25. 7 Days of Hell

Ok, I know that I said that there will be no more past...but just this ONCE! It's REALLY important!!!

The Harsh Past

Author's POV

"Hello, Ms Kim,'' said the female psychologist who was sitting in the chair behind the table. "Please take a seat," She said again with a slight smile. "Thank you. What is it that you wanted to talk about, Dr Min?" She asked with curiosity. "Well as you know, we did many psychological tests on your son to find out what's actually wrong with him or is there even something wrong with him." "Yes, that's right." Ms Kim said. "The assessments that we did were personality tests, attitude tests for the Thurstone scale to identify his behaviour. Emotional intelligence test, intelligence test, a projective test which consisted of Rorschach inkblot test and house-tree-person test.

All of the tests were taken to identify his characteristic, perception, and personality. Because it's not usual for an 11-year-old boy to be hitting a dog with rocks to death." "Exactly, doctor! I have no idea what was in his mind." "His results are very surprising yet obvious. We've seen that your son is very manipulative, he shows a lack of remorse or you can say guilt. I am sure you would have also noticed that he shows a lack of emotions when emotional reactions are needed. He also lacks a serious amount of empathy. And you also said that he insulted one of his classmates extremely badly just for accidentally bumping into him."

"I am sorry to say this Ms Kim. But in conclusion, your son is showing strong and early signs of being a Psychopath."

"W-WHAT?! No! That's not possible. He's n-nice. He can't be." "I am sorry, but it's true, Ms Kim." "How can I prevent him from becoming an outcast?" "First of all, your son will not become an outcast just because he is a psycho, unless, you know, he does some harm to society. Another thing is that there are many programs for people like him to get help with their social and emotional interactive skills. I highly recommend that you send him to one of those from an early age. I have also heard that he likes to read books. So maybe getting some informative books will distract him from any other kinds of thoughts." "I will surely do that, Dr Min!"

"Ms Kim, you have to prevent him from becoming like those psychopaths, at all costs.

Because Kim Namjoon can also become a monster."

The Cruel Present

"Renowned cardiologist, Kim Namjoon has been missing for 6 days at this point. The police and detectives are all working hard to find him. But currently, there is no progress on where he could be. It has also come to be said by the chief detective, Park Chanyeol, that if there is no evidence to the case in under 15 days, then the case will be closed." Said the female reporter on the phone screen.

With that Yoongi puts his phone back in his pocket. "Ugh, these people are such useless shits. They can never get the job done and when they can't, they just give up!" Yoongi sighed. "Hyung calm down, people will think that you're a thug in a doctor's costume," Jungkook said. "I mean, if he wasn't a doctor, I swear he could have become one," Hobi said while chuckling. "Shut it, Hobi" Yoongi scoffed. "I really wish that we could find Hyung ourselves but unfortunately we are extremely busy," Taehyung said and they all agreed. Soon Hobi's phone rang and he picked it up. "Oh well, I gotta go to the ER, see y'all later!" "Bye," The others said.

As you already know, Namjoon is missing and stuff. And you even if you know why he is missing, do you know what he is currently doing? Bet you don't know, and if you do...you don't. Because I said so. Anyways, Jin is a man of his words and when he said that he will let Namjoon experience hell in 7 days, then Namjoon WILL experience hell in 7 days.

Now I welcome you to the '7 days of Hell' because I know that you want to know what has happened in these few days. Well, you shall worry not because I will tell you everything that you need to know.

Day 1

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

Well, day one was the day AFTER the day he got kidnapped. On the first day, it was basically just some brutal and generic beating. Nothing much in my opinion though. I think he got 4 hours of beating from a really strong and thorn-like whip on his back. 7 hours of beating with a white baseball bat so the blood is visible. And then 10 hours of normal beating with 15 minutes of breaks every 2 hours. Namjoon passed out 3 times in the whole process. But to Jin, it was no biggie. It was just the first day so he didn't want to go too harsh on the boy. Yup, Jin can go 20x more brutal than this.

Jin thought of also killing Namjoon's friends in front of him but the thing is that he knew that Namjoon didn't really care about them. Not when he finally found his Jin. I know, selfish indeed, but let's not talk about that. Namjoon even admitted to Jin about this, actually.

Day 2

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

The second day is when Jin was slightly more brutal, actually, I still don't think he was THAT brutal in my opinion. He brought Namjoon to a deserted Roman contest place. Like you know the circle stadium-like thing where the Romans had many types of brutal contests. Oh right, the Coliseum! Sorry I failed in history. Yeah, so Jin brought him to a place like that. Even I don't know how he found a place like that in these times and how he even got permission to go there. Sorry, I forgot that he is Kim Seokjin, so he doesn't NEED anyone's permission to do what he wants.

Anyways, so he brought Namjoon to the Coliseum and get this, he made hungry lions that haven't eaten for 7 days chase Namjoon! There were like 3 of them! Yo! Namjoon was extremely fatigued but Jin still did that, saying that Namjoon was chubbin up a little so he needed to exercise.

And let me tell you that Jin was having the time of his life while watching Namjoon frantically running away from the lions. He nearly died laughing his ass off. And Namjoon was in thick chains so it was really hard for him to run with it. But...when there are hungry lions behind you, ready to eat you whether you have dried blood all over you, you just gotta go man.

At the end of the day, when Jin was finally satisfied, he let his men throw a large amount of meat for the lions. And of course, Namjoon was taken back.

Day 3

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

On the third day, Jin took advantage of Namjoon's fears. You see, Namjoon had taphephobia, the fear of being buried alive. He had told Jin about that when they were still friends. Jin wanted to see if Namjoon still had a severe reaction to being buried alive. He wanted to not only torment Namjoon physically but mentally as well. Once the brain is affected, all the body parts follow along, whether it's mentally or physically.

And Namjoon had extreme reactions. Even he didn't expect that. Because it's been a while since he ever had this kind of reaction. His mind wasn't used to this feeling, so it's understandable why it was so extreme. He had like 2 panic attacks. Which is really concerning, but not to Jin.

Day 4

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

For this day, Jin threw Namjoon in a room filled with venomous and extremely dangerous snakes like king cobra, black mamba, saw-scaled viper, and more. Jin and Jimin really liked collecting dangerous and very wild animals, so it's not surprising they had these snakes.

To be honest, Namjoon nearly died that day, he nearly got beaten 5 times by the black mamba and nearly suffocated to death by 2 pythons. He was just really glad that he didn't die. Also, Jin's favourite snake is the saw-scaled viper, since it's the most dangerous and aggressive one.

Day 5

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

As I said before, Jin loved collecting wild and dangerous animals. So he decided to show Namjoon one of his favourites. He dumped him while he was sleeping into the water with his lovely yet deadly crocodiles. Namjoon luckily didn't get his hand bit off which still surprises me. But yeah, realistically, he got a lot of injuries and stuff. He also nearly lost his leg.

Day 6

⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴⇴

For the second to last day, Namjoon had to do something extreme. Jin decided to put Namjoon in a piranha tank. It was a basically cylindrical water tank in which the victim is dropped in. They are locked with chains and stuff. Above them is a tank of live piranhas, aka the mini sharks. You have 1 minute to open up the locks and free yourself from the chains. When you are free, the lid of the tank will open and you can get out. But if you are not able to open the locks in under 1 minute, then the piranhas are going to drop in your tank.

That's exactly what Namjoon had to do. Here's a secret though, as we all know, Jin loves Namjoon and can't let him die. So what he's gonna do is, if Namjoon is actually not able to open the locks then he will wait until he passes out, and then immediately get him out and revive him.

Jin wasn't only doing all of this just to teach Namjoon a lesson, but to also prepare him for future events.

The Night before Day 7

Jimin and Jin were sitting in their personal sky lounge with a glass of crimson wine in their hand. They were discussing some things about the next day. Jimin and Jin rarely got time to have a brotherly talk together, and when they did, they would spend the whole night together.

"How much more are you going to torment him? Uh no, a better question. With what are you going to torment him on the 7th day of Hell?" Jimin said after sipping his wine. "I am not going to torture him anymore. He has clearly learned his lesson. Jin replied. "But you said that you were going to show him hell in '7' days," Jimin said while making air quotations.

"Yeah and I am. Tomorrow is D-Day. I won't torture him, I will just snap him, aka bring his real self out. Do you think that I will really fall in love with a cute innocent boy that can never do anything cruel or brutal? Someone that is an angel? No! Because villains fall in love with villains." He gave out a sinister smirk and continued. "So that we can create chaos together and so that our reign can grow bigger.

Jimin chuckled. "So you're saying that you are going to make him a monster like us." Jin got up from his seat and slowly started going closer to his brother and leaning in. Jin was staring strongly at Jimin. "He is already a monster in the heart. But I will make him a monster that will be more loyal than a dog. I will make him sooo loyal that he will listen to nobody but..his master. Me...and only me."

Jimin smirked while looking at the night city through the wall-sized window and sipping his wine, completely ignoring Jin's intense stares. "Manipulative indeed. What do you mean by He is already a monster, though?" "When he was 11, he was diagnosed as a psychopath, just like us. His mother just prevented him from being his true self." By this point, Jin and Jimin were just a few inches apart from each other. Jin's arms were on both sides of his brother. Jimin also finally noticed how close Jin was but didn't have any reactions, since he was so used to these kinds of actions from Jin.

"First of all, ok, I get it. Second, are you explaining it to me or seducing me?" "If you weren't my brother then I would have already seduced you and made you mine. But unfortunately, you ARE my brother and I already love someone too much." With that Jin sat on Jimin's lap, putting his chin on Jimin's shoulder, and wrapping his legs around his waist. "Yeah, yeah, whatever." Jimin rolled his eyes because he heard that many times from Jin.

"By the way, do you wanna get drunk?"Jimin asked. "I do, but I don't want you to get drunk, cause I want you to take care of me" Jin pouted. "You know that I have a high tolerance of alcohol, right? So if you drink as much as me, you will be drunk as hell, but I will still be sober." "I also have a high tolerance, just not as good as yours." This time Jin rolled his eyes while getting up and going back to his seat. "Bring us the whole bottle!" Jimin said to the maid and was given the whole bottle.

"Also!" Jimin said to Jin who was pouring wine into his and Jimin's glass. "Tell me why you are going to burn down the palace. And how you are going to do that." "You missed the meeting didn't you?" "Yup," Jimin said and Jin began.

"There are three reasons" He lifts his fingers. "1, Because it's fun. 2, So I can provoke my monster even more. 3, because you taught me to take every situation as an opportunity in some ways." "Explain number 3," Jimin said. "Sure. Some people that we used to trust are coming to the masquerade. They didn't know that we were the organisers so they didn't reject the invitation. The thing is that I want them to burn in the same way that they burned our trust. I have also found a fun way to do it." "What is it?"

"Before the masquerade begins, we will let our men spray oil inside the palace, in each corner. An hour before the burning we will let a pesticide jet spray oil all around the palace and the forest that surrounds it so that if anyone tries to run, there will be no escape. We will also leave first, no one will notice us though. Then before we leave we will set the fire in the entrance garden and leave without any harm. The fire will start spreading in a way that when the people inside notice, it would have already been too late. And just then, all the exits will be strongly sealed.

"That's an extremely great plan. Do all the people in the guest have a criminal record?" "Yup! They all do. A lot of people there are going to be celebrities that have done a lot of dirty shit. Like, murder, rape, sexual assault, abuse, drug-dealing, human trafficking, child trafficking, and more.

"I see. Tomorrow is going to be a delight, isn't it?" Jimin said. "It is!" "cheers?" Jimin said while raising his glass. Jin also raised his glass and clinked it with Jimin's.

"Cheers!"

This book is making me concerned about my sanity and imagination.
