TOPIC 1: PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

My family consists of my parents, my brother, my sister and me. My parents are retired/teachers/ farmers. My brother and sisters are workers/ students/ publis. I live with my family. I love my family very much!

TOPIC 2: HOUSE AND HOME

I'd like to talk house and home. My house is on THD Street in Can Tho city. My house is not very big but it's is nice and comfortable. It's near the market and the park. My house is white. There are 5 rooms in my house. There is also a yard in front of my house. My favorite room is my living room, because my family often have meals together. My neighbors are very kind! I get along well with them.

TOPIC 3: WEATHER AND SEASON

I'd talk about weather and season. There are 2 seasons in the South of Vietnam, they are dry season, and rainy season. However, there are 4 seasons in the North of VN. They are spring, summer, fall and winter. I like summer, I like sunny season, because I can go out without bring my raincoat! It's easy to go out with family or friends whenever I like.

I love spring the most because I can enjoy the nice weather; I have long holidays beside my family. I can visit my relatives. We can have family reunion parties!

Every season has its own beauty but I love spring the most!

I'd like to talk about weather and season. VN's a tropical climate country. This country's divided into 3 regions: the North, the Middle and the South. The weather in each region's different.

In the North, there are 4 seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. However, unlike the North, in the South, there are 2 seasons: the rainy and the dry season. The rainy season last from April to December when there are many tropical fruits at that time and the shower of rain are heavy. On the contrary, the dry season is not rainy but hot and dry. My favorite season is the dry season. It's also the season for holidays and festivals. I often my holiday in the dry season so that, I can travel round everywhere easily. That's all. TOPIC 4: HEALTH

I'd like to talk about health! Health is very important to us. We can't do anything without health even though we have a lot of money. I'm healthy! I seldom get sick. I often eat a lot of vegetables, fruit and fish. To be healthy, I eat food with enough nutrition. I don't eat much fat and sugar because that can be harmful to my health. Sometimes, I have headache because I have to work on the computer during all day! I sleep 8 hours a day! I do exercises 3 days a week.

I'd like to talk about my health. I'm very healthy because I do exercise every day. To be healthy, I eat much vegetables, fishes and less fat food. Also, I eat adequate nutrition with vegetable, protein and fruit. However, we shouldn't eat food with much sugar and fat, stay up late, drink a lot of soft drink, beer and wine. These aren't good for health. Sometimes, I have a headache, a backache because I have a lot of things to do, study with computer during the day. TOPIC 5: FAMILY

I'd like to talk about my family. There are 5 people in my family. My family consists of my father, my mother (parents), my brother, my sister and me. I live with my family. My family is a happy family. My father is a farmer. My mother is a housewife. My parents are over 60. My brother is an engineer. My sister is a pupil at Đoàn Thị Điểm secondary school. I have meal with my family every day. We often talk together about work and study. After school, I prepare meals for my family.

I'd like to talk about shopping. Not everyone has much money to enjoy shopping but I enjoy shopping very much. I mostly care about price, and quality. I like to buy discount products...

Every day I go to Cai rang market to buy food, I spend about 50,000 VND each time. I am not a spender. When having much money, I go to the Big C or Lotte Mart or Mega to buy some new clothes, shoes or food. The prices in those supermarkets are reasonable. Sometimes, I prefer to buy clothes and food online because the products have fine quality.

I like shopping but I'm not addicted because I'm not rich, I cannot afford to spend much money for shopping.

In short, shopping is the necessity thing for our life.

I'd like to talk about the city life. I live at 10 Tran Hung Dao street, Can Tho city. Can Tho city is a beautiful place to live. I like living here because there are many good schools, hospitals and working places. Besides, I have many kind neighbors. They are very friendly and helpful. I often talk to them. Moreover, the public services at restaurants, supermarkets or bus station are pretty good, people serve customers well.

However, the cost of living in a big city is more expensive than in the countryside. Also, the air is really polluted and city life is too fast.

Although there are some problems for living in a big city, I still like to live in Can Tho city because the standard of living CT is good. The food is delicious. In addition, Can Tho people are very friendly and honest.

In short, city life is always dynamic and modern.

I'd like to talk about food and drink! I have 3 meals a day. They are breakfast, lunch and dinner. I usually have bread for breakfast. I usually have rice, meat or fish and vegetables for lunch/ dinner.

My favorite food is chicken. I like milk and fruit juice. I eat fruits/ vegetables every day. Io be healthy, we should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and drink enough water. I often cook meals for my family! We seldom eat out because it's expensive. However, if I don't have time to cook, I eat out sometime! That's all!

Before going to bed, I often listen to music to relax. In my free time, I often go swimming with my children. It's not only an entertainment but also a healthy exercise for us! Sometimes, I go to the Karaoke with my colleagues, it's really fun!

TOPIC 10: DAILY ROUTINES

I'd talk about my daily routines; I usually get up at 5 a.m after that I do morning exercise about 30 minutes. At 6am I have a small breakfast then I take my children to school and I go to work. I'm at my office at 7:30. Until 11:30 am, I go home and prepare lunch for my family. Sometimes I have lunch with collogues and take a nap at my office.

I often have dinner with my family at 6:00 pm and then we watch TV or talk together!

My daily life is very simple!

I'd like to talk about my daily activity. I usually get up at 7:00 in the morning. After washing my face and brushing my teeth. I have breakfast at 8:00. Then, I do my homework, read book or listen to music and cook meals for my family with my mom. I have lunch at 11:00. I go to school at 1:00. My class starts at 1:30 and end at 4:30 pm. After that I go home to have dinner at 6:00 pm and do the housework. I watch TV with my family or play game at 7:00 pm. Sometime, I go out with my family or my friends.
