Both of them came running inside the house...as they came back from their school and were luking very happy amd excited.

Kiara : pehle main....

Kiaan : pehle main....

Kiara : nhi pehle main btaungi...

Kiaan : nhi pehle main btaunga.....

And they both stopped, stood facing each other with their little hands kept at their waiste.

Kiara : I am bigger than you...so first i will tell mumma...

Kiaan : no....you are only 5 minutes big....or mumma ne kaha tha..ki hum dono equal hai....so i will tell first....

Avni came in the hall just to find her two little twinies fighting..like they always do.

She smiled as she always love to watch them fight...but to some extend.

Avni (smilingly) : Kiaan.....Kiara....She said bending on her knees just to hold them when they run to her

They both turned smilingly and ran towards Avni and she hugged them in her both the arms...

Kiaan/Kiara : mummaa....

And Avni held them kissing their faces.

Avni : How was your day at school ? She asked settling them in her lap and removing their school bags.

Kiaan : Mumma....aaj teacher ne hume test ke marks btae...And I scored 10 out of 10.....And they clapped for me....and teacher was very happy ...i scored 10 mumma...i am very happy today...he was excitedly telling his marks to Avni....and she just cant stop adoring his little munchkin.

Avni (smiled) : Really....Awww....I am so happy bacha....Mamma is very proud of you....she kissed his forehead and hugged him

Kiara was standing with an upset face.

Avni immediately turned to her and excitedly asked her

Avni : Kiara...how much you scored ? she cupped her face and asked to which she

Kiara : mumma.....she said having tears in her eyes

Avni geta worried

Avni : Kiara....ky..kya hua princess....aap ro kyu rhe ho...?

Kiara took thw test paper from her bag and showed it to her.

It stated 5/10. She was upset because she scored 5 while Kiaan scored 10 ij the class test.

Avni looked at it and then she looked at Kiara. She kept the paper aside and cupped kiara's face, wiped the tears on her cheeks.

Avni : It's okay bacha....I know you gave your best. And dont worry....hum next time ache score layenge....hmm....she said to which she nodded.

Avni smiled and kissed her forehead and hugged her tight.

Avni : Chlo now you both go and change your clothes....and then we will have lunch...go now.

They both ran to their room while Avni sat their looking at Kiara' s test paper.

In evening

Neil was home. He went to his room where Avni was already present. He smiled and hugged her from behind and gave a small kiss on her cheek.

She held his hands on her waiste and smiled. She turned to him and asked..

Avni : Kya baat hai Mr Khanna....aaj aap jaldi aa gye...? She said encircling her arms around his neck and he held her waiste.

Neil : vo kya hai na...meri wife ko mujhse complaint thi...ki main use or apne bacho ko time nhi deta....So here I am...he said wand winked at her to which she smiled

Avni : Oh really....mujhe nhi pta tha aap apni wife ki itni baat mante hai...I am impressed...she said with a smirk

Neil : Ab kya kre.....use naraznhi dekh akte na....aakhir....pyaar jo krte hain..he said coming closer

Avni started blushing looking in his eyes.

Neil was looking on her eyes romantically. He pulled her waiste closer and was nearing to her lips...

She closed her eyes. Neil was about to capture her lips...when their was a voice coming from outside

Kiaan : papa....kiaan came running to their room

Avni heard his voice and distanced herself from Neil.

Avni : Neil kya kr rhe the...dekh to lete ki door open hai....or ghar me bache hai....she slowly whispered to him before Kiaam entere their room

Neil blinked his eyes and then he turned towards Kiaan with a smile on his face.

Neil : Hey champ....kya hua....or aapka school kaisa tha...he said sitring on his knees.

Kiaan : Papa....see i scored 10 in my class test.....he showed his test to Neil and he looked at a perfect score.

He felt proud of his little son.

Neil : Very good beta. Bilkul papa pe gye ho....he said and proudly kissed his forehead

Avni eyes at him and said

Avni : Neil....What do you mean papa pe gye ho....?

Neil laughed seeing that look on Avni's face.

Neil : To or kya....main bhi hmesha school me topper tha. Or mera beta bulkul mujhpe gya hai....

Avni : oh really....agar galti kre to mujhpe gya hai.....or kuch acha kre..to mera beta...mera beta....

They were fighting and kiaan was laughing seeing them fight.

Kiara was standing at the door with a drawing file in her hands. She was excited to show her drawing to Neil and Avni. But she stopped at the door and watch Kiaan getting all the love of their parents.

She felt upset and she ran out from their.

Neil after some times asked about Kiara.

Neil : Avni...Kiara kaha hai ? Vo nhi aaj apne marks dikhane...?

Before Avni can say anything kiaan said

Kiaan : Papa she scored only 5 out of 10. Thats why she is upset. Aapko pta hai papa...she was also crying. he said

Neil looked at Avni and she nodded.

Neil : Kiaan...aap jao beta.... apne room me jake khelo....okay...

Kiaan : Okay papa....

Neil smiled and kissed his forehead. He left the room.

He got up as he was on his knees until now.

Neil : Avni.....Kiara bohot upset hogi na...?

Avni : Ha Neil....she showed me her test. And she was having tears in her eyes. Neil I am worried for her...she said looking in his eyes..

Neil held hshoukklders and said

Neil : Avni....I know why are you more worried. But dont worry...I know my daughter is very intelligent. Vo kar legi...But vo thodi si careless hai. Otherwise she is very smart and intelligent.

Avni : Neil baat vo nhi hai.....tum samajh nhi rhe ho. Mujhe koi problem nhi hai uske marks se. But the thing is....

Neil : Kya hua avni.....baat kya hai...?he asked cupping her face

Avni : Kiaan and Kiara are of same age Neil....but vo ek dusre se bohot alag hai. And mujhe darr hai ki kahi Kiara or kiaan me differences na aa jaye iss wajah se....

Neil : Avni why are you saying this....come on its just school test. How does it matter. Or tum bhi janti ho humare liye usnki khushi natter kri hai...naaki unke marks.

Avni : I know Neil, ye baat hum smjhte hai...but unhe nhi pta...
Neil aaj kiara isiliye upset thi kyunki kiaan ke marks usse jyada aaye....and she could not score well.
Main nhi chahti neil...ki uske mann me koi bhi aisi baat aaye...ki hum kiaan se usse jyada pyaar krte hai....ya hum use kam pyaar krte hai.

Neil : Avni....I think tum jyada soch rhi ho. Vo bache hai avni...and tum dekhna...abhi 5 minute baad hi sab bhul jayenge....or khelne lgenge..he tried to console her but she was still worried from inside.

After two hours

Avni : Kiaan....Kiara ajao jaldi se dinner kr lo....or dekho aaj papa jaldi aye hai...aaj aap dono papa ke sath khel skte ho......Come fast...

She called whule keeping the dinner at the table.

Kiaan came and sat on the chair

Avni : Kiaan....Kiara kaha hai...?

Kiaan : mumma main to dadi ke paas tha....kiara apne room me hogi....

Avni : Its okay....Aap start kro...main kiara ko leke aati hu...or sara finish krna kiaan...she ruffles his hairs and left to the room of kids.

She saw the room but it was empty

Avni : Kiara.....Kiara....kaha ho aap....princess....? She looked all over the room but she was not their

She got a littlw worried. She openes teh door of washroom....but it was also empty.

Avni (worrried) : Kiara...kiaraa...kiara bacha kaha ho aap....kiara....?

She was calling hee in entire house but she was not answering.

Neil came downstairs amd saw Avni in panick.

Neil : Avni kya hau....? He said coming near her

Avni was crying qs she was worried for her daughter.

Avni (having tears in her eyes) :
N...Neil...kiara kahi nhi mil rhi...m..maine gar jagah dekha...but vo kahi nhi hai....she said crying...

Neil : Avni relax....Vo yahi kahi hogi...kaha jayegi.....calm down main dekhta hu....

Neil started looking for her. While avni follwed him everwhere in the house

Neil : Kiara..?...princess...? Kaha ho aap.....? Princess.....dekho papa aapko bula rhe hai.....Kiara....kiara...?

Avni : sab meri galti hai.....mujhe uske paas hona chahiye tha....mujhe pta tha vo aaj upset hai...its all...all my fault....avni was crying and feeling guitly. She was helding herself responsible.

Neil : Kiara.....kiara......? Neil was looking for her here and there and he looked everywhere...but she was not found.

Avni (crying ) :  sab meri galti hai...maine hi dhyan nhi diya.....jab vo school se aayi thi to itni khush.....?...?...?

She suddenly realised that she was very excited when she came home and both of them were fighting over something.

She wiped her tears and wenr to kiaan. Neil followed her.

Avni bend on her knees and asked kiaan

Avni : Kiaan...baby...mumma ko ek baat btao.... aaj...aaj jab aap log school se aaye to Kiara bohot excited thi...vo...vo kya btana chahti thi mujhe...? Or aap...aap dono fight kr rhe the na....Kis baat pe fight kr rhe the..?

Kiaan : haa mumma....kiara mujhse fight kr rhi thi...vo keh rhi thi ki pehle vo aapko btana chahti hai...or vo bohot happy thi....kyunki usko drawing me A+ mila tha aaj. Vo keh rhi thi ki pehle vo aapko apni drawing dikhana chahti hai.....or main pehle aapko apne marks btana chata tha...Hum isiliye fight kr rhe the....

Avni listened to him and gets shocked. Tears rolled down her eyes...and she stood numb at her place.

Neil also listened and hets worried.

Kiaan looks at avni and saw her in tears.

Kiaan : I am sorry mumma....meri vajah se kiara upset ho gyi...Mumma ye meri fault hai na.....he asked innocently.

Avni was still numb. She was holding herself responsible.

Neil also sat on his knees and held Kiaan.

Neil : Nhi bacha...aapki koi fault nhi hai...he kissed his forehead and caressed his hairs.

Kiaan : Papa..kiara kaha chli gayi....? Ab vo mujhse kabhi baat bhi kregi  ? Ab vo mere sath khelegi bhi nhi ?

Neil : Nhi mera bacha....aisa nhi hai....papa hai na....papa kiara ko dhund lenge...Tab tak aap apne room me jao....or wait kro. Papa abhi aate hai...okay ! He said and he nodded
