I slowly woke up a few hours later. Everyone had returned, even Kyoya. Hanna had fractured her radius and had to have it casted. While they all talked, I just looked at everyone with a smile and thought to myself. Everyone in this room is amazing and I love them all. I'm so happy they're my friends and that they care about me and my safety. I'm so lucky... "Well, I think we should all get home. After all, we do have school tomorrow." Kyoya said. Mori nodded and grabbed Honey, who was yawning and rubbing his eyes.

"Goodnight Saku-chan! I'll see you tomorrow!" Honey waved goodbye as they headed out the door. The twins looked at each other then back at Tamaki. They kissed my cheeks right in front of him and all the color drained from Tamaki. I sat there and wondered how the hell they gained up the courage to do that. Tamaki sat in a black corner and pouted. Out of nowhere, he started eating a bowl of Ramen.

"Boss, why are you eating commoner's Ramen?" The twins said. I think they forgot I hated that word. Tamaki started mumbling to himself. Hanna stood up and grabbed the back of Tamaki's collar. She walked over to my bed with him and said goodbye. As she walked out the door (still dragging Tamaki) I saw him look up at me with puppy eyes and tears. I don't think he wanted to leave. I giggled at the thought. The twins said their goodbyes and walked out as well. It was just me and my sister now. And then there were two...

"Sakura..." she sighed, "how can you stand those boys?" She laughed. "I can barely stand them."

"Well, they're all really good friends and I love them all. I'm lucky to have them." I said as I hugged my mint teddy bear. I got all warm inside and I couldn't stop smiling.

"... I thought so." She smiled and had that look on her face as if what she was assuming was correct or something. I rolled my eyes. "Well, do you think you can survive the night without me?" Tira asked. She kissed my forehead.

"I guess... Sure just go and leave me!" I started fake crying and pretended to be lonely, which made my sister laugh.

"Goodnight! You sleep well and text me if you need absolutely anything." She said. I nodded and she left. It was just me and the teddy bear. I decided I'd call it Clover. It was so soft and had the biggest bow. As I examined it closer, I saw that it had a pair of hearts on its right foot, and a tiny note stuffed into its collar. I pulled out the note and read it to myself.

Hey, what's up? How ya feeling? I hope you're doing better. I am so sorry I yelled at you. I thought you were going somewhere else with that conversation... Oh, and that shake was delicious! Or at least what I had of it was. Thank you so much for taking us into town! If you need something, anything, just text or call me. You have my number.

Their names were signed and I smiled. Kaoru probably made his twin do it, but it was still sweet. The doctors came in, took my blood pressure, checked my heart rate, took my temperature and all that fancy stuff to make sure I wasn't dying before they let me go to bed. After the light was turned off I immediately got on my phone and texted Hikaru. I was terrified to be in this room alone and I found comfort in talking to someone I knew. 'Are you still up?' It took him a few minutes to answer back.

'Yeah. What's up?' We kept texting back and forth.

'Not much. I just hate being in this hospital room by myself in the dark.'

'Why?"

'Well... You know I hate the dark... And I was never fond of needles and the big machines...' He stopped answering for awhile. I wondered what happened to him. Maybe he fell asleep. Well good if he did he probably needed the sleep. I grabbed the teddy bear and pulled the covers up to my neck. It was cold in there too. There was a knock at the door and a doctor poked his head in through a crack.

"Miss Arai, you have company wishing to stay overnight." I tilted my head to the side, but allowed him to let them in. Maybe my sister gave in and couldn't help herself. Wouldn't surprise me. But Tira never walked through the door. Instead, it was the twins. I started at them.

"What are you doing here? Why are you staying overnight?" I said. I don't know why I started getting so accusative.

"Oh quit getting all worked up. You said you were afraid of the dark and hospitals-" Hikaru started.

"so we're here to stay with ya." Kaoru finished for his brother. I hugged the teddy even tighter.

"H-how would your parents ever agree to let you stay here, with me, overnight on a school night?" I asked. They looked up at me, grinned and spoke together.

"They didn't. We snuck out our window."
