*Steve POV*
Just as I finish sending a punching bag through the air I hear the doors to the training room being opened. I turn around and see Tony, Bucky, Loki, Thor, and Sam walk in. I grab another punching bag and hook it up and then go over to the group.

"What's going on" I ask

"We need to talk Cap" Sam says

"All of you" I ask

"Yes. Captain." Thor says

"What's going on" I ask

"We're all worried about you Steve. You're too much in your head and it's not good" Bucky says

"We have a way to hopefully help you" Tony says

"Why do I feel like I'm not going to like the idea" I ask

"Because you probably won't" Sam sighs

"What is it" I ask

"We want to put you under again. Going under helped me out. Hopefully it will help you" Bucky says

"For how long" I ask

"Just a year. And then for six months you, Tony, and Peter will live somewhere away from the city and the chaos to readapt to the world" Bucky says

"I don't know" I say

"Steve I think you need to do this. You keep getting inside your head and these nightmares are getting worse. You are a super soldier who has seen a lot and gone through a lot. If you won't talk to someone about it this is the only other way to help you" Sam says

"Okay. I guess I'll do it. When" I ask

"Tomorrow morning" Tony says

"Okay. Have you guys told Pete yet" I ask

"No. We wanted to tell you what was happening first and then let you decide how we wanted to break the news to him" Tony says

"Mini Stark will not take the news too well" Loki says

"No he will not" I sigh

"He'll be okay Steve. He'll have all of us and Ned and MJ" Bucky says

"Yeah" Sam says

"Real smooth Sam" Tony says

"Whatever. Let's go find spidey" Sam says

"Where is Man of Spiders" Thor asks

"Peter is in the living room point break" FRIDAY says

"Can't you change my name Man of iron" Thor asks

"Nope" Tony says

We walk to the elevator and it takes us to the main floor. Once the doors open we step off and go to the living room. We then sit down with Tony and I sitting on either side of Peter.

"Hey Bambi" Bucky says

"Hi uncle Bucky. When did you all get back" Peter asks

"A few hours ago. You were still asleep. We have something we need to tell you" Bucky says

"Good or bad" Peter asks

"Not the best" Loki says

"What is it" Peter asks

"Well, you know how you've been having really bad nightmares about your aunt and haven't been sleeping well" Sam asks

Peter nods

"Steve has been having really bad nightmares as well. With you we were able to find ways to get you out of your head and to focus on the present instead of the past. Steve hasn't been able to do that and it's getting a lot worse. So we found a solution to help him more" Sam says

"What is it" Peter asks

"I would go back under the ice for a year. And then when time is up you, Tony, and I will live away from the city and everyone for 6 months" I explain

"When" Peter whispers

"Tomorrow morning" Tony says

"I'm gonna miss you pops" Peter says

"I'm gonna miss you too Pete. I know this isn't the best but it's the only idea we have. And hope that it works." I say

"What are we going to do today then" Peter asks

"Well what do you want to do" Tony asks

"Can we just have a family movie day" Peter asks

"Of course. Great idea. Lady in the ceiling please call the others" Loki says

"Of course Mischief" FRIDAY says

Not too long after everyone else shows up. Peter moves so that he's laying across mine and Tony's lap and Tony cuddles up next to me. Bucky sits on the other side of me as close as he can without it being weird.

"Bucky Sam might get jealous if you sit any closer" I whisper

"Shut up punk" he mumbles

"No way jerk" I say

"SSH you're disturbing the peace" Clint says

"Nat what did T'Challa say" Tony asks

"He said yes" Nat says

"Don't worry about Tony before you go under Steve. I'll watch out for him and Peter. You're going to need a clear mind when you go under" Rhodey says

"Thanks Rhodey. I appreciate it. Sam you gonna watch Bucky for me" I say

"Of course" Sam says

"I don't need protecting or babysitting" Bucky says

"Yes you do" I say

"SSH" Clint says

"Uncle Clint do you have any more of those things in your hiding space" Pete asks

"Yeah. Go get them" Clint says

Peter jumps up and runs off. Nat grabs my arm and pulls me off the couch and then drags me to the elevator. We ride it down and end up in the garage.

"What's going on Nat" I ask

"I don't like this Steve" she says

"Like what" I ask

"You going under again. We don't know if it will work or if it is safe. What if they can't get you back what if" she rambles

I stop her by pulling her in to a hug. She wraps her arms around me and sighs.

"It's going to be alright Natasha. I don't want to do this either really but I hate being like this. I want to try to go back to what I was like either before I went under or when I came out" I say

"What am I going to do" she asks

"About what" I ask

"About me. Who am I going to vent to, make fun of, bother" she groans

"You can vent to Sam, Bruce, Wanda, and Clint. You can make fun of Bucky as long as Sam isn't around. You can also make fun of Tony. You can bother pretty much all of them" I say

"None of them get me like you do" she says

"Not even Clint" I ask

"Not even Clint" she says

"Nat it is all going to be okay. Before you know it I'm going to be coming out of it and I'll be in a house with Tony and Peter. You would be allowed to visit if you left all the chaos behind" I say

"Okay" she sighs

"Come on. We better get back to the others. Should we get shawarma or pizza for dinner tonight" I ask

"We could do both" she says

"Alright. Why don't you call and order pizza and I'll order shawarma" I say

She nods and pulls her phone out. I do the same and order the shawarma. Once finish ordering we talk about random things until the food shows up. Once the food shows up we go back to the others.

"We got lunch" Nat announces

"Is that shawarma" Tony asks

"No duh" I say

"Zip it Capsicle" Tony says

"Whatever stark. What movie are we watching" I ask

"Uncle Clint wants to watch bambi again" Peter says

"No. Please say no Stevie." Bucky bugs

"What's wrong Buck, you don't like Bambi" I ask

"Have you ever seen it" Bucky asks

"He hasn't. He always finds a way to get out of watching it. You're going to have to watch it eventually cap" Clint says

"No I don't. Wanda what movie do you want to watch" I ask

"We can watch the princess bride. I was reading some stuff about it the other day" Wanda says

"Then that is what we will watch" I say

"Okay can we eat or no" Peter asks

"Go eat" I say

Tony grabs the shawarma from me and goes to the kitchen. Peter grabs the pizza from Mat and follows.

"You know sometimes it's hard to believe that Peter isn't related to Tony" Rhodey says

"Honestly. Those two act so much a like" Nat says

"You certainly have your hands full with them captain" vision says

"Yeah I do" I say

"Are you all going to eat" Peter asks with his mouth full

I glare at him and he gives me a sheepish grin. Thor and Loki race each other to the kitchen and they both end up running into a wall. Thor leaves a dent.

"Thor did you seriously just deny my wall" Tony asks

"No" Thor says

"What ever. I'll get dum-e to fix it" Tony shrugs

"Can I turn the movie on now" Sam asks

Everyone else quickly gets their food and then let's Sam turn the movie on. We spend the rest of the day and into the early morning watching movies together. We all then wake up still in the living room and the tv on.

"Family breakfast" Rhodey asks

"Steve" Tony asks

"We can go to that diner" I say

"Great." Loki smiles

We all go and get dressed and then meet in the basement. Before I can get in the car with Tony, Bucky and Sam drag me over to a car with them and Peter. We get in and Sam starts the car and drives off. We have breakfast at the diner and then go back to the tower. When we get to the tower we all go to the living room again.

"Who's all going to Wakanda" Vision asks

"Tony, Peter, Sam, Bucky, Nat, and Bruce" Rhodey says

"You're not coming Rhode" Tony asks

"I mean if you want I can" Rhodey says

"Yeah" Tony says

"Okay I will" Rhodey says

I say goodbye to everyone who isn't coming to Wakanda and then we go to the quinnjet. We get on and Natasha sets Wakanda as the destination and it takes off. When we arrive we step off and are led to Shuri's lab where T'Challa and Shuri are waiting for us.

"Thank you for doing this your highness" I say

"Anything for you captain" T'Challa says

"Bye pops" Peter says

"Bye Pete. I love you" I say

"Love you too" he says

I hug him and then he goes over to Rhodey. I say goodbye to Sam and Natasha and then they move aside as well. Bucky walks over.

"Don't do anything stupid till I get back" I say

"How can I? You're taking all the stupid with you" he says

"Gonna miss you buck" I say

"You too punk" he says

"Jerk" I say hugging him

We get out of the hug and everyone leaves the lab so it's just me and Tony.

"I love you Steven Grant Stark" he says

"I love you too Anthony Edwards Stark" I say

We kiss passionately and then pull apart when we are in need of air. We stay in each other's arms for a bit and then let go. The others poke their heads in and then come in.

"Are you ready captain" Shuri asks

"Yeah" I breathe

She leads me to a machine and I step in. I take a look at my family, take a deep breath, then close my eyes. A few seconds later I feel everything around me go cold and myself drifting off from the world. Hopefully this works and I'll be able to enjoy life with my big, weird, happy family.
