Moon woke up with winters icy blue wing wrapped around her. She looked up to see that he was already awake and staring at her.

"Morning, moon." He said quietly.

"Morning, Winty." She replied.

"Winty, is that my new nickname?"

"It is if you want it to be."

"We'll I think I want it to be."

With that moon gave winter a quick hug before getting out of the bed so she could go hunting. Winter followed her out the door and together they made their way to the nearby forest which was filled with bears and deers.

~~time skip~~

Once they returned to winters small home moon looked around and finally took in her surroundings. There was a small kitchen with leftover food, there was a small table in the middle with chairs around it  and there was also a room connectingbto the side which had a bed large enough for two fully grown dragons.

"Moon, I just realized that I don't have an extra bed for you to stay in. I know that we shared my bed last night, but you probably want your own, don't you?" Winter asked.

"No. Its OK winter. I don't mind sharing it with you, I did come all this way to be with you remember." She replied.

"Moon, I'm just wondering if the kiss you gave me last night after explaining everything meant something or was it just... I don't know... A thing between two friends."

"Of course it meant something. I love you Winter, you are my one and only... Forever. It may have taken a while to realize it, but its true."

"I love you too moon." Winter said, pulling her closer. He gave her a short kiss before standing up and walking into the kitchen to put their leftover deer away.

A/N: do any of you female authors out there find it easier - or harder - to write from a guys (males) point of view?

Because so far all of my male chaoyers are better than my female chapters. Please answer the question.
