Vicky gets shower first at Turner's house bec. she cannot go to her house that Tootie got the keys, before Det. Lo maybe accidentally entered the bathroom see her naked. Good thing Det. Lo went buy at grocery store. An angry Vicky walk pass on the street when an idiotic big glads boy with a flower on his hand, stalks her which Vicky beat him up and threw him at the garbage can.
"HOW COULD THAT STUPID JERKY STALKER more crazy than that guy called Det. Lo!? That stalker is a JERKBEEF and more idiot  than Det. Lo!!" -Vicky roars herself. Whatever Vicky sayd Det. Lo's name, her heart beats faster and faster.

Vicky's Mind: SHUT UP!!! WHAT ARE YOU BEATING SO FAST, HEART!!?? ARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!!

On the streets, Vicky met the 4 teens who are customers from No Name Diner, Arnold, Helga, Gerald & Phoebe waiting to cross the Pedestrian Lane. (Cameo XD!)
"Hey you, why are you looking at, you football head!?" -Vicky shouts at them.
Phoebe: Hey! Isn't that the angry waitress who shouts the lovers last night at No Name?
Arnold: Yeah! That's her. I heard she is the most evil girl of Dimmsdale I supposed.
Helga: Hey! Don't steal my line, you she-devil!!
Vicky: Hey! I'm not talking to you! I'm talking the nerd.(faces Phoebe)Tell me about why my heart beats faster when I say a name!
Phoebe: I think you're inlove.
Vicky: What!? No! When I say his name, my heart is beating faster. I can't stop/control it.
Gerald: What's the guys name?
Vicky: Lo! Det. Ace Wing Lo! The N Police Department detective and the Twerp's guradian!
Arnold & Helga: You mean Det. Lo??
"Yeah! That's him!" -Vicky crossarms.
Phoebe: Wow! How can be sure that everyones knows that the most evil girl of Dimmsdale found the real Mr. Right, the N City's detective, right??(smiles)
"Give me a break!! I'm outta here!" -Vicky leaves but froze in second when her eyes vision saw everyone wearing Det. Lo's suit(yellow coat, black pants and yellow fedora hat). She turned around to the 4, they were also wear the same.
Gerald:(asks) Hey! Are you alright???
Vicky is in state in shock and runs away from them when some crashed both each other causing to fell down on the street.
"Ahhhhh!!!!" -Vicky screams.
"Vicky, it's just me." -the person she bumps is Det. Lo himself.
Vicky: You jerk! Where are you been!? Where's the Twerp!?
Lo: I'm shopping in grocery store and don't call Timmy a twerp. Were not close!
Vicky:(shouts)OF COURSE!! WERE RIVALS AND WE FIGHT EACH OTHER!!! You're the one who messing my biggest life ever, you jerk!!!
Her shouting causes everyone sees them, even kids & policemen.
Lo: Vicky, stop shouting!! Everyone sees us. Look!
Vicky:(continuing shouting too loudly)SHUT UP!!! YOU'RE DESTROYING MY MIND!!! Guarding your little twerp like a guardian, everyone I see wearing your suits cause my heart beats faster and faster because of you!!! HOW CAN I STOP SEEING YOU,HUH!!??
They heard her yells that Det. Lo covered his ears.
"You're not listening, jerk!!" -Vicky.
"0____0 Ehh???" -Det. Lo
"What!?" -Vicky
"You too loud! Shut up!" -Det. Lo trying to calm her.
"JERK! I HOPE I NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN BECAUSE I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!!(3x) IIIIHHHAAAATTTTEEEE----!" -Vixky didn't finished her words. Everyone gasped what they saw next.

Meanwhile, Timmy was on the run from Tootie that began chasing around the street. But they were stopped when they saw crowded people looking something they see.
"Why are the people so crowdy?" -Timmy
"I don't know but excuse me, Sir. What happened right there? Is there's some accident?" Tootie asked to the bystander.
"There is no accident, little kids. Just a yellow-hat man shut the redhead woman's mouth to quiet." -the bystander replies.
Timmy and Tootie get pass the crowd to see the scene. When they saw the 2 persons who was, they both of them gasped and shocked like everyone did.
"O...M....G! Oh my goo...goo...goodness. Timmy, look!" -Tootie
"What the Heck??! Is that him? (points and her)and her?" -Timmy widened his eyes what he saw.
Everyone in the city including the 4(Arnold, Helga, Gerald & Phoebe)sees the two persons doing.
Gerald: Akward.

Det. Ace Wing Lo, after a major break-up with his unfaithful girlfriend, kiss Vicky Summers, the most evil girl of Dimmsdale..... on her lips. Soon everyone began chatterings & whisperings what they saw.
