~Author Note~

  Let me just start off and say I'm sorry for not updating this book in forever. My mom takes my tablet on school days and I only get them back on weekends with limited time so it hard to update my books. Plus I'm running low on inspiration but since I got wonderful news yesterday I will update this book! I bet your all excited ;) The reason why I'm  updating this is because of how well this book is doing even if I hadn't updated this in awhile, to please all of my lovely readers and because I hit 1,200 followers yesterday! Thankyou all! So I'm  going to try and make this chapter long and I'm going to see what happens to me updating. Thanks again and please read, vote and comment ;) enjoy!

Marshall POV

"Where are you going?" Fionna asked me "up on the roof" I said causing her to look at me like I was crazy "I never really hang out in here unless I'm cleaning things out" I told her before I climbed out the window and up to the roof. There was a radio with some CD's and a pillow ontop of a blanket. I sat down on the blanket and started to strum my bass as Fionna climbed up and sat beside me, the sun was going down and we just sat there watching the sun go down in silence. "I see you sleep up here" she said breaking the silence "yeah I like to sleep under the stars" she smiled at that causing me to turn on the radio and pop a CD in. Once I heard the melody I knew what song it was right away, I smiled then started to strum the same cords before starting to sing in unison with the singer.

"My head is stuck in the clouds, she begs me to come down says boy quit fooling around" I look at Fionna to see her swaying slowly to the music so I contunied.

"I told her, I love the view from up here warm sun and wind in my ear we'll watch the world from above as it turns to the rhythm of love"

"We may only have tonight but till the morning sun your mine....all mine....play the music low as it turns to the rhythm of love" I sang then stopped to look at Fionna. I kept strumming the cords on my bass as I couldn't help but admire how beautiful she is, her long blonde hair good in any kinda light, her stunning blue eyes.....I then try to refrain myself from thinking about her. I start to sing once more but this time Fionna joined in "We may only have tonight but till the morning sun your mind......all mine.....play the music low and sway to the rhythm of love".

"And long after I'm gone you'll still be humming along and I will keep you in my mind the way you make love so fine....."

"We may only have tonight but till the morning sun your mine.....all mine....play the music low and sway to the rhythm of love" I started to strum lightly on the cords as the song slowly ends "play the music low......and sway to the rhythm of love.....". I sighed and looked up at the last bit of sun before it was no longer there. "Do you like what you see?" I smirked as I looked at Fionna who happened to be staring at me "I was looking at your eyes changing color" she said since my eyes were now red. "Oh" I said then looked at the time "Do you love the night?" She asked causing me to nod "Yeah I like the way the moon and stars reflect on the water" I said. "Water?" "There's a cliff behind those trees and below it is moonlight beach, the moon makes the water sparkle" I said causing her to smile "That sounds amazing" "yeah it is" I said laying back looking up at the sky as the stars and moon started to become visible. My phone started to vibrate so I took it out and looked at it "Sorry Fionna Scare, Scar and Razor can't  make it so the meeting is on Thursday" I told her "It's okay I'm having fun with you" she said laying down looking up at the sky I smiled "Fionna your different" I told her "In a good way or a bad way?" She asked me "in a good way". She then laid her head on my chest and started to yawn causing me to smile 'I wish we can stay like this forever but this has to end sometime even if I am in.........I would only hurt her and that's  not a chance I'm willing to take' I thought. I then looked at Fionna who was asleep on my chest, I started to float staying in the same position with her on my chest then floated into my house grabbing her bookbag before flying her home. I knocked on her house door and Cake opened the door looking at me before looking at Fionna. She pointed upstairs to her room and I nodded floating upstairs to her room where I slowly put her down on her bed "Marshy......." I looked at Fionna who barely had her eyes opened, I guess she was too tired to call me Marshall "yeah?" "Stay........" I sighed and nodded laying down next to her then she laid her head back down on my chest. I wrap my arms around her and stared at the ceiling and I whispered "I'm falling for you Fionna" before I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
