*Your Point Of View*
The last few weeks have been great. I have been back in school for the past two weeks after winter break, and it's just same-old same-old; besides the fact the fact that I have a play I'm auditioning for, and a promise ring that makes me happy when I think about the boy who gave it to me. It was just crappy day today though' I had a headache and the beginnings of a cold that made my nose a unattractive red color that concealer and foundation couldn't fix, seeing as how much I used tissues. I was just scraping by, waiting for the school day to be over so I could go home, collapse on my bed, and take a well deserved nap. Thank gosh it was Thursday, meaning tomorrow at 3:45 I would be out of this hellho- I mean school. I was massaging my throbbing temples at the lunch table while everyone was chatting a way, (making it worse), when Aaron sat down next to me. He was going to tell me something amusing as he had a smile on his face, but it immediately turned to a look of concern when he saw my face slightly contorted in pain and my pale complexion. I looked like a mess.
"Y/N, are you okay?" He asked me, obviously concerned. I felt like lying to make him worry less, but then decided against it because that would have been stupid. "Actually,no. I have a headache and feel sick, maybe like I have a cold." You said before sighing and pushing around the food on your tray with a fork. He then said " Y/N, if you feel bad, just go home. I'll call your dad to pick you up, go get your stuff, go the nurses office, get a pass, and leave." You nodded and smiled weakly at him before blowing him a kiss,(so you wouldn't get him sick if you hadn't already spread your germs),and grabbed your bag so you could shuffle to the nurses office. When you explained the situation to the nurse and she handed you a peppermint and a early leave pass, your dad was there and you got into the car. Once you arrive home you changed into sweats and a tank top, got your hair out of your face in a (hairstyle of your choice), and crawled into bed to take a nap.
*Time skip*
It was later that day and you were laying in bed with rubbing alcohol on your chest, Advil, and a binge Black Butler session going on.
(Only season 1, I've got attitude about season 2)
Suddenly you got a call, so you groaned, rolled over to answer the phone and sighed before saying "Hello?" "Hey Y/N, how are you doing? Do your need anything? I'm at school but I could leave and-" " Actually I'm fine, just slowly dying. So what's up Aaron?"
" Well I'm in theatre class,and I wanted to tell you that my aunt and uncle are coming into town, and they want to meet you!"
Oh god. This is greeeat. They'll probably hate me. You thought to yourself before saying " Really? They want to meet me? Are you sure?"
" Yes Y/N, I'm sure. How about on Saturday at 5:30? For dinner?" You thought about it and then said " Sure! Why not. I'll be there! I'll see you tomorrow at school." " Okay bye, love you, the bell just rang." *beep-.* You sighed and whispered " Love you too." Before putting down your phone and slumping back on your bed, trying not to panic. Organizing things in your head always seemed to calm you down, so you decided to try to figure out what you were going to wear and what you were going to talk about.
*Time skip because I'm ACTUAL trash*
Friday. It was the day before you were going to be scared to meet Aaron's aunt and uncle. Thank god you weren't sick anymore, then you would have had to pretend like you were fine and use makeup to make it look like you are alive. " Hey Y/N I need your opinion on this dress." Cadenza said from across the table at lunch. " Why do you need help?" " Well, I can't decide if I should have it a short cut or a long cut, and I don't know which neckline I want." You just smiled and took her phone, looking at the design app she had used to illustrate her decisions. You decided and she smiled when you handed the phone back to her.
" I never even though of that before! Thanks!" You smiled at her and sipped your drink. Aaron walked up to the table with his tray and took his usual seat-next to you. " So I was wondering if you would like to have the dinner at my parents house, since they'll be staying there and all." He said before grabbing your hand. You just smiled warmly and said " Sure" before you saw Cadenza go 'awww' and drink her strawberry smoothie and look away because you had caught her staring at you two. You laughed and shook your head before texted your dad a heads up of where you would be going the next day. He's been a little less over protective lately, ( even though he shouldn't be because of all the times you had snuck out, but he didn't know about that ), probably because he always knew where you were and who you were with, as well as you had a " big respectable boyfriend who could protect you from other guys and drugs", in the great words of your father. After lunch you went off to class, waiting for school to be over so you could have a *mandatory* sleepover with Cadenza, Aphmau, and Katelyn so you could do girly prepping things and pick out your outfit.

(I am so sorry if this is making you cringe I'm at girly as fuck and this is what I do)

*Time skip*
Once class was finally over, you and the girls headed over to your house, excited chatter in full swing. You ran up the stairs so you and Cadenza could raid your closet and Katelyn and Aphmau could look for movies to watch. Of course it took about 30 minutes to find and outfit, and Katelyn and Aphmau were complaining by then, but you finally did. It was a pink romper, nude heels, and to go with it the necklace Aaron got for you that you wore almost religiously.

After that it was time to change out of your dreadful uniforms and put on comfy clothes. Once that was done you decided to break out your secret candy stash and watch a scary movie. Katelyn decided she was bored so she started shoving popcorn in her mouth, which made for a HILARIOUS snapchat, of course before she started choking (and after she was fine) you all died in laughter on the floor. It was kinda late before the movie-watching got boring, so y'all decided to have a good old fashion talk about what the heck are you gonna do when you meet Aaron's aunt and uncle.
"Ooh you should try to be very polite and agree with the things they say, and if they ask do NOT tell them that you make out with him a lot." Cadenza said. " Cadenza, um, first of all, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY FREAKING ASK THAT? And second of all, WHY WOULD I TELL THEM??" you said.
" Um, well, you see, some people are curious..."
she said and then your phone rang. Surprise, surprise! It was Aaron. (oooo so exciting!)
" Hey, what's up?" You said as Cadenza was still explaining herself. You were pretty sure the sleeping pill she took was doing the talking though. " Well, first of all, i'm anxious for you to meet my aunt and uncle,and second of all, I called you for a distraction so my mom won't make me look at more clothing magazines. That woman can talk for HOURS about shoes!"
He said and then took a deep breath before saying " So what's up with you?" " Well, Cadenza took sleeping medication because she needs rest and hasn't been able to get any. It has resulted in her giving me really insane advice, and now she's still trying to explain herself." you said. "O-kay then. Your nights pretty interesting. So, you're not thinking about backing out right? Because if you do I will be in for some SERIOUS heat. Not even kidding my aunt might cook me or something."
He said. "Nope. I thought about it, but i'm not gonna do that. Yet. Anyway, I got to go, good luck with your mom okayloveyoubye" you said quickly before he could protest. It was time for you to get real advice from Katelyn and Aphmau, because Cadenza was now fast asleep.
*Time Skip*
It was a few hours (and some serious snacking) later, and you had finally came up with a plan to woo Aaron's aunt and uncle. You were going to tell them anything and everything they wanted to hear, be respectful, not bring up parties, and try your best not to spill anything. (*knocks on wood*) You were tired yet anxious and excited. It was time for sleep, tomorrow was a big day.
*Yet ANOTHER time skip, brought to you by my messy room that I WILL clean later( probably not)*
"I CHIME IN WITH A HAVEN'T YOU PEOPLE EVER HEARD OF, CLOSING THE-"
Isn't your alarm *so* soothing? Oh hooray, Saturday morning. You dragged your ass out of bed and woke everyone else up. It was noon, wooooow. Reminder: never stay up until 4 in the morning again. Once everyone else was up, it was time to get moving. You all cleaned your room. Everyone got changed (except you) and repacked their bags to go home. Now it was time for you to shower. After that, blow drying your hair. (this part is *sooo*exciting, I know. Give me an award.) Guess what's next? Nothing until 3:45. Sitting around, painting your nails, and telling stories. (God, I'm so entertaining! Why do people read this again?)
Finally it was time to start getting ready. You had a tag team of friends to help. Cadenza was on prep team, Katelyn was telling you defense mechanisms just in case they were insane, and Aphmau was pumping you up with motivational speeches she had made up. When it was 5:15 you were ready.

With a last spritz of perfume, you grabbed your purse and walked downstairs so Aaron could pick you up. The girls drove away and you went over your plan and checked tumblr (good fan art, duh). Aaron pulled up and you got in.
" So , you nervous?" He asked as he turned down the radio. " Yeah, but i'll be fine. Hopefully. Maybe." you said. He just nodded and pulled up into his driveway. " This is it. You won't die, they'll like you. I promise."
You gulped and got out of the car. When you walked in there were two strangers (presumably his aunt and uncle) standing there talking. " Hi, I'm Y/N, nice to meet you." You said, putting your hand our for them to shake. The uncle smiled and shook your hand, but the aunt smirked, gave you a once over, and didn't shake your hand. That was weird. You thought, but you just looked at Aaron expectantly. He put his arm around you and said " I hope you guys are ready for dinner!" You put your hand on his and his aunt gasped.
" IS THAT AN ENGAGEMENT RING?" She said, motioning to your promise ring. This was gonna be fun.
