Coco and I ended up in our separate bedrooms. I could tell that my room mate was sleeping, but my mind wouldn't shut down.

I just can't help but want what Jazzy has. Coco has no idea what romantic love would be; she already sworn it off for the rest of her death, but I just left to get away from my past.

Would I want to start a family like Jazzy does? Can I? Or maybe I want to be like Coco, not giving love a second glance?

Coco was like me, dead and someone having a second chance at life.

Jazzy was alive, living the life she wanted.

     I groaned.

"Go to sleep, Danny. Worry about it later; sleep on it." Just like that, Coco was asleep again.

I sighed; it might be time for me to go back and replenish myself. Struggling to fall asleep was one of the first signes, but it might just be because of the topic I have been thinking about.

I got out of bed, leaning towards Coco's door. I knocked on it softly, and slowly, Coco opened up.

"What?" She yawned, her eyes narrowing at me.

"I'm going to go out and check out my death place." She nodded her head, but her eyes told me that I should wait. Probably because I would do something stupid. "Tell everyone I'm really sick."

"Yeah, whatever." Coco started to close the door before I piped up.

"Jazzy is engage by the way, so get ready." I smiled, giving her a wave and heading down stairs.

"Is that way this is happening? The idea of falling in love?" Coco called out, grabbing my arms. "Jazzy is alive, and we are dead. We can't live the same way."

I sighed, "I don't know, Coco. I'm still figuring things out."

She shook her head. "You had ten years to figure it out, Danny."

I huffed, "Nobody said being dead was easy."

Coco smiled softly, whispering, "Just remember that they all think you have been dead for ten years. You show up, everything is going to be," she sighed, rubbing her face, "not right.

"The dead needs to stay dead."

I nodded my head, grabbing a jacket from my door knob.

"Danny, why do you even want to go back? You have a life, friends, family, a job. Why would you go back to that hell hole?" Coco grabbed my arm before I could make a mistake of leaving.

"I think I'm more than a fashion designer, Coco. This is what you wanted to be." I smiled softly, continuing, "I grew up loving my math classes and reading. I did that so I could leave and support myself. Then I would meet my mate and fall in love, and have a family."

Looking at Coco, I knew she wasn't mad about the fashion designer thing. When she first died, she walked around, stumbling upon a fashion show. One look at her, and she was hired to be a model.

She wanted to be that every since she knew what it was. From model, she slowly became a designer. That's when I stumbled upon her, and we both knew the other one was dead.

"From my understating, werewolves loves come from their mate. You're mate not only rejected you, but killed you." She shook her head, coming out of her doorway. "He and his group of friends took you to a cave. He nearly raped you while his friends laughed and took videos. He killed you, and they all help throw your body into the lake."

I bit my lip. "You're right. My wolf must have been thinking."

She pulled my into a hug, patting my head and playing with my hair. "It's ok. I shouldn't have said it like that. I just don't want you to make the wrong decision." She squeezed me again before letting my go. She placed her hand on my check, smiling softly. "Are you still going? Your time is getting closer."

I nodded my head. "We just finished with a big show, so we should have some extra time till we are needed. I already have a couple ideas drawn up."

Coco nodded her head, her hand falling to her side. "Do you want me to get you a ticket?"

I shook my head. "I was going go in wolf form. Before you say anything, she getting stronger over the last ten years."

Coco kissed my forehead, murmuring, "We sound like an old married couple."

I laughed, shaking my head. "You? Eww!" Coco pushed me, rolling her eyes. "Bye, Coco! See you in a couple of days!"

"Don't do anything stupid!" She quickly went back to her room, falling asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. Actually, before her head hit the pillow, she was snoring.

I walked through the front door, seeing the dark sky shine above me. Quickly going into the woods, I go behind a tree and started to shift.

My body burned and aches as I bend over. My skin and blood boiled as my muscle started to warm up to shift inside my body. When the fur started to sprout from my skin, it felt like knifes pushing outside my body.

It's been over ten years since I fully shifted. Usually, I get half way before my body collapse, shifting back into human form. Tonight was different. I was no where near passing out, and I felt my face grow in size. My ears physically moving from the side to the top of my head. My bones cracked and smashed together or apart till I stood in my wolf form.

I yipped into the air, happy as I can be. Shaking my fur, I felt my skin move under all of it. The feeling was unlike no other, and I truly missed being a werewolf with the ability to shift.

I took off, remembering how I loved running, the wind going through my fur. I trotted through the trees, heading back towards the place where I was alive.
