Sting had felt as if his dreams of being with
Y/N have died. He wondered why Natsu was so mad. But then again, he wouldn't know since he wasn't an older brother like Natsu is. He wouldn't ever know how Natsu feels about this situation. Sting wondered to himself if Natsu would ever let him see Y/N again. It has been about a week after all, and they still haven't seen each other.

It was late at night and Sting was finishing up extra papers from the guild he had to sign. The moonlight shinned bright through his window onto his skin. His golden hair reflected nicely against the light. He tapped his pencil on his chin as he pondered on what to do about Natsu. Should he apologize frantically and fake cry? Should he challenge him to a fight? Should he be just nice and apologize?

He didn't know what to do in this situation at all. Natsu would most likely kill him if he was within two feet of Y/N. Then Sting had an idea. One that would probably get both him and Y/N killed but it was worth a try.

He put his regular clothes on and opened up his window about to jump out.

"Sting-Kun? Why're you up?" A familiar voice asked

'God dammit Lector.' Sting mentally cursed

"Wassup little buddy. I'm just going to get a late night snack." Sting said

"Oh okay. I'm up because Frosch was talking in her sleep and I was going to sleep in here." Lector said

"Oh okay. Don't tell Rogue I'm out, okay." Sting said

"Okay." Lector said as he hopped on the bed and started to fall asleep. Sting sighed in relief and jumped out the window on his way to
Y/N's house. He knew for a fact that Natsu would be gone today since he and Lucy had a date. Sting got to Y/N's window and tapped on it loudly. He heard Y/N get up and come to the window. When she saw Sting, she opened it without hesitation.

"Sting what are you doing here?" She asked

"I had to see you." Sting smiled lightly, pulling her into a kiss. It was very romantic to Y/N that he came here to see her despite knowing he'd probably get killed if Natsu found out.

They separated their lips from each other and Sting smiled at her. Y/N reached up to touch his soft blond hair that she loved so dearly.

"Sting I'm so sorry about Natsu. I-"

"Don't be. He was just being a brother. He was just worried about you Y/N." Sting said

"Sting we need to go to the guild and talk to Natsu together." Y/N said "He's been trying to find me someone else. But I don't want anyone else I only want you Sting."

Sting's eyes softened, "Okay we'll go together and sort things out. And no matter what I'll always be by your side."

Natsu barley heard Lucy talking to him as he thought about Y/N alone at home. Was it a bad idea to leave her by herself? No. Happy is there, it's fine. Is it though? He brushed it off and started focusing again on Lucy speaking to him about future jobs. He responded to her with his causal, normal self as if nothing was wrong.

"Natsu." He heard the sound of Y/N's voice. He turned and saw her and Sting together holding hands and facing him. Natsu cocked up an eyebrow while examining the two.

"What the hell is he doing here?" Natsu asked 'I guess leaving her with Happy was dumb.'

"Natsu, look, I didn't listen to you. I should have known better. Natsu please understand, you were in the same shoes as me once right? You know how I felt at the time. It was hard to control the thing I had longed for. Natsu please forgive me," Sting said "I just really wanted to see her."

Natsu stared at him in shock, Lucy placed his hand on his and nodded at him. He looked back at Sting.

"Sting... I'm sorry. I know you care a lot about Y/N. You lost control just like the rest of us did. We've all lost control at some point and we did things we regretted. But you didn't Sting... You loved Y/N so much and you knew exactly how to fight your inner dragon unlike me. I know you wouldn't want to hurt a hair on Y/N's head. It's just I was so afraid that my sister would get killed or something in front of my eyes."

Sting nodded, understanding what Natsu was saying.

"I'm sorry that I was mean, Y/N, Sting. You guys didn't deserve that."

"It's fine Natsu." Y/N said

"We knew you had good intentions." Sting added, shaking Natsu's hand.

"I'm sorry, pepper."

"And I'm sorry, goldielocks."

The two made up and bro hugged it out, Gajeel sweatdropped in annoyance, "You guys done with your lovey dovey shit?"

"Shut up, gayjeel."

"YOU TWO ARE SUCH SHITS! NATSU, STING, I'LL KILL YOU!"
