A lifetime away,

What do those words mean to you?

Does it mean you have ages

To see all things new?

A lifetime away…

I like those words.

Maybe it means I’ll live forever in a day.

A lifetime away…

Maybe it means that

I’ll have to wait FOREVER…

Or maybe it means

That time will tick slowly

Leaving your fate to be way into the future.

But whatever it means,

I do not mind,

For I am happy,

Just to live life as it flows by.
