I decided to head to bed so I pressed a blue button and my truck stands there. I get in and hook my phone up to my radio. Playing Monster by Skillet I take my jacket off and put it in my bag. I pull out my hoodie and turn it into a makeshift pillow. I lay down and fall asleep to my music.
(Time skip)
Someone touches me and I bolt up grabbing there hand. I look over and see it's Cade. I let go and sigh.
"Bad night?" He asks.
I nod my head and turn down my music. I grab a can of monster out of my bag and drink some.
"You should not be drinking that." I give him a pointed look and roll my eyes.
"Let me guess we need to move." I say and take a drink.
"Yes. You going to ride with one of the others?"
"Nope I do not feel like answering a ton of questions right now."
He moves and I close my door. I turn my truck on and roll down the window. I pull away from the others speed out into the desert.
:Where is she going?: Crosshairs asks over the com link.
:I'm speeding you afthole.: I reply back.
:Holy slag!: He yells. :When did she get a com?:
:I have had one since I joined them fragger.: I huff.
Laughs boom over the com. I shake my head and turn mine off. I stop and put my head on the steering wheel. I close my eyes and stop the tears. I stay like that.
(Time skip)
When I finally get back with the others I had to speed a few hundred miles. I open the com link again.
:Where have you been?: Cade asks.
:I had to make a stop.: I say.
:Where at?: He asks.
:I need to get gas Cade.: I then shut it off.
