Hoya POV

It was finally my day to spend with HwaYi. I was really excited. I hope she is too. I looked myself over in the mirror one last time, then I grabbed the necklace I had Sungyeol buy for me and made my way down to the lobby to wait for her.

It was nerve wracking waiting for her, but when she arrived she stole my breath away.

HwaYi POV

I sighed as I woke up. I knew today would be Hoya's day, but I was hoping that the other members would be coming with us again. I was scared to be alone with him. I couldn't trust myself anymore.

The coordi Unnies arrived and were happily surprised to see me awake already, but quickly got to work dressing me none the less.

As I made my way to the lobby, I could see that my prayers were not answered as only Hoya was waiting for me. My heart beat nervously as I walked over to him. "Hi!" I smiled.

"Hi HwaYi! You ready?"

"Yes!"

He held out his hand and I froze for a second. None of the others had acted like this. It almost felt as though this were a real date. I took his hand and he led me out of the hotel.

Unlike the others, he walked at a much slower pace. He didn't seem to be in any rush. Because of this, I hadn't realized that we had walked all the way to our destination. Though I was really surprised that we were in front of the Natural History Museum.

I looked at him confused "What are we doing here? I already came here with Sungjong."

"Just trust me" he smiled in reply. He led me inside and then went to obtain our tickets. When he returned, he held out his hand for me again. "Ready?"

I sighed as I took his hand "I guess."

Unlike Sungjong who immediately took me to the top floor to see the dinosaurs, Hoya took me to an area I didn't recognize. "Where are we? I don't remember this."

Hoya smiled "This is the planetarium. Sungjong said that he didn't take you here because he thought you wouldn't like it, but I thought you might like to see it."

My heart started racing at his words. He remembered that I liked the stars, so he brought me here? He really is making this hard for me. Why does he have such an effect on me? Why can't I just control my feelings better?

We took a casual stroll through the planetarium and then took in the Space Show: Dark Universe at the Hayden Planetarium Theater. Once the show was over, we went out to eat. It wasn't anywhere fancy, but it was a nice meal.

The rest of the day we just casually strolled through the streets of New York City. Every one in a while we would stop and go window shopping, but it wasn't like it was a big deal. It was just a nice day. As the sun started to set, Hoya seemed to be walking with more of a purpose. It was as though he had planned something else.

We walked a few more blocks before I understood where he was leading me. When I finally saw the Empire State Building before us, I smiled and grabbed onto his arm.

Hoya POV

When she grabbed my arm, my heart skipped a beat. I knew that she wanted to come here so I planned to come towards sunset so that we could take in the view. I guess I made the right choice in places to go, now I just need to give her the present I bought.

We went inside the building and waited for our turn to board the elevator. Once we reached the observation floor, HwaYi said "Could you excuse me for a moment?"

I smiled and nodded "Don't take too long, you wouldn't want to miss the view." She smiled back and then took off towards the restrooms.

While waiting for her to return, I couldn't help but fidget with the necklace in my pocket. How am I going to give this to her? Will she really like it?

I was so lost in thought, I hadn't realized that I had drawn the attention of a few fans who were just coming back inside.

"Oh my! Hoya Oppa?" one of the girls shockingly squealed.

I looked up and didn't know what to do. None of the other guys had gotten recognized on their outings, so I thought I would be safe too. Guess I was wrong.

"What are you doing here Hoya Oppa?" the other girl asked excitedly.

"Are the other members here too?" the first girl asked me and then began looking around for them.

"The others are not here" I replied. "I wanted to see the view from here once before we left, so I decided to come tonight." I hoped this was a good enough answer for them.

"The view is really pretty tonight" the girls giggled. "Want us to show you?" they asked eagerly.

No! I want to see it with HwaYi! As I was thinking about her, I saw that she was walking outside to take in the view. "I appreciate the offer ladies, but I'd like to see it by myself "

"Can we at least have one picture with you?"

"Sure" I smiled as they came next to me and took their picture.

"Thank you!" they smiled as they walked off towards the elevator.

HwaYi POV

I was very excited to be at the Empire State Building, but I was so nervous to be alone with Hoya. I had to excuse myself so that I could calm myself down.

When I returned from the bathroom, Hoya was with a couple of fans. I didn't want them to misunderstand the situation, so I went outside to take in the view while waiting for him.

I was lost in thought when I felt someone wrap their arms around me. "Told you that you would love the view" Hoya whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my back. Then he rested his head on my shoulder and asked "Why didn't you wait for me?"

"I didn't want the fans to misunderstand" I replied.

He separated from me a little and said "They wouldn't have misunderstood." Then suddenly I see something drop in front of me before I felt it being put around my neck.

"What.....?" I reached up to my neck and felt the necklace he had just placed there. "This is too much!" I turned to face him. "I couldn't possibly accept this!"

As I reached for the clasp, Hoya grabbed my hands and lowered them. He looked me directly in the eyes and said "Yes you can" before leaning in and kissing me.

My heart raced and my mind went blank. I knew that I shouldn't do this, but at the same time I couldn't stop myself. My hands slowly drifted around him and rested on his back. As we parted from our embrace a blush crept up on both our faces.

He coughed nervously and averted his gaze. "The view really is beautiful tonight" he awkwardly commented, causing me to smile.

"Very" I turned around to look out at it.

He wrapped his arms around me once more and without thinking, I leaned against him as we watched the sun set.

Just as we had spent the entire day, we walked back to the hotel very casually.

We made our way up to my room and he said "I hope you had a good time."

"It was wonderful" I beamed. "Thank you."

"I'm glad" he blushed. Then he gave me a peck on the lips and said "Good night HwaYi."

"Good night" I blushed back before going into my room.

That night, I packed the clothes that the coordi Unnies had bought me in a bag and quietly snuck out of the hotel.
