Verity evolved into a Glaceon on the way to the top of the mountain. Luna was now a Luxray and Bella was now a Victreebell. Sophia still had one slot open, but made no comment on it.

"I can push you off so you can join them."

"No thanks." Ash chuckled at Jack's hesitation.

"Sophia?" She paused.

"One sec-" She then paused. "ジラーチ..." She glanced back. "Go back home. I'll catch up later." Jack was about to say something when Ash spoke.
