At Abhi's house things were not well as Dadi had fallen sick. His parents were worried as first his marriage was cancelled and now Dadi was unwell.

Abhi made sure he was with Dadi whenever possible to cheer her up.

After seeing her at her room, he came out to walk towards his room, that's when his mother stopped him.

"I have to talk to you something important Abhi." She said.

Abhi "Okay...."

"Not here....let's go to your room." She replied.

Abhi wondered why she sounded very serious and followed her as she wanted to.

At his room,

"Will you be free this evening?" She asked.

Abhi "Should be....I guess there is not much of work today so will stay at home."

"That's good. Some people are coming and they want to see you." She said.

Abhi "See me? You mean see Dadi right as she is unwell....."

She hesitantly said "No....they want to see you."

Abhi "I don't understand Ma. Why all of a sudden some people want to meet me?"

"I know it's last minute to inform you. Actually they are your Papa's friends and we have a long relation with them. So we decided to continue it through you. I mean they have a daughter who is few years younger than you and...." Before she could finish her sentence,
Abhi loudly says "What is all this? Who is doing all this without my permission?"

Alarmed by his loud voice, she took a deep breath and says "As you can see, Dadi is getting unwell Abhi, and her last wish is to see your marriage with someone who can support your dreams. Pragya had told me everything. Now we know what bothered you to hesitate in marrying her too."

Abhi looked back blankly of how his plan is backfiring him once again. He have to do something now!

Abhi "Ma....please I really don't want to marry now."

"How can you be so selfish Abhi? Your Dadi is dying. Can't you see her health is deteriorating. And as her grandson you don't want to fulfill her last wish?" She asked emotionally.

Abhi "First stop saying it's her last wish! She will recover very soon as per Doctor's words."

"Haan I also wish the same but everything doesn't happen by Doctor's words na. Then why does she have to repeatedly say I want to see Abhi get married soon. She had fallen ill previously too but she haven't spoken like this before. It's not only my worry Abhi, even your Papa is feeling the same. We don't want to feel guilty later. If your marriage with Pragya wasn't cancelled may be all this wouldn't have happened too." She said looking at Abhi who was getting furious now.

Abhi furiously said "So now you are saying I am the reason for Dadi's plight now???"

"I hope not so Abhi. But we don't know whether it could be the reason. Don't your remember the doctor saying she is under stress? What if her stress was about you and your marriage?" She asked.

Abhi "Haan.....but....."

"You don't know what to answer right? Well, it's fine! All you have to do now is listen to us. Just listen to us for only this matter. As Pragya said we won't force you to get married to a girl we like. We will choose someone who is like you. Someone who have the same thoughts as you!" She said.

Abhi "Just give me sometime. I have to decide on this...."

"I would like to tell take your time. But do think about your Dadi. Does she have that much of time which you will take? Think about it Abhi!" She replied.

Abhi looks confused. He doesn't know what to do now.

"Pragya will be around later too." She added.

Abhi in shock asked "Why will she be here?"

"She is the one who made me understand your feelings. So I thought she will help us decide who will be good for you." She said.

Abhi "I myself can decide it but I don't want all this now!"

"No Abhi, let us do our duty of getting you married to someone like you." She pleaded.

Abhi never said anything and walks out of his room.

Abhi's POV:

Why is it happening like this? I thought I would convince Pragya with my reasons to stay away from her. But now the same reasons are making me in trouble. I didn't expect her to be this fast in informing Ma! How could she really let go of her love for me? Is it that easy for her?

Why am I worried for this when I was the reason for her to believe that I don't want love now!

Yes! She is now believing my words and making me to get married who is like me! But marriage without loving the person I am getting married to? Isn't that ridiculous? It's totally unacceptable!

But what can I do now? I can't postpone this issue as it involves Dadi's health too.

End of Abhi's POV

He closes his eyes and sits down on the sofa at the living room.

All he could remember is Pragya and the time they spend together.

Later that day at Pragya's house,

Purab "I think this is too much Pragya. You are even going to his house to see whether the girl his parents choose is the right one?"

Pragya all dressed up in a beautiful blue saree was wearing bangles and smiled at Purab.

Purab "Tell something Pragya!"

Pragya "Purab....his parents are understanding of what I had told them. Especially his Ma, she was very emotional knowing Abhi's dreams. She didn't know that Abhi wanted to take over his Papa's business. It was a surprise for her."

Purab "But all this....how does it matter for what you had decided for him?"

Pragya "I never decided anything for him Purab. It's my suggestion and his parents decided it."

Purab "And you are happy about this?"

Pragya "It's not about my happiness. It's about his happiness! He deserves happiness from someone like him. Don't you feel so?"

Purab "Yes I know but for that why do you have to involve in this? Will you not feel hurt seeing a girl trying to look at him and getting married to him?"

Pragya "How does it matter when he will be happy?"

Purab "Does Ma knows about this?"

Pragya "I don't have to always inform her for what I do for my happiness."

Purab "Is this really your happiness?"

Pragya "Stop it Purab! It's like a interrogation now." She says by picking up her handbag.

Purab "I will inform her now. And you are not going anywhere!"

Pragya "Purab.....please stop this drama. I am very clear of what I want. If you stop me, I will still go there. I am not some small kid to be stopped." She said in a determined tone.

Purab sighed and said "Ok call me when you reach there. I know about your stubbornness but please take care of yourself."

Pragya smiles and asked him to inform Ma that she went to her friend's house.

Purab "You escaped from her as she had gone to the temple."

Pragya smiles back and leaves saying Bulbul will be around there so she won't be feeling awkward.

Purab was somewhat relieved but still he couldn't accept she is ready to let Abhi get married to someone else.

At Abhi's house,

Pragya enters and sees Bulbul walking to and fro.

Pragya "Bulbul! Why are you looking tensed?"

Bulbul "All because of you! Like seriously you are doing all this? And Aunty is also ok with this? I mean how is it possible?"

Pragya calmly said "Both of us have immense care towards your Bhai. He is a very good man Bulbul. So Aunty and I have decided to be good and do something good for your Bhai. That's it!"

Bulbul "Really? Then both of u should have made him convince to marry you!"

Pragya "No Bulbul! Don't try to confuse yourself. It's not about liking him matters now, it's about having someone like him matters now."

Bulbul asks in a confused tone,
"Is it so?"

Pragya "Yes of course! Oh and why are you not ready yet?"

Bulbul "I was thinking about all this and forgot to get ready....."

Pragya chuckles lightly and says "Ok let's go. I also need to adjust my saree."

Both of us went to a room and Abhi who heard their conversation behind a pillar was feeling clueless of how he is going to stop all this.

"It means she really decides to be away from me? She feels I will be happy with someone like me and not with someone who likes me?" He thinks by standing there.

"What should I decide now?" He asks himself.

"Who is she?" A person asks and Abhi's mother says "She is Bulbul's friend. She always come here."

Abhi looks at Pragya who is looking down and tries to hide her tears.
