A older girl is reading to her younger sister as she lies down on the bed, under the covers.
"She went along very well till she came to a steep hill. But then, no matter how hard she tried..." the older girl read the story doing the action along with the words.

"The end" she finished as she went and closes the book.

"What a wonderful story!" the little girl said with a smile.
"Alright, Dove. Time for bed" the oldest sister said and stood up as she place the book down with the other ones.
"Here you go" she said and handed the teddy bear to her younger sister.
"Thank you" the girl thanked her older sister as she tug her in.
"When I grow up, I want to help people. Just like in the story" the girl tells her older sister before she yawns
The older girl smiles and kiss the youngest on the forehead.

"Here you go"

Two plates are place down on the wooden table, in front of Fenris and Alex.
Fenris stares down at the toast in confusion, wondering what it is.
"It's toast" Sarah told Fenris and he hesitated for a moment...befor he pick up one of the slices in his hand.
Fenris look at the toast for a moment before he went and took a bit of the bread.

Suddenly...

Fenris went and quickly ate the whole two slides instantly like a hungry horse.

"There's your answer" Sarah tells Alex with a smile and he nodded his head before started to eat his breakfast as well.
"Morning" Christopher greeted as he entered.

Christopher gave Sarah a kiss on the lips.
"Human food are so delirious!" Fenris declared with a grim as Christopher went to pour himself a cup of coffee.

Sarah took the plate off of Fenris and went to do some more toasts for him.
"What was that red thing spread across the toast?" Fenris asked in confusion.
"Strawberry jam" Christopher tells him.
"Strawberry jam" Fenris repeated.
"Don't you have any of this food where you come from?" Alex ask Fenris.
"No. In my world, you hunt for food" Fenris stated.
Christopher then noticed someone missing, "Where's Maria?" he asked.

"She's downstairs in the gym"

Maria is dress up in some gym clothes, punching back

Maria is constantly punching the bag until, Slam!...Thud!
The punching bag is lying down on the floor as Maria picked up a towel and wipe her forehead of the sweat.

"What did that punching bag do to you?" Christopher sarcastically asked entering the room as Maria sip her drink from a bottle.
"Everything" Maria answered with a huff and put down the bottle.
Goes over to where the punching bag is, "Well after you done your morning exercise. Can you come to the living room? I like to have a chat with all of you" Christopher tells her.

"I'm here"

Maria entered the room, "So what did you want to talked to all of us about?" she questioned.
"Every year on this day we get invited to a little get together along with other people to a family gathering" Christopher said.
"A family gathering?" Fenris said in confusion, haven't heard of it.
"It's a social event where all members of a family meet together at one place" Sarah explains to him.
"So who's the family?" Alex asked.
"The Roger family" Christopher stated, making Maria froze and eyes widened before she turns to look at him.
"My family?" Maria said, making sure she has heard him right and Christopher nodded his head.
"How do you know my family? I never met any of the Starks family...instead Howard Stark Senior" Maria said to him.
"When my parents were still alive, they were friends with your relatives. Invited to the family gathering every year on the same day along with me and my older brother. I know the Starks are rich and famous, but we are human. When my parents got involved in a accident and died, the Rogers attended their funeral. I been going to the family gathering ever since "Christopher explained.

"Wait a minute"

"Did you know who I was before meeting me and knowing my story?" Maria questioned.
"Before even looking at your file, no. No I didn't. I never knew who are you" Christopher answered truthfully.
"But I do remember hearing your name" Christopher stated.
"Not many of my relatives knew what happen to me. The last time I saw any of them was my sister, Margaret" Maria tells them.

Margaret is walking down through the streets, carrying bags of shopping.

Then suddenly...

Margaret is attacked by a mugger who's trying to steal her things.
"Stop! Let go!" she exclaimed.
When the mugger has stolen the woman bag, he immediately turns around and ran away from Margaret.

"Hey! That's my bag!"

Punch!

The man stumbled before he went and falls backwards.

Thud!

Margaret was running on over to the unconscious man, but stopped.
She sees someone standing over the man, crouching down to him.
The person stands up and turns, held out her handbag to the woman.
"Thank you" Margaret thanked the person and they nodded their head before walking away.

"Wait?!

"Who are you?" Margaret called and the person stay still for a moment...before turning around.

"Ace?"

*Rogers Residence*

The car pulled up, parked outside a house among the crowd of cars.
Maria eyes widened in shock and surprise, "Oh my God!"
The engine are turn off as...Door Open
The five gets out of the car and Door Close
"You grew up here?" Alex ask Maria.
"It was my childhood home" Maria tells him.
"The last time I was here, was the day I ran away from home" Maria stated.
"When you gain your powers?" Christopher asked and Maria nods her head.
"I can't believe it's still standing. After all this time" Maria comment in disbelief and turns to look at him.
"Who lives here currently?" Maria ask him with curiosity.
"Your sister, Maraget" Christopher announced and Maria froze.
"S-She's alive?" Maria said in shock and surprise, making sure she has heard right.
"Still alive and kicking" Christopher confirms with a nod of his heaf as he leads them towards the house.

"I better go and see who it is" a woman said to a man before walking away towards the open door.

She entered the hallway and walked up to the front door.

On the other side of the door are Christopher, Sarah, Maria, Alex and Fenris.
Jessica immediately recognise two of the five and smiled.
"Christopher. Sarah" she said.
"Hello Jessica" Sarah greeted as the two women hugged each other.
"Hi Jessica" Christopher greeted as he did the same and hugged the woman.
"Are we late?" Christopher asked as Jessica step to the side, allowing the five to enter the house.
"You're not" Jessica tells him.
"Anyway we have brought a present for Maraget" Christopher stated as he held up a wrap up box to the woman.
"You shouldn't have. Thank you" Jessica tells him with a smile back and accepted the present.

Then...

Jessica noticed the others presence, "Who are you?" she ask the two of them.
"These are our friends Emma, Fenris and Alex. This is Jessica Rogers" Sarah introduce each other.
"I'm sorry. We should have rang..." Christopher started to say.
"It's alright. Don't worry about it" Jessica replied.

John was chatting to some people as Jessica leads the five into the room, carrying a present in her hand.
"I will be right back" John tells them before walking away.
"Hi honey" John greeted Jessica and kiss his wife on the lips.
"Hi John" Christopher greet the man as the two shook hands.
"Nice to see you have turn up" John said with a chukle
"Sure have" Christopher tells him back.
"Hi Sarah" John greeted her.
"Hello John" Sarah said back and the two hug each other.
"John. These are Christopher and Sarah friends" Jessica tells him, gesturing to the three standing there.
"I hope we are not intruded" Maria said to him.
"It's not a problem. Any friends of Christopher and Sarah are our friends as well" John tells her back.
"I better go and put this present with the others" Jessica said and gave John a quick peck on the lips before walking away.
"I'm sorry. I didn't catch any of your names" John said as Christopher and Sarah has left as well.
"I'm Emma. This is Alex, and this is Fenris" Maria said.
"I'm John, Jessica husband" he said back.
"Make yourselves at home you three. There are some drinks and snacks in the kitchen, alcohol and non-alcohol of course. Enjoy" John told the three with a grin before leaving them to chat to some other people.

"What happens now?" Fenris asked, wondering what to do next and Maria turns around to face the two.
"Just be social and chat to some people. Remember to act human like we have pratice and both of you will do fine" Maria tells them.
"Who are these people?" Alex questioned.
"Some of these people are my relatives. Along with friends they have invited to the gathering" Maria stated.
"There are sure a lot of people here. I hope I don't accidentally turn into my...form" Fenris said in fear and concern.
"Don't worry, Fenris. If you ever fellow uncomfortable, you can go outside and cool off" Maria said to him and he nodded his head.

"Sarah, I got something to tell you" Jessica started to say as she and her are sitting down together.
"What is it?" Sarah asked.
"I'm pregnancy!" Jessica announced, making Sarah smile.
"Congratulate" Sarah tells her as the two woman hugged.
"Have you told John?" Sarah asked and Jessica nodded her head with a smile.

"Why is it so hard to socially?" Alex asked as he and Fenris are standing at corner in the room.
"I have never talk to a group of humans before. Only you guys" Fenris said.
"I'm not so comfortable with talking to people. Never was" Alex told him.
"I leavly bit someone for talking too much" Fenris said back.

The man turns around to see Maria standing there, "Where's the bathroom?" she asked.

Maria went up the stairs to the upper floor and was about to go to the bathroom till...
She stops as the girl looks and recognise one of the doors in the hallway.

Maria entered the room as she immediately recognised it as Margaret.
Still looks the same as the last time Maria was here but things had been added to it.
She went and explores the room until her eyes landed on a row of photographs.
Maria went over and look at each of the photographs.
The first one was of the four of them...her family taken before and during World War Two.
Each photos Maria look at goes through the years of Margaret life.
When she was a child...teenage years...adult hood...so on...so for...
Maria knew she had missed some of her sister life.
At the beginning Maria did visit Margaret, but it became shorter and shorter until...the visits stop!
Maria noticed a picture on the bedside table, next to the double bed and goes over to it.
She went and pick it up, seeing in her hand a picture of her and Margaret when they were younger.

*Apartment*
"Do you have to leave!"

"I have to, Margaret" Maria replied as she's packing her things into a rugsack.
"But why? Why do you have to leave?" Margaret ask her older sister.
"There are very bad people looking for me, Margaret. I'm not save here" Maria told her sister.
"Neither am I" Margaret retort.
"Don't argue, Margaret. If I stay here than you are in danger because of me and I won't let that happen to you. I need to move far away as I can from here and hopefully find a new location to stay at" Maria said.
"Right. All set" Maria said as she close her rugsack and grab it off from the bed.
Margaret went and hug her older sister, "Please don't go!" she plead.
"I have to Margaret" Maria told her sister as she hug back.
"Why does it have to be now! Why?!" Margaret exclaimed with tears going down her face.

"I know...I know..."

"Here" Margaret said and took out something from her pocket, a locket.
"What is this?" Maria asked as she gently took the locket and look at it.
"Something to remember me by" Margaret stated as Maria went and open the locket.
On the left is a photo of the family and the other one is the sisters.
Maria went and hug her sister which Margaret does in return.

Maria is staring at the photograph in her hand with a smile on her face.

"Excuse me. What are you doing in my bedroom?"

Maria froze and slowly turns around to see...older sister Margaret.

Standing in front of the elderly woman is..."M-Maria?"
"Is that really you?" she ask Maria, making sure that she's actually seeing her older sister in front of her.
"I'm here, Margaret" Maria confirm and the older woman smiles before she came over.
Margaret went and hug Maria, Sobbing
Tears of happiness and joy as her sister hug Margaret back, "I'm not dreaming..." Margaret started to say and looked at her.
"Am I?" Margaret asked and Maria shake her head.
The two sister hug for a moment, for all of the time Maria and Margaret haven't seen each other.
Once the two of them were done, Maria and Margaret let go of each other as the sisters stared at each other.

"It has been a long time hasn't it, Ace?" Margaret stated as the sisters are sitting down on the bed.
"Sure has, Dove. My pure hearted sister" Maria said back with a smile.
"Wow, Margaret! You sure have grown up" she stated.

"You still look the same" Margaret said to the sister.
"Well I have changed my appearance and name many times" Maria stated as she rub the back of her head.
"But you still look the same to me in my eyes" Margaret told her.
"How did you recognise me? Because I definitely don't look the same as last time?" Maria questioned.
"You may have changed your name and your appearance, you still look like the same Maria to me" Margaret tells her.

"So..."

"I see you have been very busy since the last time I saw you" Maria pointed out.
"I have to say the same thing about you" Margaret said back.
"How do you know Christopher and Sarah?" she ask her sister.

"Wow!"

"So you are part of a project now?" Margaret said in amaze.
"Me neither. To be honest, I was the same as you" Maria tells her back.
"The first time I think I really trusted someone would be Alex" she stated, honestly.
"One of the young men I heard came to this gathering with you all?" Margaret asked and Maria nodded her head.
"The last time you trusted people..." Margaret started to say.

"Come in" Margaret called.

Jessica entered and straight away noticed Margaret has company.
"Oh sorry. Should I..." Jessica began to say.
"It's alright, Jessica" Margaret assures her.
"Now, what is it?" she asked.
"I just wanted to tell you that it's time to come downstairs and open the presents" Jessica told her.

They are sitting down around the room as Margaret is opening her presents.
She smiles and thank the person who gave her the present each.
Maria noticed a girl looking around her age or maybe younger leaving the room.

Maria exited the house to see the girl still sitting on the steps, looking across at the street.

"Excuse me"

"May I sit next to you?" Maria asked and the girl nods her head.
"So, what are you doing out here instead of being inside?" Maria asked as she sat down next to the girl.
"I wanted some fresh air. Plus the stars are so beautiful at night" the girl answered.

"They sure are" Maria agree with the girl there.
"I never seen you at the family gathering before" the girl pointed out.
"It's my first time coming to this. I was invited by Christopher" Maria stated.

Gasp!

The girl eyes widened, "You know the great Christopher Stark?" she ask Maria in shock.
"He's my friend" Maria answered.
"He's a genius! CEO of his very own company from scratch created advance technology beyond anything anyone can imagine" h girl, stated, eyes filled with amazement and happiness.
"So you idol him?" Maria asked, noticing a positive vibe coming from the girl.
"Sure do. He's my role model" the girl confessed with a smile.

"I just realise something"

"I feel very rude. I haven't asked for your name" the girl, realising this.
"Emma" she told the girl.
"My name Ella, Ella Rogers" the girl introduce herself to Maria with a smile.
Maria eyes widened a bit, but quickly hid this from the girl and has a normal expression on her face.
"So how exactly are you relation to Margaret?" Maria ask her.
"She's my great grandmother" Ella informs her.
"I see" Maria replied with a nod of head, seeing in front of her...a great niece!

"Ellie"

The two turns around to see John standing there, "There you are"
"The candle lying is about to start soon" John told Ella and her eyes widened.
Ella immediately went and stood up, saying excuse me before walking back inside.

"The candle liting?" Maria said as she stood up from the step and he nodded his head.
"Yeah. It traditional at the end of the family gathering to lit candles into the night sky" John stated.
"You coming?" he ask her.
"I will there in a minute" Maria tells him and he nods his head before heading back inside into the house.

Ella walks past Alex as John entered the house.
"Excuse me, have you seen Emma?" Alex asks him.

"I just met a family member of mine just now. Before you came outside to find me" Maria stated.

"Did you see a girl coming back into the house?" Maria ask him back.
"Yes" Alex confirm with a nod of his head.

People are standing outside, holding a lit candle each in their hands.

"I like to thank everyone for coming to this family gathering"

"I see all around me family members, friends and acquietances" John said.
"Today, on this very day, was the very day that a sudden family member...disappeared from our lives" Jessica stated.
Maria froze as Christopher, Sarah, Alex and Fenris notice this.
"Her name is Maria Rogers..." John started to say and turns to Margaret sitting down in a chair.
"my grandma sister" he stated.
"From my very memories I remember my sister as kind and honest spirit. Courage and intolerant towards justice, standing up for what she believes in. Having compassion for the innocent along with being brave and strong" Margaret told them all.
"She disappeared from our family all those years ago. Some say she ran away from home, while other thoughts the girl went missing. Till this day we don't know where she is or if she's alive. The case was dropped by the police, and became cold to this day" John explained.
"I wonder what the family would think or say if they knew you were alive" Christopher whispers to Maria.

"I'm not sure. They may think I'm a imposter who pretending to be Margaret sister and want her money or something" Maria whispered.
"In honour of Maria Rogers. We lit candles on this day so that it will guide her home safety and see each other once more" Jessica stated.
Tears started to form in Maria eyes as each person held their candles up into the air.
"Maria, my sister. Please come home safe and sound. I miss you, we all do" Margaret plead with tears in her eyes.
Maria looked at her sister as John went and comfort the woman.

Eveyone has left the backyard as Maria is still standing in the same spot.

"I heard your thought during it" Christopher stafed as the man went up to stand next To Maria.
"Want to talk about it?" Christopher said to her.
"I feel...so guilty and selfish right now" Maria tells him and became confusion.

"For leaving Margaret" Maria answered.
"When I went to these family gatherings for your family every year, there are always one thing in my mind" Christopher stated.
"What happened to Maria Rogers" Christopher said and it made Maria turn to look at him.
Chrisopher look at her as well and the two glare at one another.
"Why doesn't no one know what really happen to you?" Christopher said to Maria and she looked down, avoiding eye contact.
"Because I told Margaret not to tell anyone" Maria admitted and looked up.
"After the war, after everything that has happened back there, me and my sister still met up with one another. Margaret knows my secret, Christopher. Of what I am and what has happened to me since the day I ran away from home" Maria told him.
"Why did you run away from home?" Christopher asked.
"After the accident, I thought...it was all a dream. That it didn't happened, an illusion. I went home and acted like nothing has happened at all. But...I...I discovered that I have powers, abilities I had gained after being involved in that accident. I couldn't stay at home. I didn't want my family involved in my problems so I left. I lived on the streets, in the shadows before meeting that scientist that change my life" Maria explains to Chrisopher.
"How did you know my grandfather?" he asks her.
"He was a friend to the scientist, and knew all about me. The two of them were part of the project I was in" Maria stated.
"My powers aren't from this world, Christopher" Maria told him.
"When I read you were hit by a comet, I knew it wasn't a simple rock" Christopher said.
"No one ever found that comet that crashes back then. No one ever reported it or discovered it themselves" Maria tells him.
"What if what was in that comet transforms itself into you and disappear all together" Christopher suggested.
"They suggested that as well" Maria told him back.
"We never could find out where they came from. Since then, our knowledge was limited" Maria stated shaking her head.
"All I could remember on that, was seeing that comet before losing conscious. The next time I woke up and found myself on the ground, not knowing what happen to me" Maria tells him.
"Don't worry Maria. I will find out what that comet was, and why has this ever happened to you. To do everything in my power to do so. I promise" Christopher said to her.
"I only did so to protect my family" Maria said.
"I know" Christopher tells her back.

Christopher, Sarah and Maria entered the room to see the Rogers family.
Plus Alex and Fenris, "Glad the two of you could join us" John said.
"What is this all about? To ask us to join you all" Christopher questioned.
"I only wanted my family and closer people to hear what I am about to say" Margaret stated.
"Listen to me very carefully, all of you. Whenever is said in this room, must be kept secret and not tell anyone, not any soul" Margaret said.
"What is it, Margaret?" Jessica asked.
"Maria Roger...is very much alive" Margaret announced.

"But you told me that you don't know what happened to your sister" John reminded her.
"I know I did" Margaret replied with a nod of her head.
"But it was a lie" she admitted.

"What happen to her?" "Where is she?" "Did she runaway?"

"I can answer your questions" Maraget assures them all.
"A long time ago Maria did run away from home, but not the reason you would be thinking of. Maria was involved in a accident which changed her...forever. The next time I met her when she saved my life one day. I asked her where she has been all this time and why she ran away from home. Maria explains to me that she's not the same person as before. She was definitely different, and showed me how. We met each other many and many times, but one day...Maria had to leave, explaining to me there was very bad people after her. I didn't want her to leave, but Maria told me it's to protect me and the family. And that was the last time I saw her" Maraget tells every one of them a story.

"So how do you know she still alive?"

"I'm sorry to bring this up, but you haven't seen your sister since than"

"How do you know grandma that she's alive?" Ellie asked.
"Because..." Margaret started to say with a smile.
"She's in this very room" she confessed, looking in a direction and everyone in the room turns around to see...Maria!

"I am" Maria confirm with a nod of her head and everyone look at one another.
"I'm very sorry for telling anyone who I was, or where I am" Maria apologies.

"How are you so young?" "You should be older than you should look"

"I'm different" Maria stated and everyone look at her in confusion.
"Maria. You should show them what you can do. Only if you trust the people in this very room, like your sister" Christopher said.

Then suddenly...

The green tattoos began to form on Maria body, "What's going on?" "What is it?"
When the tattoo finishing appearing, Maria went and open her green eyes.
"This is who I am now" Maria announced as everyone is staring at her in shock and surprise.

Maria instantly disappeared, only to reappeared in front of the person.

"Me and Christopher met by chance, by fate. He was the one who discovered and found me first. He's the second person I have place my trust and secret to" Maria tells her.
"Alex" Maraget said and he stood up before walking over to her.
He kneel down in her level, "You must be Alex" Margaret said and he nods his head.
"Show me your true self" Margaret requested and his eyes widened, looking around at the other.
"Alex, it's okay. I trust my sister" Maria assures him.
He looked back at Margaret before Alex appearance change into...a humanoid snake right in front of her eyes.
Margaret smiled, "So this is your true self" she states.
"Well almost my true self. Half human and snake" Alex tells her.

"And don't worry, your secret is safe with us" John assured as he has his arms around his wife waist.
"Where's Ella?" Sarah asked, noticing the girl not here.
"I'm not sure. I hasn't seen her since she storm out" Jessica replied.

"I think I know where she is"

Ella's sitting down on the step, staring at the night sky.

"I knew you would be here" Maria said as she came on over.
"I wanted some time alone" Ella stated, still looking up as Maria sat down beside her.
"Or away from me" Maria added and Ella instantly turns to her.

"I just shocked that I am speaking to my aunt! Well, great aunt!" Ella told Maria, truthfully.

"I'm sorry that your family didn't know" Maria apologies.
"What happened? Why did you leave?" Ella asked.
"It was like your grandma said. Bad people were after me after the war. I wanted to protect my family so much and didn't want them in danger. So I left and travel around the place. But I did keep in contact...until I couldn't anymore" Maria explained.
"If you wanted to keep them safe and not be in their life, why are you here now? Won't they attack, kidnap or hurt us?" Ellie questioned, confuse.
"Because I didn't want to stay in hiding" Maria answered and turn her head to the girl.
"I want to help people again and save lives. I wanted to see my family again and live" Maria said to Ella.

Christopher, Sarah, Alex and Fenris are standing by the car as the girls are saying their goodbyes to each other.
"Will you visit again?" Ella ask Maria as the two let of each other after hugging.
"I will come and visit when I get the chance. And you are allowing to visit us as well at the mansion. If your parents allow it" Maria told Ella.
