Fionna POV

I kept running until I saw Marshall at a stop sign "what are you doing here?" I ask "waiting for you slow poke" he said with a smirk "is that a challenge?" I said "I don't know is it?" I didn't give him a warning I just ran as fast as I could. He soon caught up to me because of his vampire speed "No fair" I smiled we stopped when we came to a street, we crossed the street and we waited outside the school "I beat you" Marshall said I shook my head no "no I beat you" I said "you wish" I looked at him then we both laugh. "hey Fionna" I turned around to see Gumball "what?" I wasn't in the mood for jerk's today "did you hear about the dance" I nodded "will you go with me?" he looked at me slightly smiling "sorry....im going with Marshall" he looked at him and I could feel the tension between them "Come on Fi, lets go" Marshall grabbed my hand and I blushed as we walked into the school. He let go of my hand and we walked into Mrs. Ice class. "Good Morning Fionna, Good Morning Marshall" Mrs. Ice said "Good Morning" we both said in unison then we laughed, we went to the back of the class and sat down in our seats then class started. Mrs. Ice finished showing us all the different  ice weapons then she showed us some defense moves "you will learn how to summon your ice weapons for the rest of the week" we all nodded and got packed up.  We walked out the room "are you in the decorating committee?" I asked "actually I am the committee" I looked at him "you decorate everything by yourself?" he nodded "do you need any help? I wouldn't mind helping you" he smiled "sure" I smiled, we decided to hangout in front of the school today. we were sitting under a tree talking "I don't think you could wear pants as a shirt" I said laughing "well you could if you change a couple of things" he said laughing "yeah" I said "aww look at the thing hanging out with a girl" I looked up it was Gumball "how cute" the girls and the boys who were following him said  "why do you always pop up where we are?" he looked at me "are you stalking us?....better yet are you stalking me?" I ask "no I'm protecting you from that thing" he said pointing to Marshall "that isn't a thing and he has a name" he smirks "his name doesn't matter he's a monster" I got angry "his name does matter and I suggest you start using it.....and he isn't a monster" I said "your going to let a girl stick up for you Marshall?" he said looking at him "what's wrong with girls after all you are one" I started to laugh he looked a little crushed when he looked at me. "I'm not a girl" "really? you hang out with girls more then boys and you know" Marshall said pointing to his clothes "so what if I hang out with girls if I hang out with dudes I'm going to look gay and pink is my kingdoms color"

Marshall POV

"either way you will always look gay" I said "don't think you won this Marshall" he said then whispered "I will get her before you do" he said with a smirk, I looked at him  disgusted. He will never get Fionna not while I'm here "what did he say" Fionna asked "nothing" I said looking at my watch "we should get to our next class" I said getting up then helping Fionna up "ok" she said then we started to walk to our next class.
