Ok, so as you all know I love puns and jokes, and will literally seek out any possible opportunity to say them. Anyway, we just had eggs for dinner and I kept on cracking egg jokes(pun intended XD) when my parents got sick of it, so my mum said that if I don't tell another pun, or say the words pun, joke and prank(or anything to do with that subject) for the next week, she will give me £20. I am however, allowed to say them when she and/or her boyfriend aren't there(so I can in school and on the Internet), just as.ong as they don't hear me saying it(and it doesn't count if someone tells them that I've said 1 or says what I said). Sounds like an easy £20, right? Wrong. This is literally the hardest thing I ever have done and ever will do. I can guarantee  that by the end of the week I will of lost 'an easy' £20. And what wasn't helping was my brother was saying a ton of bad puns(and i mean worse than my puns bad(they didn't even make sense, he was just throwing random eggs and cracks into words to form a sentence that no one except him can decipher)), and I couldn't even tell him how to do a proper 1. However, he did say 1 which was actually good, and accurate to how I'm feeling just thinking about this deal I made with my mum; "I think she's gonna crack". But in all seriousness, I need help, how can I stop myself from saying puns?!
In other news, today my school had a business day for all year 10s, including a mini interview to give us a taste of what it's like to have a job interview, and I found out (from the feedback and for the first time) that I say 'like' a lot. You can't tell when I'm online because when typing I think more about what I'm saying, unlike when I talk irl, when I just say whatever without thinking, and apparently including the word 'like' in random places in the middle of the sentence. And now that someone has pointed it out, it sticks out like a saw thumb and I can't stop saying it, so now it's really weird, so maybe help with that too?
Anyway, now I've gotta update my pun book and quotes book about the pun thing happening with me(the pun book is my new vent for puns so that I'm less likely to say them to my parents, so anyway guys that's all for now, thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed, and I will see you in the next chapter, bye 😜
