Quickly, Amai set up pillows and blankets- in a flurry of the two items- forming a neat circle. She was extremely fast... Like scary fast. I didn't even want to know why.
Though within a minute, she had finished and urged everyone to sit down.

     "I Would Like Everyone To Cooperate Please!!! Also since Amai was the only happy one about this idea she goes first!"Luiana said, grinning wildly, Dan smiling along with her.

Not wanting to say no, because you never knew what might happen, we all quickly obliged. I for one didn't want a girl who could literally make a sword appear out of thin air on my bad side. Apparently most people had this mentality.

      "Okay! Let's start off! Alan! Truth or dare?!" Amai cried, completely overjoyed.

       "Truth..." the proper boy said finally, obviously he wasn't the biggest fan of this game- was anyone other than twelve year olds?

      "Is it true... That your earrings are clip on?" Amai questioned the accented boy.

Most of the people in the group sighed at the party girls antics. Alan then opened his mouth to speak, instantly after taking out one of his earrings, proving that it was an actual piercing.

      "Okay. Lilac dear... I do hate to do it but... Truth or dare?" Alan said apologetically, looking at Lilac.

      "hm... I'll do dare this once..." Lilac said flatly, her eyes dull, she was clearly putting no effort to emote.

If this was high school Alan, who I had experience with, this would for sure be a kissing dare. But it wasn't high school anyone, everyone was different. I hadn't ever met some of these people, so there was no telling what weak spots could be pulled.

      "Your dare is... Describe colour to everyone who can't see it. " Alan said, the well dressed boy being proud of his low blow to most of the people there.

Lilac then spent an uncomfortable seven minutes explaining different colours through living things and textures. I'm pretty sure that even Alan himself got uncomfortable.

"Okay. I'm done. Man child, truth or dare?" Lilac glared at Daniel, who just smiled softly.

"Hit me with a dare!" He said cockily, winking at literally none.

Long story short, at the end of truth or dare, Dan ended up having feathers all over his body. The ever stoic Mitch and the rude Calypso got a kissing dare. Alan had to do an embarrassing dance and his innocent boyfriend had to watch. Amai had to act completely emo while Lilac had to act happy, that was for ten minuets straight.
Finally, I got drenched in warm water... So yeah. Successful truth or dare.

It had started to get to really late. Like one a.m.  that's late for me. I was tired, but over night tradition was to stay up all night so. I didn't sleep, yet anyways. I ended up humming for a few minutes... Not that anyone noticed.

This felt nice though, acting as though I was once again a kid. Just being able to hang out with my friends, despite the fact that none of is where under 18. We just got to talk. It didn't matter what it was about, we just talked.

All of us laughed a lot too, well everyone but Mitch and Calypso. It was obvious that they where head over heals in love with each other, but sadly they always denied it. Though I had a way of knowing... I didn't know how at the time... But I just did.
