I was having SO much writers block for this one chapter,

Like you know when you KNOW that you wanna make this one character,but you can't find the right scenario or stuff???

Ms. Mochi sat at her desk, staring outside the rather large windows she had in the back of her office's room. The building she ran had 3 floors, her office, rested on the 3rd floor. It had a balcony, her own bathroom, and it was much larger than the other offices. If you thought hard enough about it, it was because in the history of the company, MUCH larger cryptids and monsters had her role. So she was the first mouse in the entire company to have such a large role in society.

She rolled her chair around, and scooted up to her desk. There was a large file on her desk from her Secretary. Large red ink was on the tan file, catching her attention. Most of the children had brightly colored files corresponding to their favorite colors. On top of that, the paper that was held onto the front of the file, showed a child. She hummed to herself in confusion and interest, This was much more..different than the other files. The file was flipped open, multiple papers and ids of assigned monsters in the file. Ms. Mochi had to examine each and every id and file, and then the pink slips...that were only used for monsters who quit the child because 1. the match was incorrect and something got screwed up, or 2. The child had quickly changed phase, i.e : favorite colors, appearance, family situation, etc. 

But the off thing here was...at least 90% of the papers were those "I quit this child, : reason here" slips. Ms. Mochi grabbed her square glasses, putting them on to help her examine each individual handwriting of the excuses for the un-assignment. There were things that were reasonable, ' Swapped phase upon meeting', ' Cried and didn't take well off to me', or just the simple 'got seen by parents'. But..A couple of them were rather off. There were multiple 'cried and didn't take well to me' papers, and then there were ones where the child took a violent approach. ' I got shot with Nerf upon meeting', ' Child tried to hit me with something' , A lot of these just simply didn't make sense. So she went to the id cards and person examinations. All of the monsters had motherly,fatherly, or parental personalities, as the child was in a tough place in terms of parental care.

But...This child..didn't take well to ANY of them. A flicking tail in concern and confusion, Mochi adjusted her glasses.

She rung her desk's bell to get her secretary in. Her secretary stumbled in, trying not to spill any of her paperwork. Nora was a klutz, but Mochi still took a liking to her. '' Nora, Can you help me out with this file please? '' " Of course Ms. Mochi! What is it that's concerning you?" Nora stepped up to Ms. Mochi's desk, her lamb-hooves clicking against the floor before being muffled against the carpet. '' This file, Every monster assigned to this child has quit. Every monster matches the child's emotional and psychological needs, as a parental figure considering the child's household.'' " An example please?" '' Charm, our motherly cat cryptid employee, assigned to another child at this moment, quit because the child 'tried to throw something at her'.'' " That's odd...Do keep up with the examples please."

'' April and August, Our Cardinal crypids. Also with parental tendencies towards kids, said they both had to quit because ' August had something thrown at her' and ' The child cried once April tried to comfort them'. ''

" Have you tried assigning yourself yet? You seem to fit all the requirements you're pointing out here..."

'' Pardon?''

" You mention every recruit has parental tendancies, and have had something thrown at them. Considering you can shrink at will, I was considering it'd be easier to dodge those attacks. "

'' Hm.''

" And you may be a bit rusty when it comes to children, but who knows? this could be good!"

'' Perhaps...Thank you Nora.''

ok so I saw a pinterest writing idea

and it was like " A child has everybody assigned to them quit after a short time, you decide to assign yourself"

And I hope you like Nora because she's a black sheep

they represent something like : they are considered bad or worthless by other people in that family or group.

And so that is why Nora is Mochi's secretary, because she can understand certain home environments for troubled kids, and so she basically helps out with monster assignments.

This one kid's case completely stumped her, so she brought it to Mochi.
