Although, Abhi realizes he loves Pragya but he can't agree to it explicitly.

He have its own decisions that made him want to stay away from Pragya. His own decisions that involve his past.

Abhi's POV:

Everything is happening in lightning speed.

The marriage is next week!

I can't believe it's happening.

What am I suppose to do if Pragya gets disappointed at the end of this relation?

I can't bear to see her getting hurt. She don't deserve to get hurt.

At the same time, I can't give in to this relation.

I got my own restrictions. I can't cheat Pragya in any way.

I have one way, and that is stay away from Pragya as much as possible. If at the start itself she feels I am uncomfortable with this relation, then towards the end it will be easier for her to leave me.

Yes that's the best way Abhi. You have to be mindful of how you behave with her.

Stop admiring her beauty, stop thinking of her kisses and most importantly, stop thinking of spending time with her!!!

End of Abhi's POV

His mother enters his room and looks at him.

Abhi "Ma...."

"I have called Sarla ji. She is very excited about this marriage." She told

Abhi "How about you?"

"What can I say Abhi? I am happy you are getting married. But......" She pauses thinking of something in her mind.

"But??" He asked.

Dadi "But she is worried whether you will forget her after marriage. You know she have been watching a lot of serials and over there the sons usually
forget their mothers after marriage. Isn't that so my dear Bahu?"

Abhi's mother nodded her head in response.

Abhi "Don't lie Dadi.....I have been behaving like I have forgot all in my family before this marriage preparations."

Dadi "That's true!" She said teasingly.

Abhi "I have to say this. Now only, I am feeling that I shouldn't forget my family at anytime. This marriage preparations helped me in re-bonding with all of you."

Dadi "We know what you have been going through Abhi. We were a reason for that too. No worries on that."

His mother was about to say something when Dadi said "Now you know how this marriage is going to change your son's thinking. He is thinking positive. Don't spoil his mood by your own worries."

"I won't....as long he is happy, I am fine with this....." She replies in a low tone and leaves saying she will get coffee for both of them.

Abhi "What's wrong with Ma? Did she told you anything Dadi?"

Dadi "Like I said, it's all mixed feelings of you getting married. Even I felt the same when your Dad was getting married. It's normal Abhi. Once, Pragya comes and mingles with your Ma, all her worries will fly away."

Abhi smiles in response. He can't tell his decision of marrying Pragya for a short period of time. He could see Dadi is very fond of Pragya. But his Ma was acting strange. He doesn't really think much about it as Dadi had told him the reason.

Dadi thinks "I have to keep an eye on her. She is not with a steady mind. How many times do I have to tell her that what she is feeling it's just her fear! Pragya is such a sweet innocent girl. How can she take revenge! I wonder whether she even knew that Prem had betrayed her father. It happened many years ago, and it's not remembered by anyone of us. This marriage itself is a way to rectify my son's mistake. I hope everything turns out well and Pragya stays happy forever with Abhi."

Abhi who was searching for something in his room looked at his Dadi.

Abhi "Are you thinking something Dadi?"

Dadi "Haan Abhi. I am thinking why don't you organize your room a bit. Pragya will be moving in soon, so...."

Abhi "Yes Dadi. I will organize it soon. In fact, Pragya said she will come today to help me in it."

Dadi in happiness "She is coming today? Then I have to cook her favorite dishes!"

Abhi chuckled at her excitement for Pragya turning up.

Dadi "Don't laugh Abhi. She is my sweet friend. You know she plays chess very well! Not like you, you always lose in chess!"

Abhi "Dadi!!! Please don't say this to her! It will be embarrassing!"

Dadi "Then better learn to play chess well! Don't be like your grandfather!"

Abhi "Okok! I will learn to play that well. But first tell me, did you saw my phone? I have been searching that for very long."

Dadi shook her head as no.

Abhi looks around and just then he had a call.

Abhi found where his phone was and gestured to Dadi that he found it.

Dadi "Is that Pragya?" Abhi "Yes you are right!"

Dadi smiled and asked him to talk to her.

He answered the call and Dadi excused herself from the room.

Abhi "Hello, where are you now?"

Pragya "In your heart....."

Abhi unknowingly blushed insanely.

Pragya "I can see you blushing."

Abhi "You are here?" He asked by looking around his room.

Pragya chuckles as Abhi looks puzzled.

Abhi "Where are you? I can't see you."

Pragya "I am still on my way. I made a guess that you were blushing. Never knew it turned to be right."

Abhi "I wasn't blushing though."

Pragya "Acha.....ok leave that aside. I have to tell you something important later. I don't think it will be wise to tell you at your house. So....."

Abhi "What's that Pragya?"

Pragya "First tell me when will you be free!"

Abhi "You are on the way right? We can meet at a coffee shop near my house. After that we can come back my house to help me in tidying up my room."

Pragya "Alright. I am ok with this."

Abhi "See you soon...."

Pragya smiles and ends the call by saying she will text him when reaching nearer to his house.

Abhi wonders what is the important thing that she wants to tell him.

Later at coffee shop,

Both were talking about the marriage preparations.

And sometime later, Pragya said something to him which made Abhi stunned.

Abhi "Pragya....." Pragya "Just do it! I don't care about others now. I only care about the two of us!" Abhi is unable to decide on whether he should do it or not.

Pragya "Please agree to this....."

Abhi looks at her with mixed emotions.
