(Week later)
*Peter POV*
I'm in a deep sleep when I feel myself being shaken. I open my eyes and see my dad. I groan and roll over pulling the covers over me.

"Come on Underoos, time to get up. You go back to school today" He says

"I already told you and pops that I don't want to go" I say

"Yeah and your pops and I told you that you have to go. Now get up and get ready for school or I'll send your pops in here. You think I'm scary? Your pops very rarely gets angry about things, but when he does it is not a pleasant sight" He says

"Can't you call saying I'm sick" I ask

"No. Now get ready for school. I expect you sitting at the table in fifteen minutes" he says

"Fine" I groan

He leaves and I get out of bed. I get dressed then grab my backpack. I go out to the living room and set my bag on the couch. I then go to the dining room and sit at the table in my usual seat. Soon enough food is on the table and everyone else is seated.

"You ready to go back to school Petie" uncle Clint asks

"No, but I don't have a choice" I say

"You'll do fine baby spider" Aunt Nat says

"Look Bambi, go to school and afterwards, your uncle Falcon and I will pick you up and take you for Thai or ice cream." Uncle Bucky says

"I guess" I say

I finish eating breakfast and then I head to the garage with dad and pops.

"Alright. So pops is taking you to school because Pepper needs me for some sort of boring meeting" dad says

"Okay" I say

"Look Pete it will be fine. Your dad and I have a gift for you" pops says

Dad hands me a small bag and I open it. Inside is a watch.

"Thanks" I say

"You're welcome Underoos but it's not just any watch. It has its own AI and is linked with FRIDAY. It is also the same AI that I'm putting in your new suit." Dad says

"That is awesome. Thank you" I say

I hug both of them and then pops and I get in the car. We buckle up and then pops drives off. We get to school and pops stops the car.

"Bye pops thank you" I say

"You're welcome Pete. Look, I know you aren't wanting to be here so between us if by lunch you aren't wanting to be here anymore just call me and I'll pick you up" he says

"Thanks pops" I say

"You're welcome bud. Now get going before you're late" he says

I give him a hug and then grab my backpack and go inside the school. I go over to my locker and Ned is waiting for me.

"Hey dude. What's up" Ned asks

"Hey Ned. How's school been without me" I ask

"Boring. I mean MJ is some company but not much. She doesn't talk much" he says

"What are you saying about me dork" we hear

We turn around and see MJ.

"Hey MJ. He was just saying that you are nothing compared to me" I say

"Yeah right loser" she says

"I missed you guys" I say

"We missed you too" MJ smiles

I grab my books and we head off to our first class. We get near the classroom when I start getting the chills. I can't react to it so I let whatever is coming to me come. I feel myself being pushed into the wall and my head slams against the wall but I remain conscious.

"Hey penis Parker" flash says

"What do you want flash" I ask

"Where have you been? Family vacation? Oh yeah that right, you have no family" he says

"I've been spending time with family" I say

"How" he asks

"Because there are people that care for me" I say

"Yeah right" he says

He punches me a few times and I drop my stuff to grab my stomach in pain. I get up again only to be punched a few times in the face. I get in some punches without using all my strength. He goes to punch me again but a teacher comes along.

"Aren't you two supposed to be in class" the teacher asks

"Yeah yeah. Sorry. I was just catching up with my pal Pen- Peter" flash says

Flash grabs his bag and runs off.

"Are you okay? What was going on" the teacher asks

"Nothing. Like he said, he was welcoming me back." I say

"Peter, it doesn't look like that." The teacher says

"I'm okay I promise. Can you go let my teacher know I'm going to be late to class. I need to go to the restroom" I say

"Of course. Who's your teacher" the teacher asks

"Mrs. O'Henry" I say

The teacher nods and I collect my stuff then go to the bathroom. I pull my phone out and call pops.

S-are you okay Pete? It's only been 15 minutes
P-I need you to pick me up
S-you sound like your crying.
P-I can't do this. I can't be at this school anymore.
S-ssh Pete. It's gonna be okay. I'm on my way to pick you up now. Explain it all to me when I get there. For now go sign yourself out and wait outside
P-okay

I hang up and go to the office. I hide my face and sign out. I go outside and sit on the bench. A few minutes later I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn and see my pops. I lean into him and cry more. He just rubs my back and let's me cry.

"Alright, you want to let me know what happened" he asks

"Flash happened. He's the reason I'm not wanted at school. He makes fun of me. He's the bully. I always face him straight-on but I just couldn't take it anymore. I can never take it anymore" I say

"It's okay Pete. You did what I asked and went to school. You faced it straight-on and then called me when you couldn't handle it. I will talk to the principal and let him know you will be homeschooled from now on" he says

"O-okay" I stutter

He helps me up from the bench and we go to the car.

"Does dad know" I ask

"Not yet. But you'll need to tell him" he says

"Okay. Karen, call dad" I say

"Calling dad" Karen says

"You called your AI Karen" Pops asks

"Yeah" I say

"Okay" pops says

T-hey Underoos what's going on? Shouldn't you be in class?
P-I'm on my way home dad
T-why
S-because he called me. He's going to be homeschooled from now on.
T-why!?
P-I couldn't take it anymore dad. I couldn't take getting bullied and beat up anymore
T-who was doing this to you
P-I'm not saying
T-if you give me a name I can deal with it
S-tony, just leave it be. Peter is leaving the school and that deals with it. The person only gives Pete a hard time. Now I'm sure you have some work to do. We'll be at the tower soon and you can join us for lunch.
T-okay fine

I hang up the phone and lean back a bit in the seat.

"Thanks pops" I say

"You're welcome" he says

We get to the tower and we get out.

"I don't want to see the others" I mumble

"Okay. We'll take the back way" he says

"What back way" I ask

"Your dad created a secret stairwell from my room to the garage" he says

"That is so cool" I say

"Yeah. Now let's go" he says

He uncovers the stairs and we go up them. We get to his room and go in.

"Can I just hang out in here until dad comes" I ask

"Of course. Did you let Ned and MJ know that you left" he asks

"Yeah. I sent them a text after calling you." I say

I sit down on the bed and lay back.

"I'm going to contact the school. I'll be back. I'll have FRIDAY lock my door so that no one can get in except for me or dad" he says

"Okay" I say

He walks out and just as I'm drifting off to sleep my phone rings. I look and see that it's MJ.

P-yes
M-hey loser
P-you are suppose to be in second period
M-nope
P-why
M-I got expelled
P-how? What did you do
M-I might have kicked Flash's butt. I figured that's why you left.
P-ugh. What about Ned?
M-I don't know. I sent him a text and told him what happened to me. I know he won't do anything though.
P-yeah, okay. Well bye MJ
M-bye loser

I hang up and drift off to sleep. I'm woken up sometime later by pops and dad.

"What time is it" I ask

"It's 1:30 bud" dad says

"Oh. What's for lunch" I ask

"What do you want" pops asks

"Pizza" I ask

"Okay. We'll order some. How are you doing" dad asks

"Better. I'm not as sore" I say

"The sleep probably helped. We'll have Bruce check you out still." Dad says

"Ok. What did the school say pops" I ask

"They understood. You are out of their system. They said they'd have Ned pick up your stuff" he says

"Alright. Um so, MJ got expelled for beating up the kid who beat me up. Could you just homeschool her as well so she doesn't have to go back? Maybe Ned as well if you ask their parents" I ask

"I'll look into it Pete. Now I'll call them and order the pizza while you go and get checked out" pops says

"Okay" I say

I hand my phone to pops and then follow dad to the kitchen. I sit on the counter and not long after Uncle Bruce walks in.

"Hey Kiddo. Are your senses out of control at all" uncle Bruce asks

"No. They feel fine" I say

"Okay. Are you feeling nauseous" he asks

"Nope. My left eye hurts quite a bit, same with my stomach area. My jaw also hurt a bit" I say

"Okay" he says

He checks some things over and then walks away. He then comes back a few minutes later with a bag.

"I had to go get some stuff from the medbay" he says

"Oh" I say

"Alright so you have bruised ribs, a black eye that is pretty swollen and a bruised jaw. You're just going to have to ice it all a lot and take it easy." He says

"Okay. Thanks uncle Bruce" I say

"You're welcome kiddo" he says

I get off the counter and go to the living room. I lay down on one of the couches and Uncle Bruce places the ice packs down.

"What happened to my baby spider" Aunt Nat asks

"I'm okay Aunt Nat. I was just bullied" I say

"You don't look okay pancake" uncle Rhodey says

"Yeah spidey. Who's a** do we have to kick" uncle Falcon asks

"Language" pops says walking in

I look towards pops and he winks. I smile and wink back at him.

"Woah what are you two communicating about and leaving me out" dad asks

"I was just letting Pete know that everything is a go" pops says

"What's a go" uncle Bruce asks

"Well Peter is no longer going to his school. He is going to be homeschooled from now on and his two friends are joining. His one friend got expelled and the other one did not want to be alone at the school" Pops says

"Yes! More time with my favorite nephew" Uncle Bucky says

"I'm your only nephew" I say

"So? You're still my favorite. Maybe I'd even consider you my favorite person" uncle Bucky says

"I thought I was your favorite" pops asks

"No. You disregarded me as your best friend so you aren't my favorite. You chose Stark as your best friend" uncle Bucky says

"Woah hold it, it's not Stark it's Stank" uncle Rhodey says

"Rhodey, not this again" dad groans

I hop up from laying down and wince some but look at dad, "wait I want to hear this story"

"The one day your dad and I were talking and a delivery guy came with a package and asked for a Tony Stank. Your dad went to correct him but I jumped in and said that your dad indeed was tony Stank." Uncle Rhodey says

"You know dad, if you showered more often you would no longer stank" I say

Uncle Clint and Uncle Falcon hi-five me.

"Alright that's enough out of you Underoos." Dad says

"You still need to ice more" uncle Bruce says

"I feel fine Uncle Bruce" I say

"Yeah right Kiddo, you definitely didn't wince when you hopped up from the couch" uncle Bruce says

"But I don't wanna" I whine

"Pete ice or no lunch" pops says

"For how long" I ask

"Fifteen minutes. I'm also gonna bring you a pain killer mixed with some of the stuff to control your senses" uncle Bruce says

"Okay" I sigh

I lay back down on the couch and place the ice back where it was.

"What do you want to watch spidey" uncle falcon asks

"Whatever" I say

"Alright, FRIDAY please turn on Full House" uncle Falcon says

The show turns on.

"Why did you ask FRIDAY to turn it on when the remote is right next to you" I ask

"Because he's lazy" dad says sitting down next to my feet

"Dad when can I go on patrol again" I ask

"When you can do strenuous activity again" pops says sitting down next to dad and laying my feet on his lap

"But that's so long" I say

"You were able to go a month without going on patrol you can go a few more weeks" pops says

"Fine. But I'm helping dad create a suit for me" I say

"That's fine" dad says

After the fifteen minutes are up Uncle Bruce gives me two pills. Once I take them we all go to the table and sit down for lunch.

"So baby spider is learning from home. Which one of you is teaching" Aunt Nat asks

"Probably going to be me" pops says

"Hey I can teach" dad says

"Yes. And I will need you to teach the three of them math and science because of how smart they are but you can't teach them the other classes because you are terrible at them" pops says

"I can teach history. I know a lot of history" uncle Bucky says

"Maybe" pops says

"When are Wanda and Vision arriving and does anyone know when Thor is coming back" uncle Clint asks

"Wanda and vision are coming sometime tonight and Thor just left two days ago" uncle Falcon says

"Tony" we hear

"In the dining hall pepper" dad calls out

"Hello everyone. What are you doing here cinnamon? Shouldn't you be at school" pepper asks

"I'm gonna be homeschooled" I say

"Oh. Okay" she says

"What did you need Pepper" dad asks

"Oh nothing. I just wanted to see what you all were doing. I'm also taking some pizza back with me" she says

"Okay. Bye" dad says

"Bye Miss Pepper" I say

"Bye cinnamon" she says

She leaves and we all go back to eating. After lunch we go back to watching Full House until 7:30.

"Mister Stark, Wanda and Vision have arrived" FRIDAY says

"Okay. Thank you for letting me know FRIDAY" dad says

After a few minutes we hear the elevator open and we see Wanda and Vision walk in.

"Hey everyone" Wanda says

"Hey. How was your trip" Uncle Bruce asks

"It was splendid" Vision says

"Wonderful" uncle Bruce says

"Who's the kid and where's Thor" Wanda asks

"Thor went back to Asgard for sometime. He's also on the same floor as you two. The kid is Peter. He is tony and Steve's adopted son. Also Steve and Tony are dating and Nat and Bruce are dating" Uncle Rhodey says

"Wow. We missed a lot. Go away for two months and everything changes" Visions says

"Hello Pete" Wanda says

"Hold on. That names already taken. You need to find your own nickname for him" pops says

"Hi Aunt Wanda" I say

"Hello little Einstein" Vision says

"Hi" I say

"Wait I need a nickname for Peter. I don't know what it should be" Wanda says

"I don't know. That's for you to figure out. Now sssh. Me and Bambi are trying to watch" Uncle Bucky says

I cuddle up close to uncle Bucky and he throws his arm around him.

"Wait why is he here and who is the guy near the fire place" Wanda asks

"Bucky is here because S.H.I.E.L.D. cleared him. He is no longer being mind controlled by hydra. Sam is here because he is Falcon and needed a place to crash. So they're both part of the avengers now." Dad says

"And you're okay with this tony" Vision asks

"They're friends of Steve's so yes" dad answers

Pops gives him a kiss and I look away.

"I have a nickname" aunt Wanda says

"What?" I ask

"Bug" she says

"That works. I like it. I'm close to a bug anyways" I say

"How" she asks

"He's Spider-Man. Has spider like abilities" Aunt Nat says

"Cool" aunt Wanda says

"Alright alright. Let's eat some dinner then it's time for Pete to head to bed" pops says

"Pops" I whine

"Nope. No complaining no arguing" he says

"Fine" I grumble

"Cheer up Underoos. Homeschooling doesn't start until next week. We need to wait until we get all the resources" dad says

"Okay. What's for dinner" I ask

"Your Uncle Clint is making meatloaf and mashed potatoes" uncle Falcon says

"Dinner is ready" uncle Clint shouts

"Uncle Clint shut up" I say

"Sorry Petie" he smiles

We go to the table and sit down. After dinner I head to bed and drift off into a peaceful sleep.
