Ok so I'm having a lot of fun making my fmp

And by that, I mean I enjoyed making the storyboard, and I'm looking forward to actually making it, but I'm not enjoying the research part, and the project journal I've had to make for this isn't the best (it's ok, but it's kinda tedious as I don't really like making daly updates to things, so I've just been updating it whenever I do or think anything significant, but I know I need to put more effort into it, which sucks)

The main issue with making it though is corona being a lil bitch

Like, I can do most of this at home, so for the most part it's fine

But the one thing I can't do is editing, as I have no editing software, so I can do everything other than the final part where I actually make it
(My college is going into lockdown tomorrow, so I'm still in here now, but so far other than research, literally all I've made is my storyboard, so I can't edit even if I wanted to)

I think my teacher said something about maybe emailing us a free editing software, but I'm not sure entirely what his plans for that is.
Plus even if he does, I'm not entirely sure if my laptop will be able to run it, it's very crappy , so I don't have high hopes for that

But it's annoying too, because as I said, I'm really looking forward to the final product, but with no editing shit, I can't make the final product

Part of me is tempted to post just some small parts of the storyboard just because I'm really excited to make it

Also this is the first time we get to see EP's room. I mean, I think we did briefly see it in the actual naos book, but I forgot what that looks like, so I gave it a fun new redesign

I might do a quick sneak peak of the panels I really like (I know this isn't my art book but shhhhhh)
Also, should say, not as much effort in these as my regular comics, just because that would take up time. So I only got to the pen part of this, there is no shading
So any pencil you see is either from a basic outline, a quick sketch of lighting (for example in the part where EP is taking directly to the screen it's supposed to be like a spotlight), and small notes to myself (like when her screen is glitching)
Also uhh trigger warning, blood and shit (although it isn't very detailed, so I think it should be fine hopefully)

Also I should say, I did to the words in pen in the storyboard, as I did originally plan on putting it in, just like in my I do adore video, but in the end I decided against this because effort

OWO who's that in the poster? I definitely didn't give myself some self cameos most shown in her poster but also on the tv in an earlier frame. I mean, why on earth would I do that
ALB probably stands for "A Loopy Bongo"
With "Bongo" of corse being short for "Bingo Bongo", aka the catch phrase for my favourite dead space pirate leader of the off colours Lars of the stars.
I mean what else could it stand for
Definitely not a really crappy username that I picked for myself years ago which I regret because it's stupid but it's kinda iconic at this point for me, so I just kinda mock it and give it subtle references in random activities, like a while ago when in media I had to make a fake media production company website, and I called my fake company "Loves Butter Productions" which I'm only sharing on here because no one else will be able to appreciate why I find it funny(I even had to make a logo for it, which was just a block of melting butter on toast with "Loves Butter Productions" carved into the butter in the closest I can get to fancy writing, I am half tempted to also post it here for the lols but I won't(unless you guys wanna see it, but idk why it isn't even ghat good)

Idk I just enjoyed drawing her with a glitchy screen. It will look better in the final result, but it was fun mike this

Also I enjoyed drawing her with a normal looking smile
As you can see from that bottom one that's half cropped out, most of the smile are insane "please let death take me already" smiles
Also the electrical surges were fun
Also it was nice drawing her without bloodshot eyes

Like most of them especially in the second half and mike that

It isn't often I get to draw zoom ins on faces. I really like the lil teeth I gave her
Idk, sometimes I just like drawing sharp teeth
And it felt fitting with her decent into insanity idk

I just really like the last 2 panels (ok technically there is 1 more after this, but it's just zooming out of her on the floor shhhh)

I just like the idea that it was all in her head, because 1-no lasting damage, and 2-insomnia insanity.
And I just really thought it was a good idea her running out of batteries at the end
Because when your phone runs out of batteries, you say it's died
And she said she'll sleep when she's dead

(Oh yeah, for those of you who don't know, sometimes when I want to convey a certain emotion, but emojis or emoticons don't quite convey what I wanna show(or I'm too lazy to see if 1 does), I do a quick sketch of myself on my phone in my notes, or at the very least just the face(normally just the face, but with face alone you can't do shoulders shrugging so you guys get cursed with the full thing)
(Yeah, as you can see I'm not good at drawing on my phone. I only ever do it for very basic sketches of what I wanna draw, and I'm not getting out my pencil and finding a spare piece of paper just for this. I wish we could do images on comments though just because it looses so much from what I put into conversations, plus also it's fun)

Also I miss my grandparents
They're not I'll or anything, I just can't go over because I don't wanna risk it (I'm not I'll either, but like I said don't wanna risk it)
Like, I used to go over every Sunday, but now we can't do that
And yeah, I can video call them, but it's not the same
Especially since this Sunday is Mother's Day, and me, my mum, and grandma were all planning on going out for a meal

And also, as you all know, I'm a very huggy person, but rn it's not very wise to hug people, so it's my personal torture

Oh yeah, also if things go to bad with our fmp's, the examiners will instead look at our previous projects, and I didn't do so good on them because blog work sucks, so I'm just praying they are still able to judge us on fmp's and that we're all able to get them done

But uhh yeah, that's all

Apparently drinking water a lot and keeping hydrated helps (so I'm fucked because I'm god awful with drinking, especially water)
But apparently if you've got it, keeping hydrated gets it to your stomach rather than your lungs, which is a lot better
But don't quote me on this, I'm not a doctor
I'm only saying it because even if it isn't as good as I said, it's still good and impossible to stay hydrated

Anyway, hopefully things will get better soon
I'm hoping things will go back to normal at some point after easer break
I don't think things will get better then, but I hope they do, and I think it's important to stay positive so

But yeah, let's all stay healthy and try not to die, and hopefully I'll see you all next time I update :3
