Inv. Swartz had completed his interview with Jenika's mother and escorted her back to the waiting area convinced that she had nothing to do with the altercation between her husband and Tim. While reviewing information at his desk an investigator from forensics approached him.

"Hey Matt, you need to see this" he told him handing over a folder.

"What ya got there" he replied taking the folder. Looking it over he immediately asked where he obtained the contents from.

"From this. I extracted the images and printed them for better view. They have not been enhanced in anyway, strictly as is. They are still on this" he replied, handing over an evidence bag containing a cell phone.

"Thanks, I'll take this down to Williams" he told him taking the items.

Luisa stood outside Tim's room waiting for everyone else to have their time with him when Emily and Bobby emerged from the doorway.

"What the hell are you doing here " Emily asked, angered by her presence, walking towards her with clenched fists.

"I'm here for Tim" Luisa retorted.

"YOU don't belong here. You're not family, not anymore" Emily barked as Bobby took her by the arm pulling her back a bit. Emily turned, glaring at him. "Baby, she didn't do this. She's been helping" he tried to assure her.

"Help? You call this helping? He almost died because of her family " Emily barked.

"I'm not like them, not any of them. You have no idea what I've been doing for him" Luisa stated loudly.

Hearing the commotion outside brought Adam, Rob and Austin from Tim's room. "Keep your voices down or we're all going to be thrown out of here. Come into the waiting area and explain what the hell you two are fighting about" Adam advised, guiding them all to the family room down the hall.

Emily stood, arms crossed while Adam explained what Luisa had been doing. "Emily, she's been helping Chance"

"All I want to do is see Tim, to reassure him she will pay for what she's done to him" Luisa told her.

"She's your sister, you really expect me to believe his explanation, YOUR explanation you want to help. Blood's thicker than water and yours has always come across as very thick, why should I believe you want to help my family" Emily stated.

"Looks are deceiving, family secrets are just that, secrets. I've lived in her conniving shadow for years, watched her get away with everything. I know things others don't. She's gone too far this time. I don't care what my parents think of me or what they may do to me, she needs to finally be stopped. She's crossed the line and I will no longer sit idly by while she carrie's out her charade. She can rot in hell for all I care and I will damn sure help keep her there" Luisa retorted.

"Damn, she's just as crazy as the other one" Austin said quietly to Rob, or so he thought.

Luisa snapped around to him, "what did I fucking tell you in the elevator, Red" she asked through gritted teeth.

Rob stepped away from Austin not wanting to be in the line of fire if she smacked him again. Austin hung his head, he knew she meant business. His cheek still stung from her slap, he didn't even want to imagine what else she might do. Bobby couldn't help but snicker slightly, he saw the hand mark on Austin's face.

"Standing around explaining myself is not helping to keep her behind bars right now. Can I please see Tim, then I can get the rest of the information I have to Chance so we can keep her from hurting him anymore" Luisa pled.

"Just where is Chance, of all people I thought he would be here with Tim" Emily asked.

Bobby reminded her that Chance had left with an officer before they got to see Tim. She sat down in the chair, placing her head in her hands, "I'm sorry, I just...I can't..this whole mess is overwhelming..he doesn't deserve this..neither does Chance. Do what you have to do" she finally relented.

Luisa knelt down in front of her, "Emily, I promise she'll never hurt him again".

Emily raised her head, looking her in the eyes she could see the truth that lie within them. Emily took her hands, "I believe you ".
