Chapter 1

Hey guys, for those of you that don't know already. I am Jayclassic62. This is my second book, but I unpublished the first one. I am so excited to take you all on this journey of Abimbola.

Abimbola sat in her dorm room, surrounded by her friends. They were all dressed up and ready to go to the party, but Abimbola was hesitant.

"Come on, Abimbola, you never come out with us," her friend Tolu said. "It's just one party."

"I can't," Abimbola said. "You know my dad is a pastor. Everyone knows him. I can't be seen at a party."

"Don't worry about it," Tolu said. "No one will know. Just come out and have some fun."

Abimbola hesitated for a moment, but then shook her head. "I can't. I don't want to go against my beliefs."

Her friends tried to convince her, but Abimbola stood firm. She knew that her faith was more important than a night of partying.

Her friends groaned in frustration, but Abimbola didn't budge. She knew that they didn't understand the pressure she was under.

Growing up, Abimbola had always felt like she was living in her father's shadow. He was a respected pastor in their community, and everyone looked up to him. Abimbola had always tried to live up to his expectations, but it wasn't easy.

She had faced her fair share of trials and tribulations growing up, but her faith had always kept her strong. She knew that she was meant for something greater than just partying and having fun.

As her friends left for the party, Abimbola settled into her bed and opened her Bible. She knew that her faith would guide her through the challenges ahead.

As she read through the Psalms, Abimbola felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew that her faith was more than just a set of rules and regulations. It was a way of life, a way of finding joy and meaning in the midst of adversity.

She thought about all the trials she had faced growing up - . But through it all, she had never lost her faith. She had always believed that God had a plan for her life, and that he would see her through the tough times.

As she closed her eyes and said a prayer, Abimbola felt a sense of hope and renewal. She knew that the road ahead would be difficult, but she was ready to face it head-on.

"That's the end of chapter one," she thought to herself. "But it's only the beginning of my story."

Abimbola woke up the next day feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead. She got dressed and headed to her morning classes, feeling a sense of purpose and determination.

As she walked across campus, she noticed a group of students gathered around a bulletin board. Curious, she walked over to see what was going on.

It was a flyer for an upcoming charity event, organized by the campus ministry. The event was aimed at raising money for a local orphanage, and Abimbola knew that she wanted to get involved Afterall she had always been nicknamed "Dorcas" in the family house.

She signed up to volunteer, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation. She knew that this was the kind of thing that would make her father proud.

As the days went by, Abimbola threw herself into the preparations for the event. She spent hours making posters, organizing donations, and recruiting volunteers.

And when the day of the event finally arrived, Abimbola was amazed by the outpouring of support from the campus community. Hundreds of students showed up to help out, and together they raised thousands of dollars for the orphanage.

As the event wound down, Abimbola felt a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. She knew that this was what her faith was all about - giving back to others, and making a difference in the world.

And as she walked back to her dorm room, she knew that her father would be proud of her. She had faced her fears, and come out stronger on the other side.
