Riqi-Tio sat on her new bed, munching on an aquatic mushroom. Alphinaud was pacing back and forth. "What's the matter, Alphi?" I asked him. "We are getting nowhere! We don't even have an idea of how to get back to the surface! Remember the Ascians? They've probably already taken over all of Eorzea by now!" He panicked. "Woah, chill out. It's ok, we'll get back-" "And what even is Element? They spoke about it like it was a weapon of mass destruction!" Alphinaud continued. "Stop it!" I yelled. "Listen, I don't know how to get out of here either, but sitting here and worrying isn't gonna help. If anything it will just kill us!" I said. Alphinaud looked at the ground. "I guess you're right." Riqi-Tio hopped off the bed and ran over to us. "There was a story my mom would tell me about a creature that can teleport people!" She said. Both me and Alphi immediately perked up and looked at her. "Can you recall it?" Alphinaud asked. Riqi-Tio nodded. "My mom read a journal she found down here. It was by... Helena Walker I think? Anyway, she said that the book told of a small goat creature that's horns would light up. Kind of like Papalymo there!" She said and Papalymo yapped. "The creature is called a Shinehorn. Supposedly it used to be able to teleport people with its horns! Maybe we could use that to get out of here." Riqi-Tio offered. Alphinaud's face lit up, hope sparkling in his eyes. "Well, where do we find a shinehorn?" He asked. "I don't know, my mom never told me that part." Riqi-Tio replied. Alphinaud put his hand to his chin. "You said the journal was by Helena Walker?" He asked. The small miqo'te nodded. "Jackie, you've found and collected journals by this individual. Do you recall gathering one on the shinehorn?" At Alphinaud's question, I began searching through the storage bin. My tail swished happily as I found the desired book. "This one!" I threw it over to Alphinaud and he caught it. "Perfect! It says..... you can find Shinehorns in the Bio Luminescence zone. Where's that?" He asked. "Hmm... one time while I was out training with Krile, we came across a large drop. It lead to a glowing blue area. Do you think that's it?" I wondered. "We can try. Oh no..." Alphinaud's mood dropped down to despair again. "What's wrong?" I asked. "It says most Shinehorns lost their ability to teleport people over time. Also, the Bio Luminescence zone is Home to some of the most dangerous creatures." Alphinaud explained. "Well, most Shinehorns isn't all Shinehorns. We have to at least try, it's our only option. Unless you want to sit here and worry some more." I said. Both Riqi-Tio and Alphinaud nodded. "Come on, let's get to it ASAP!" I hopped on Alisaie's saddle. "Uh... is there room for all of us?" Alphinaud asked. "Sure. Riqi, sit in the front. You're small enough not to block my ability to control the reins. Alphi, sit in the back. Papalymo, up!" The bulbdog immediately climbed onto my shoulder. Alphinaud slid onto the saddle and hugged my waist. I helped Riqi-Tio get on in front. "Let's hope this works." I said as Alisaie pushed the behemoth gate open.
