Into the river
"What was that?" Heather asked him.
"What was what?" He countered, pretending to be oblivious.
"That thing you threw to the water." Heather examined the look on his face.
"I don't know what you mean." He looked to the side.
"You just threw it. I saw you." She shouted.
"Oh, that, it doesn't matter." Quin rolled his eyes as he turned his back from her.
"How can you say that? You can't throw garbage into the river."
"It wasn't garbage." Quin retorted.
"What was it then?" She asked, frankly he wasn't in the mood to give any explanations.
"Why do you care anyway?" Quin gritted his teeth.
"It's our job to save the environment, have you forgotten that most of our oceans are contaminated by garbage!" Heather berated him and he was running out of time.
Quin grabbed her by the collar of her shirt and pushed her into the river.
Maybe that'll help her cool off, if the chemical that got thrown into the river doesn't kill her first.
"If you love nature so much, let her save you." Quin abandoned the park, he had bigger fish to fry.
