Kirti married to Aditya then she married to Naksh

Kairav first love Anisha then he married to Muskaan

Aarohi first like/love was Abhimanyu then she married to Neil

Akshara first married to Abhimanyu then she married to Abhinav

Roohi loves armaan but she married to Rohit
