*Tony POV*
I wake up in the morning to sun shining in my face. I look at my phone and see that it's 7. Crap. We have to leave in thirty minutes. I look next to me and Steve and Peter are sleeping still. Steve has his arm wrapped around Peter protectively. I shake both of them lightly and they wake up.

"We have to leave in thirty minutes" I whisper

They nod and head off to their rooms. I head to mine. After I'm done getting ready I head to the kitchen where Steve and Peter are eating breakfast. Steve passes a bowl of cereal to me and I start eating as well.

"Pete, do you have your key to your Aunts apartment" Steve asks

"Yeah. It's in my pocket" Peter answers

We finish eating and then head out. We go to the garage and I grab a set of keys. I unlock the car and we go over to the one that unlocked and get in.

"Why do you have so many cars dad" Peter asks

"I don't know Underoos. I guess because these are all cars that I like" I say

He just nods in response and I drive out of the garage. We get to the coffee shop and I park the car. I look at my phone and we're a few minutes early. We go inside and Everyone turns and looks at us.

"Uh why is everyone staring" Peter whispers

"Because your dad didn't wear a disguise. He never does" Steve says

"All you wear for a disguise is a hat and glasses. Have I told you how good you look in glasses though" I say

"You really do look good in glasses pops" Peter says

"Hush it both of you. Pete do you see Mrs. Gonzales" Steve asks

Peter nods and leads us to a table in the far right corner of the place.

"Hi Mrs. Gonzales" Peter says

"Oh hi Peter." Mrs. Gonzales says

"Hi Mrs. Gonzales. I'm Steve Rogers. You probably know Tony Stark. He is who Peter is interning with. We are going to adopt Peter together" Steve says

"Very good. Why don't we get started then." She says

Peter and I slide into the booth and Steve grabs a chair and sits down at the head of the table. First Steve signs the fostering paper and she explains a few things with that then Steve and I sign the adoption papers and she explains how that process will work.

"So Peter I know it's only been a day but have you enjoyed being with them" she asks

"Yes. Very much so." Peter says

"He's already calling us Pops and Dad and he's been calling our friends Aunt and Uncle" I say

"Wow. That's the fastest I've seen a teen connect in a foster home" she says

"I guess they just make me feel secure and wanted" Peter smiles shyly

I wrap my arm around him and he leans into me.

"We love you Underoos" I say

"Underoos" Mrs. Gonzales questions

"Oh yeah we all have a nickname for him. We all have to have a different nickname for him because he won't let anyone have duplicate nicknames" Steve says

"What's your favorite nickname" she asks

"Well beside the ones that pops and dad have for me, probably Bambi from Uncle Bucky. Don't tell Aunt Nat" Peter says

"Don't worry, we won't tell her" I say

"Well it looks like you guys are really good for Peter. I will get the papers turned in and the adoption process can get worked on. Peter you still have my card so you can call me whenever. If you two have any questions, don't hesitate to call" she says

We thank her and she leaves.

"Okay Pete. We're going to your aunts apartment. The others are joining. I got in contact with the landlord and he told me that the whole apartment needs to be cleared out today so that others can move in tomorrow. So today is focused on the apartment." Steve says

"O-okay" he stutters

"Peter you okay" I ask

"I j-just didn't think I'd ha-have to s-say goodbye to everything so f-fast" he says

I get out from the booth and Peter slides out as well. Steve stands up and we all walk out. We go to a table out there and Steve sits down and pulls Peter down on his lap like you would a little kid.

"Hey Pete listen to me, I know it's hard. It's hard to say goodbye to everything you know and then have to adjust to something completely brand new. We don't have to go through everything today. We can box everything up and take it with us then go through it whenever you want too" Steve says

"Okay." Peter nods

Steve wipes Peters tears and then we go to the car. We get in and I drive to the apartment. When we arrive the others are standing there and Thor is actually wearing normal clothes. We get out and Bucky races over to Peter and lifts him on his shoulder.

"How did you get Thor to wear normal clothes" Steve asks

"It was really easy" Nat says

"That lady scares me" Thor says

"Don't worry Uncle Thor. I'll protect you. She wouldn't dare hurt her baby spider" Peter says

Bucky sets him down and Peter walks over to Nat.

"Right momma spider" Peter smirks

"Ooh you're lucky you're so innocent" Nat grumbles

"So are we going to go in or are we just going to put on a freak show for the whole world" Clint asks

"Let's go inside" I say

We go inside and Peter leads us to the apartment. He unlocks the door and we walk in. We all stay back and let him wander around the apartment some.

"Alright. You guys work on packing up the kitchen and living room, Steve and I are going to go see Peter" I say

"Okay" Rhodey says

Him, Sam, and Bruce walk out probably to go grab boxes and Steve and I go to find Peter. We walk through the apartment and find Peter in a room. I look around and I can tell that it's Aunt Mays. Steve and I sit down on either side of Peter and he leans up against Steve. I look to see what's in his hand and it's a picture.

"Who's in the picture" I ask

"It's my mom, dad, uncle Ben, Aunt May and me. It's from when I was born" Peter smiles

"You were an adorable baby" I say

"I got in a lot of trouble as a kid. My mom and dad would always have to threaten me with no reading, math, or science for me to behave because I didn't mind being sent to my room or the other punishments because I could still read and such" Peter laughs

"Gosh you're so much like Tony" Steve says

"Hey" I say

"What? You both are passionate about math and science." Steve says

"Thanks pops" Peter smiles

"You're welcome. Now I know you don't want to, but we have to get packing. Why don't you and I go pack your room and Tony packs up this room. I know you might want to pack up your aunts stuff but I think you should wait a bit" Steve says

"Okay" Peter sighs

"Hey Underoos we're doing this cause we care about you. If you want, we can go through the stuff later on tonight or tomorrow but right now I think you should only focus on your room" I say

"Okay Dad. Let's go pops" Peter says

The two of them walk out and I go out to the others. I grab some boxes and walk back to Aunt May's room and get back to work. After about four hours we have the house packed up and the boxes loaded on a truck.

"Is there any furniture that Aunt May brought to the apartment that you want to bring with" I ask

"Not that I know of. I don't know what she brought here and what was already here" he says

"Okay. Well let's go get some lunch. The shawarma place is right around the corner" I say

"What's with you and Shawarma" Bruce asks

"Because it's good" I say

"Could we go get Thai food?" Peter mumbles

"What did you ask Bambi" Bucky asks

"Can we get Thai food? There's a place May and I would go to often" Peter says

"Of course." Clint says

"I want Shawarma" I pout

"Then go by yourself. We're all going and getting Thai" Rhodey says

"Ugh fine. I'll join you guys" I groan

"Yes! Let's go dad and pops" Peter cheers

I smile at how happy he is and start walking to the car. Steve finishes talking with the movers and then comes over and joins us in the car.

"The boxes will be at the tower and unloaded by the time we get back from lunch" he says

"Okay. Let's go eat" I say

I drive off and Peter gives me the directions to get there. We arrive and then go in. We get in there and no one is here.

"Not many people come to this place, but May and I come often" Peter says

"Alright. Well let's put some tables together so we can all sit together" Steve says

"How many seats do we need" Peter asks

"We need 10" I say

We push three tables together and then sit down. A minute later the others walk in and sit down as well. We order food and then start talking.

"So Thor when are you going back to Asgard to check in your people and brother" I ask

"I will return there next week. I want to spend time with the man of spiders before I have to leave" Thor says

"Why are they man of spiders and man of Iron but Steve is only Captain" Natasha asks

"I don't know" Thor responds

"Uncle Thor What is it like in Asgard" Peter asks

Thor goes to talk but Steve stops him.

"No. You are not taking him with you. He is staying here. He needs to adjust to living with us some more and work on his school work that he's missing before he goes back to school in a month." Steve says

"Why not" Thor asks

"Because Thor. You are reckless at points and I don't really trust you and Loki together." Steve says

"Fine. Asgard is a wonderful place. Well except when my brother starts being mischievous" Thor says

"Can we go at some point Pops" Peter asks

"Maybe. Once we can keep Loki under control" Steve says

"Yes!" Peter cheers

The food arrives and we start eating. Once we are all done eating I pay and then we head out and drive back to the tower. When we get there Steve walks away and the others go to the living room. I go to Steve's room and he's not there. I then go to the lab and he's not there either. I then go to the gym and Steve is going at a punching bag. After a minute he destroys the punching bag so I go over to him before he can hook up a new one.

"You okay" I ask

"Never better" he grumbles

"Steve" I start

"No Tony. Leave me alone." He says

"Alright. Well we're all going to be watching a movie if you want to join us." I say

"Thanks. Maybe later. I think I'm going to go for a run so I don't destroy anymore punching bags" he says

I nod and walk out. I take the elevator and return to the living room. I go and sit down next to Peter on the couch and he curls up closer to me.

"Where's Pops" he asks

"He went for a run." I say

"Okay. Um the stuff from Aunt May's. Can we put my stuff in my room and everything else go into storage? I don't think I want to go through that stuff for a while" he says

"Of course Peter. We'll get uncle Rhodey, Uncle Sam, and Uncle Clint to deal with that" I say

The three look at me and groan. They get up and go to the garage where the boxes are.

"Hey Man of spiders I keep on hearing about this thing called kart Mario or something. How does one play" Thor asks

"Game room is on floor 33. Go ahead" I say

Peter, Thor, and Bucky all get up and head to the elevator. Bruce also gets up and he leaves probably heading to his lab. Natasha stands up from where she is sitting and comes and sits next to me.

"What's on your mind" she asks

"I keep thinking about what you told me about Steve. And how he likes me." I say

"Oh. Does that have to do with why you broke up with Pepper" she asks

"Maybe. Yes. No. I don't know. I just know I don't love her anymore and we are better off as friends." I say

"Okay. Well all I can say is that Peter needs both of you. And you both need him and each other. So think about it. Think about how you feel about him and then tell him" she says

"Okay. Thanks Nat" I say

I get up and go to my room. I sit on my bed and start thinking about this whole thing.

"FRIDAY is Steve back yet" I ask

"Captain Rogers hasn't left sir. He went to the lab" FRIDAY says

"Okay. Thanks" I say

I grab my phone and go on YouTube. I then spend an hour watching videos people posted of us Avengers fighting. Mostly videos of Steve. After the hour there's a knock on my door.

"Come in" I say

"Dad dinners ready. Uncle Clint and Aunt Nat made it." Peter says

"Alright. I'll be there soon Underoos" I say

He nods and walks out.

"FRIDAY tell Steve dinner is ready" I say

"Captain Rogers says he's not hungry. He already told Peter that" FRIDAY says

"Okay. Thank you" I say

I get up from the bed and walk to the dining room. I take my seat at the head of the table.

"So what's for dinner" I ask

"They made spaghetti, meatballs, and failed at making garlic bread" Peter says

"We did not fail" Clint says

"Yes you did. The kid had to come and get me to put the fire out" Bruce says

"Woah, there was a fire? Why didn't FRIDAY mention it" I ask

"Probably because Petie hacked into it" Clint says

"You weren't suppose to tell him" Peter groans

"Underoos how did you hack into my AI?" I ask

"It wasn't that hard. I mean Uncle Clint and Aunt Nat won't be able to hack into it. But someone who is as smart as me could" Peter says

"Yeah okay. Let's just eat" I say

"Pops said he wasn't hungry" Peter says

"Don't worry Double P. He'll probably come eat once we all go to bed." Sam says

"Okay" Peter nods

We eat dinner while talking and laughing then I send Peter to bed early because it was a long emotional day and also as punishment for hacking into FRIDAY. I then also head to bed after helping to clean the table. I get ready for bed and then lay down. I drift off to sleep thinking about a certain blonde.
