Having been informed of the recent messages from Luisa, the bands attorney advised Tim he needed to go public with the breakup. "She's obviously unstable and before she begins telling her side of the story, you need to be truthful and make a public statement" Terrence told him via the internet meeting.

Chance waited to see Tim's response. He agreed, something needed to be done before she posted those pictures and any accusations of abuse.

"I understand but I'd like to think about it first " Tim replied, looking over at Chance.

"Don't take too long, if she's as crazy as you and her sister have stated, we shouldn't waste any time in preparing your defense" Terrance replied.

"I'll let you know in a few hours " Tim answered, closing the laptop.

"Tim, you can't wait.  No telling what she's about to do and the lies she's making up. You have to do this before she does, you have to protect yourself" Chance told him.

"I know, I know..."Tim replied, now pacing.

"If you're worried about me, don't be. So what if everyone finds out I'm a fag and a homewrecker,  what's important here is that the truth be told, that you never laid a hand on her and that she's insane" Chance stated.

Tim looked at him with such anger, grabbing him by the shirt with both hands, he jerked him towards him "Don't you ever, EVER call yourself a fag or a homewrecker ever again, do you hear me!" he growled.

Austin watched from the entry door at what appeared to be a confrontation between Tim and Chance. "I knew it, I knew there was more to this. Tim is pissed, Chance must have been with Jenika, why else would he be yelling at him right now " he thought before quickly running to retrieve Rob and Adam.

"Is this all really necessary" Dena asked Bobby as he explained the order of protections he was serving her and Emily.

"Tim wants to be sure, Ms. Dena. He doesn't want Jenika or any of her family coming near either of you" Bobby explained as they both read over the documents.

"Has it really come to this, baby? I mean, is she that unstable?" Emily questioned.

"It seems so, Em. Based on the lies and what she's already done meddling in Chance's life, she just cant be trusted. Tim told me that she sent pictures and texts to Chance, begging for his help and telling him Tim beat her" Bobby replied.

"The hell he did" Dena retorted. "I did not raise that boy to be disrespectful and abusive. Let her come after me, I'll teach her a thing or two, she better not try one damn thing with him"

Emily looked at her mother, she couldn't help but snicker "Momma, watch your language"

"Oh you hush..." Dena replied " Lord forgive me but no one comes after my children and causes pain, No one"

"Duly noted" Bobby whispered to Emily nudging his ribs.
