Cinnamon twists
You will need
1 can croissant dough
Butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
I use about 5 Tablespoons of butter but you may want more or less. Melt it the add cinnamon and sugar. 1 part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar. I use a tsp of cinnamon and 3 tsp sugar.
Separate the croissant dough into rectangles. Butter the rectangles then place them butter sides together (like a sandwich).
Cut each of the sandwiches into about inch wide strips. Pinch the ends of the dough then twist so they look like the photo above.
Butter again.
Sprinkle on more cinnamon and sugar (optional).
Follow the instructions for the croissant dough for oven temp and cook time.
Cool before eating.
