You will need:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder.

For frosting (optional)
4 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder.
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup confectioners (powdered) sugar

Preheat 350*
Bake time: 25-30 minutes

Starts by melting the 1/2 cup of butter. Once butter is melted add in white sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until fully mixed.

Now mix in the 1/3 cup cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

Spread in greased pan. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

While they're baking it a a good idea to make the frosting.
Melt the 4 Tablespoons butter then mix in 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, and confectioners sugar.

The frosting will be thick though if it's too thick add in a bit more butter and vanilla, not much. If it's too thin add in more sugar.

Spread frosting on brownies once they're out of the oven. Enjoy!
