It's been a 1 month later after Ace Wing Lo's miraculous save causes Timmy, Tootie, Vicki & others he closes a joyful hugs & tears of joy :), Ace gives him a rest in 3 days before went back to his duty work while Timmy continues his school studies to focus his intellectual. Vicki however is continuing torturing & hurting Timmy once Ace Wing Lo is not around but not worse condition. Ever since Ace's miraculous save in the hospital, Vicki's attitude began slowly change when she accidentally cried a tears of joy, in-front of Ace, Timmy, Tootie & her B.R.A.T. friends which she suddenly turned around and leaves the room in a minute.
Vicki:(mind) Why I feel so....so....joy? Grrrr!!! Why is happening to me!??
And Ace's mind on his writing to his journal,

Ace:(mind) When I wake up from a gunshot, I was so relieved that Timmy was safe. But...just as Timmy, Tootie & others were happy, I saw Vicki. She...she...was in tears of joy. When I call her name, she suddenly turned around and leave the room in a minute. I don't know what I saw but I'm sure that Vicki began change her attitude(I think).

After his release in the hospital, he found out that Mr. Turner(Timmy's Dad) was caught and now under custody of the authorities of N Police Department. 2 days later, he visits him in the custody. Mr. Turner was apologize to hat-detective and Ace accepts the plea, however his escape & attempted murder of Ace costs him to raise the charges he commits into 10-20 years in jail. Mr. Turner was now put in the N Mental Institution Center due of crazy-bad-dumb-as-selfish atttitude. To Mrs. Turner who refuse escape with her husband, she is now under on Women Protection Center near Dimmsdle City, to prove her innonence. Her charges fell into 5-7 years in prison state. Ace reports to Timmy about these situations and he feel happy about this.

1 month later and it was December. Ace & Timmy were busy decorating Christmas Tree & decorations around for upcoming Christmas. After 30 minutes of decorating.
Timmy: Ace, will you go back to your duty?
Ace: I'm not sure but Chief(Chief Tate) told me to staying you for a long time.
Timmy: Yes. We can celebrate our Christmas with you and my bestfriends.
Ace: That's a good idea. But not enough without Chief, my policemen & women who serve justice & protect, your teacher Ms. Keanne, even Vicki, Tootie & her friends.
Timmy: HUH? Why Vicki & Tootie invited too?
Ace: Come on, Timmy. Let's respect them. Okay?
Timmy: Urgh! Fine.
Ace: Okay. I'm going shopping for a Eve Night Mass before Christmas. Go get your Christmas wishlist plans for us & them.
Timmy: Okay.
Ace leaves the house for Christmas shopping while Timmy planning for Christmas wishlist.
Cosmo: So Christmas is coming?
Wanda: Of course, honey. It celebrate every year of December.
Poof: Mom is right, Dad.(Hey! Poof can talk now after episode: "School of Crooked") We should go shopping Christmas.
Cosmo: All right! Let's go!(Poof away)
Wanda: We'll be right back, sport.
Poof: See ya, bro(both Poof away).
Timmy began a Christmas plans & wishlist on his paper pad for upcoming Christmas.

DONE!!! I finally done this part. Sorry for taking too long to wait, readers. Anyway, next part will be a Christmas part and guess what: will Ace finally knows Vicki's attitude change...or maybe Timmy's longest secret of all: his Fairly Oddparents???
