(1 week later)
*Nat POV*
It's been a week since Peter has left. He calls and talks to Bucky often and sometimes me and Bruce. He has tried Steve and Tony a few times but they don't answer. Tony has remained in the lab and Steve hasn't come out of his room. We're all pretty worried about them. Especially Steve since he doesn't have any food or anything in his room. Tony at least has a mini fridge and a small pantry in the lab. Right now all of us are sitting in the living room trying to figure out a way to get them out of their areas.

"Alright, Bucky and Sam you two are going to talk to Steve. Rhodey and I will talk to Tony. The rest of you just be prepared to be back up if anyone needs help." I say

"Alright" Clint says

"Bruce did you hack into the system and override the commands" Rhodey asks

"Yeah. I would go now before Tony realizes what I did. Actually Wanda go with them to Tony because there's a chance he's drunk and you can control him with your powers if he gets too out of control" Bruce says

"Got it" Wanda says

"Bruce we should check in on Petey using his spider drone" Clint says

"Okay" Bruce says

We discuss the plan a bit more then head off to our places. Rhodey, Wanda, and I take the elevator to the lab. Once we step off I enter in my code and the doors open. We walk in and the lab is a mess except for one area. That area is Steve's art studio. I guess Tony didn't want Steve to get mad at him for destroying his stuff.

"Tony's over on the couch" Rhodey points out

I look over there and Tony is indeed laying on the couch and flipping through a book. We walk over to him and as we get closer I can see that it's one of Steve's sketchbooks.

"What are you three doing down here" Tony asks looking at us

"You need to come back up to the real world" I say

"Why?" He asks

"Because Tony. This isn't good. You shouldn't be living like this. Peter wouldn't want you like this" Rhodey says

"What does he care" Tony retorts

"Where's your phone" I ask

"It's over at my one table" Tony says

Wanda goes and grabs it and brings it back over.

"Tony, look at your phone, you have twenty missed calls from Peter." I say

He sits up and grabs his phone from my hand. He looks at it and starts doing somethings.

"Why are we not fit to adopt him" Tony asks

"I don't know Tony. But you staying in here for a week without talking to anyone is not going to reassure anyone that you are fit to be a parent. You were thrown into a situation. You didn't like the outcome so you hid from it. What if Peter got into a situation you didn't like? Are you going to hide from it or help solve it" Rhodey asks

"I'd help him" Tony says

"Well, you aren't helping now. Peter doesn't like his situation. In fact he's starting to think that you and Steve don't like him. He talks to us constantly but can never get a hold of the two of you." Wanda says

"How bad is it where Peter is" Tony asks

"He's pretty much doing the same thing you and Steve are doing" I say

"What do you mean me and Steve" Tony asks

"Steve locked himself in his room. Peter stays in his room but leaves to eat and go to school." Rhodey says

"Has Steve come out at all" Tony asks worried

"Not that we know of" Wanda says

"S*** this isn't good" Tony says

He gets up from the couch and sprints towards the stairs.

*Sam POV*
Bucky and I walk to Steve's room and open the door. We get in there and Steve is sitting on the edge of his bed. We go over to him and sit down on either side of him.

"Steve" I say

"What" he asks

He looks at me and there are dark bags under his eyes meaning he hasn't slept much. I take a good look at him and he looks thinner and weaker.

"When was the last time you ate" Bucky asks

"I don't know" Steve mumbles

"Yes you do Steven. You can't be doing this to yourself. You have to stop starving yourself. You're starting to look like the Brooklyn Steve and that's not a good thing." Bucky says

"Peter misses you and Tony both. I know this is hard on you because it's another thing missing from your life, but you locking yourself up makes you lose everything in your life. You still have us and you still have Tony. You both locked yourselves up when you should've been there for each other" I say

"Peter doesn't care about us" Steve whispers

"Yes he does Steve. You have so many missed calls from Pete and he has locked himself in his room at the boys home pretty much. He didn't mean to call you Mr. Rogers. When he talks to us he calls you pops" Bucky states

"Steven Grant Rogers, why the f*** are you not eating. You can lock yourself up in here and be sad, but you cannot go without eating" Tony yells coming in

"Woah, Tony you need to calm down. You were pretty much doing the same thing. Yes you were eating, but that's only because you had food in the lab. If you were in your room you wouldn't have eaten" I say

Tony calms down some and goes and sits down next to Steve.

"Alright, Steve you need to eat something and the two of you need to stop moping about" I say

"I'm not hungry" Steve mumbles

"I don't care if you are hungry or not Steven. You will eat something even if I have to force feed you" Bucky says

Steve nods and we walk out.

"Sam,Bucky you need to come see this" Bruce calls

We go to the dining room and see the others crowded around the computer. We look at it and we all gasp.

"Is this live" I ask

"Yeah. We also have it on a recording" Clint says

"Okay. Clint and Bruce go take the feed to Mrs. Gonzales and show it to her. Bucky and Nat go with so that you all can go pick up Peter afterwards because he'll probably be able to be adopted then. The rest of us will make sure Steve and Tony look better so that there's more of a chance for the adoption to be approved." I say

"Do we know when this happened to Peter" Vision asks

"Not fully. I've gone back and watched other videos that we have and it looks like a lot of them are coming from school. Sometimes from the guy who owns the house when Peter doesn't do what he says" Bruce says

"How are you able to watch these and not turn into the hulk" Rhodey asks

"Because Nat is usually there to keep me calm or I listen to my music as I watch it" Bruce says

"What's going on" we hear

We all turn around and see Steve and Tony walking over. Bruce quickly closes the laptop.

"Nothing. I was just wondering how Bruce is able to control the hulk so well nowadays" Rhodey says

"Oh okay. Well Steve and I are about to eat some lunch. Would you guys like any" Tony asks

"No we're alright. Thanks though" Nat says

"Uh guys, who's been homeschooling Ned and MJ" Steve asks

"Bucky and Bruce." I say

"Thank you guys for doing that and Uh sorry that I haven't been much of a leader during this" Steve says

"It's okay Captain. I mean we hit a few rough spots but we were able to manage. I mean no one is as good of a leader as you though" Vision says

"So um a few of us have to head out but we will be back in a few actually, the two of you eat lunch and then Sam has to take you both somewhere and do not put up a fight" Nat says

"We won't but Steve definitely needs to eat first and we both need to shower" Tony says

"Okay" Nat says

Clint, Bruce, Bucky, and Nat leave and the rest of us go off to do our own thing. Thirty minutes later Steve, Tony, and I are in a car and I'm driving out of the garage.

"Where are we going Sam" Tony asks

"Somewhere. You'll like it." I say

"How do you know we'll like it" Tony questions

"Stop questioning him Tony. I'm sure Nat and Bucky know what they're doing" Steve says

"How do you know I didn't come up with the plan" I ask

"You might've come up with the plan but if it wasn't a good one Nat and Bucky wouldn't go along with it because they are protective of me and Tony. Way too protective" Steve says

"He's not wrong" Tony says

"They're protective over you because of how the two of you act. If I wasn't so much of a free spirit or knew you two longer, I'd be protective too" I say

"Whatever" Tony says

We arrive at the courthouse and I park the car.

"What are we doing here" Steve asks

"We have to do something. The others are waiting for us inside so let's go" I say

*Peter POV*
A few hours after I wake up I'm called to the office of the boys home. Great. I did nothing wrong yet I'm going to get beat. I get down there and spot Aunt Nat, Uncle Bucky, Uncle Bruce, and Uncle Clint. I run over to them and hug them.

"What are you guys doing here" I ask

"We're here to bring you back" Uncle Clint says

"Why" I ask

"So your dad and pops can adopt you" Aunt Nat says

"No really why are you here" I ask

"Look Bambi, I know they never answered your phone calls, but that's because they were crushed. One of the only things that brought joy to their lives left them and when they left they called them names they didn't want to hear. They got the idea that that one thing didn't care about them or loved them anymore." Uncle Bucky says

"I do love them. I guess I called them Mr. Stark and Mr. Rogers because maybe it would help me to move on from them or something but I didn't." I say

"We know kiddo. That's why we're here. So that Tony and Steve can adopt you" uncle Bruce says

"Okay. Let me go pack my things" I smile

I race up the stairs and to the room I was staying in. I throw the few things I took out of the suitcases back in and then I pick them up and carry them downstairs. Uncle Bruce and Uncle Clint take them from me and Uncle Bucky wraps his metal arm around my shoulder and we all go outside. We get in the car and Aunt Nat drives off.

"How were you able to convince the judge to let Dad and Pops adopt me" I ask

"The drone on your suit. We saw what happened at the house and also what you looked like from school. We were able to convince the judge that being with us is safer because we homeschool you and you only come on the smaller missions" Uncle Bucky says

"Oh. Does dad and Pops know" I ask

"No. They're meeting us at the courthouse. We don't plan on telling them about it. Just saying that we found a loophole and was able to convince the judge that the two of them were eligible" Uncle Bruce says

"You're going to lie to them" I ask

"Yeah. I do it all the time" Uncle Clint says

"And how often do you get away with it" I sass

"He never does. We're not going to tell them but if they ask you have to decide if you want them to know or not" Aunt Nat says

"Okay" I say

We arrive at the courthouse and go inside. A few minutes later Uncle Falcon walks in with dad and pops. I run over and hug them.

"What are you doing here Pete" pops asks

"Those four brought me here" I say pointing behind me

"What's going on Nat" Dad asks

"The judge told us that you two can adopt Peter. So you all are here for it to become official" she says

"How" Pops asks

"I'll explain later" I say

"Okay" Pops agrees

We go into the room and meet up with the judge. He says what he needs to say and it then becomes official. I am now Peter Benjamin Stark. We walk out of the courtroom and go to the cars.

"Now what" I ask

"How about we get you moved back into your room and then we get pizza and have a movie" dad asks

"Okay" I smile

I hop in the car with dad, pops, and Uncle Falcon. Uncle Falcon then drives to the tower. We go inside and ride the elevator to the main floor. As soon as we step off I'm attacked in a hug by Aunt Wanda, Vision, and Uncle Rhodey. I hug them all back and then I head to my room with dad and pops following. Once my bags are brought in we work on unpacking. We finish quickly and then sit on my bed.

"So Pete you want to clarify how the judge was convinced to allow us to adopt you" Pops asks

"I really don't think you want to know." I say

"I think I really do" he says

I look at dad for help but he holds his hands up in surrender.

"Really pops. You're not going to like the answer" I say

"Peter Benjamin Stark, I don't care if I like the answer or not. I want to know" pops demands

"Fine. Uncle Bruce and the others used the drone from my suit to spy on me while I was at the boys home. They found out I was getting abused there and also coming home from school beat up because of the bully there" I sigh

"Woah, hold on Underoos. You're saying you were getting beat up this whole week and they knew and none of them thought to tell us" Dad asks

"I guess" I shrug

Pops storms out of the room and dad and I quickly follow. We get out to the living room and pops has uncle Bucky held up against a wall.

"Release Bucky Steve. He's your best friend" dad says

"He kept something from me Tony. Something important" pops growls

"Woah Steve I didn't do anything. We tried to talk to you two and tell you but you ignored us and wouldn't let us in. We finally told you after a week because we couldn't take it any longer." Uncle Bucky says

Pops releases him and heads towards the stairs. Uncle Bucky and Uncle Falcon go with him.

"Has anyone told Thor about Peter" Uncle Rhodey asks

"Yes. I had FRIDAY send him a text" Dad says

Before we can do anything there's a loud bang and then Uncle Thor and who I assume is Loki walks in. Pops and my two uncles apparently were told about their arrival and they run into the room.

"What is he doing here Thor" Pops asks

"I can to congratulate man of spiders and my brother here was bored and asked to come with" Uncle Thor explains

"Hi Mr. Loki. I'm Peter Stark. Everyone tells me you're evil because of what you did but I think you're just misunderstood." I say

"Hello. I like him. I want him. I'm taking him" Mr. Loki says

"You can't do that brother. He belongs to man of Iron and captain" uncle Thor says

"Then we'll stay here. I like this one" Mr. Loki says

"I don't think so. I think Earth is better off with you in Asgard" Pops says

"Come on Captain Stars and Stripes. I haven't caused mischief in awhile" Mr. Loki says

"He hasn't. Last time he caused trouble was three months ago" Uncle Thor says

"Come on Steve, I was messed up and harmful but I changed and I'm good. I'm better. Maybe Loki can too. Give him a chance" Uncle Bucky says

"Yeah Pops. Mr. Loki isn't evil he's just misunderstood. No one has ever showed that they loved or cared about him" I say

"I don't know" Pops says

"Seriously Steven? You're considering this" Dad asks

"Come on Tony, Pete and Bucky have a point" pops says

"Ugh. Alright alright, which floor has an empty room" Dad asks

"Our floor" Vision says

"Yes. Then my Brother will be on the same floor as me" Uncle Thor says

"Thank you Stark and Rogers." Mr. Loki says

"Yeah, thanks dad and pops. Now Mr. Loki before anything else happens today you need to choose your nickname for me. One that no one else already has" I say

"Mini Stark" Mr. Loki

"Okay. Well can we order the pizza now? I'm hungry" I say

"I'll order it Pancake. Go choose a movie to watch" Uncle Rhodey says

I nod and run off to the living room. Others follow. I put in a Star Wars movie and sit down on one of the couches. Dad and Pops soon walk over and sit down next to each other. I get up from where I am next to dad and sit down in between the two of them.

"Why can't I sit next to my boyfriend" Dad asks

"Um because I want to sit here" I say

"You should've seen it coming Tony. He does it every time. Pete stand up" pops says

I do as he says and he slides over to dad and then he brings me down on his lap.

"I'm 15 pops" I pout

"Then why are you pouting like a three year old" uncle Clint asks

"Because I'm also three" I say sticking my tongue out at uncle Clint

"Well you could sit here, sit next to me, sit next to dad, or find somewhere else to sit" pops says

I consider my options and then see Aunt Nat and Uncle Bruce sitting next to each other on a different couch. I get up and go invade their space by sitting down between them. However, Aunt Nat gently pushes me off the seat and onto the ground.

"I don't think so baby spider." She says

"Come here Bug you can come sit between me and Vision" Aunt Wanda says

"No. It's no fun when you offer" I grumble

I go and sit next to pops and lean my head on his chest. Dad does the same thing on the other side of pops and pops wraps his arms around us.

"I love you both" he whispers

"Love you too" I respond

"Awe! That's too cute" Aunt Wanda gawks

"Zip in Wanda" dad glares

"How dare you guys take Steve from me" Uncle Bucky says walking in

"Sorry Buck" pops says

"I'm not" dad says

"I'm not gonna give pops up but you could probably get rid of dad" I say

"Thanks Bambi" Uncle Bucky says

"Why the f*** are you trying to get rid of me Underoos" dad asks

"Language Anthony" pops scolds

"I'm not trying to get rid of you dad. I'm just saying I'm not willing to give up my spot in pops life" I say

"I'm not giving up either of you. Plus Buck if you took Tony's spot then you'd be my boyfriend and that's just not happening" pops says

"You don't think I'd make a good boyfriend" uncle Bucky asks

"I'm sure you'd be a great boyfriend to someone, but not to me. You're my best friend" pops says

"So I am your best friend" uncle Bucky smirks

"S***" pops mumbles

"Language" dad smiles

"Can you all just shut up and pay attention to the movie" uncle Falcon asks

"Sorry" I say

"It's okay Spidey. I forgive you. Not sure about your parents though" uncle Falcon says

We all pay attention to the movie and twenty minutes later food arrives. We spend the rest of the night watching movies and eating pizza. Around three in the morning my eyes start to feel heavy and I drift off to sleep in the warmth and comfort of my pops's arms.
