Also, edit, I just realised that Mepads screen isn't off, it's the screen that you get on your Apple devices when you update it. Not the screen when you restart it, it's got an update bar, so Taco is getting him to update. This has me real worried, because what is in this update?
Is it an official Meeple update, or did she make up her own update.
Honestly I'm not as worried if it's her own one that she made up especially for him, cause she basically only wants him to teleport (and possibly other powers), and she probably wouldn't wanna mess too much with his source code just in case she messes something up (which I don't think she would, cause she is really smart). Plus, if she gets a redemption (which, as you all know, I think and really hope will happen, I mean there are just too many open ends in her story for this to just be it), if it is her own update with her own code, she could easily remove it, or even come up with another update just to get rid of anything she added.
What worries me is if it's an official Meeple update. Cause 1-Cobbs is bad, 2-so far the only good Meeple devices we have met are Mephone (who is still kinda a jerk to people often, and plus he had to literally run away to get away from Cobbs, and that hasn't even worked), Mepad (who was taken away from Meeple before he even started up), and 4S (who was literally a psychopath and had to die in order to have a proper redemption), and 3-back in s2e5 we literally saw Mephone considering updating, and when we did we could read what the update said, and I'm not gonna bring up a pic (cause photo limit), but it literally says "This will cause your MePhone's appearance to drastically change, and turn into a weapon of mass destruction. Oh, and you can't switch it back... EV-ER. So yeah, make a choice", which I know was probably a joke, but with everything we know about Cobbs and Meeple, especially now, I completely wouldn't put it past the team to bring this up again. Plus, that was just 1 update ages ago, if that's what they were getting back then, what sort of updates do you think they're getting now?

When I first saw this I was screaming at my phone for her to promise
Because, in fiction, if someone tells you to promise something, and you don't promise, you might as well be doing that thing right now because we all know it's probably gonna happen
I mean, to be fair it would of been worse if she did promise and then still did it, but still, I really don't like that she didn't promise. Cause I felt like she was changing, which I still think she is, even if it is very slowly, but by 1-not promising you not be violent when asked to, and 2-then proceeding to be violent, even though that's the one thing Mic asked of her, it just feels like a huge step back. I love her, but I'm so disappointed in her, I honestly thought she was so much better than this
