Luisa listened to the nurse as she went over all her instructions before releasing her. "Where is your friend, we can't let you leave on your own due to the type of injury you suffered" she asked giving Luisa her copy.

"He should be here soon" she lied having not heard from Chance.

"Ok, well you can stay put for a few while you wait" she advised walking away.

Luisa looked around, she had to find a way to get out of the ER when she overheard a serious call coming in over the radio. Walking to the doorway she found staff hustling about, giving her the perfect diversion. Quickly slipping out the door she made her way to the elevator, frantically pushing the button. Stepping into the elevator she heard a man's voice, "hey could you hold that for us please".

Peering back through the doors she observed three men running towards the elevator, "man am I glad to see you guys" she greeted.

"Luisa? Wow, we didn't know you were here" Adam stated while they entered the elevator with her.

"Yea, I got tossed aside trying to stop Dad from hitting Tim. Where is he, I need to check him and Chance" she replied.

"Yea right just like the rest of the Marion's and Chance, all trying to help Tim" remarked Austin.

Smack...the sound echoed within the small elevator. Austin looked at Luisa, stunned by what had just happened.  "Did she just?" asked Rob. "Yup, she did" replied Adam.

"Listen to me Red, you have no friggin idea about what has been happening. Chance has put himself through hell to get the truth of what my bitch of a sister has done to Tim. So if you don't want me to slap you again, or worse for that matter, shut it and help out. You hear me" she barked at him pulling him down to be face to face to her.

"Yyyyes mmmma'am" he stuttered holding the side of his face.

Letting him loose she turned to Adam, "where are they, I need to see them" she stated.

"Tim's in room 716, his family went up first to be with him" Rob told her.

"But Luisa.....Chance isn't there. A police officer came and took him to the station. He told us to stay here with Tim" Adam told her as the elevator doors opened.

"Damn...that's not good. He needs my phone, everything is on my phone" she stated quietly.

"Did you say something " Rob asked, while they approached Tim's room. Shaking her head no she leaned against the wall, feeling a little dizzy.

Adam noticed the change in her demeanor, "Luisa are you ok, did you get hurt too"

"No worries, I'm good, let's check on Tim" she replied.

Jenika's mom approached the front desk of the police station. Wringing her hands in front of her she took a deep breath, " I need to find my husband and daughter " she stated.

Never looking up from what they were doing, the officer told her to have a seat. "I said I need to find my daughter and husband" she stated more sternly.

"I heard you and I said have a seat" the officer said again now looking at her.

"You didn't even ask me what their names are or even mine" she replied disgusted by his actions.

"Ma'am, I already know who you are and who you're looking for. Now if you would take a seat" he motioned to her.

"Hmmpf" she replied plopping onto the hard bench.

"Entitled bitch" he muttered to himself leaving his desk.

Inv. Swartz came walking down the hallway towards Jenika's mom when the officer stopped him briefly. Nodding he continued to her, "Mrs. Marion, would you please come with me" he politely asked.

"Are you taking me to my family" she asked when she stood.

"Ma'am we need to talk first then you can see them" he advised.

"Hold up right there, she's not going anywhere with you" stated the man approaching carrying a briefcase.

"And you are?" Swartz asked.

"Ben Fountain, the Marion's attorney " he replied.

"You know you're not under arrest, Mr. Ray. We just need you to give us background information on those involved, you can have your attorney present if you'd prefer" Williams told him.

"I'm good. I've got nothing to say that would warrant the need of an attorney for me" he stated.

"Ok then, so shall we get started" Williams asked.

"What would you like to know" Chance stated leaning forward on his arms.

"The beginning is always a good place" William's remarked, ready to make notes on the pad.

"I suppose" he began. He spoke of the friendship that began in college that grew over the years and how at some point her friendship, at least in her mind, turned to infatuation and ultimately love. He explained how he didn't find out until recently after that evening when she was drunk and kissed him. He spoke adamantly that he had no interest in her, that nothing had ever physically occurred between them, without revealing his true sexual orientation. He went on to explain how she had manipulated the relationship that he and Mina had as well as how she used Tim and his loss of Caroline to get closer. He stated how, still under the impression of their platonic relationship, that he'd convinced Tim to pursue her and for the guys to hire her as tour manager, all based on what he felt had been the truth.

"That's quite an explanation" Williams remarked.

"You sound as if you don't believe it" Chance stated.

"No, I believe it..to an extent. You have to admit there's quite a bit to question " the investigator replied.

"I know, it sounds like a bad novel. But, it's true, all of it. And there's more" Chance advised.

"More, more what?" Williams asked.

"Yes sir. I just need to obtain the information from another source" Chance added. "From Luisa".
