"Yeah you found me" Tony replied cheekily with a smile, holding his hands up.

"Serving subpoenas" she stated as the Marshall went and open her handbag up.

The woman puts her hand in and pulls out an envelope.
She held it out towards him, but Tony doesn't take the envelope.
Tony simply just glances at it before turning to the front.
Nathan reaches over, "He doesn't like to be handed things" Katherine told the woman.

Leaving the Marshall, Christopher and Sarah there on their own.

"I see" she replied with a nod of her head.
"Anyway I better get going. I have done my job and need to be elsewhere" the Marshall said.
"And we better get going as well. Back home. Marshall" Christopher tells her back as he turns and walk past the woman.
"Excuse me" Sarah said before she went to catch up with Christopher.

"Will you be attending the hearing as well, Mr Stark?"

Making Christopher stop walking and turned to look back at the Marshall.

"I will start mapping the flight plan and call in the emergency pilot" Nathan started began to say as he, Katherine and Tony entered the room.
"We'll need to take off by three thirty AM at the latest" Nathan stated.
"I'm going to start packing while you two talk this out" Katherine said with a smile and left the men alone, going into another room.
Nathan look over at Tony who's pulling a face, Sigh
"Or we could fly tonight" Nathan said.

"Then you need to be ready to go in the next thirty minutes" Nathan tells him.

The man headed over to his bedroom, "I'm serious, Tony" Nathan called as he went to follow after him.
