As the waves crashed
Drama
As the waves crashed against the rocks, Sarah sat atop the cliff, her mind finally at peace. She had always found solace in the tumultuous ocean, and on this stormy day, it was no different. The howling wind and the pounding rain were a reminder that even in the darkest of times, beauty and tranquility could be found.

Sarah closed her eyes and felt peace, the howling wind was a soothing serenade. The pounding rain washed away her sorrows, her doubts, and cleansed her soul. Even in the darkest hour, the tidal wave from below subsided. Once Sarah's eyes opened she saw the horizon, then down at the rocks.
She didn't expect to see a body on one of the rocks. Sarah's viridian eyes bulged at the sight of a woman's body drown, she quickly jumped off the cliff and dove into the ocean to rescue her.
Underwater, Sarah swam to catch to the woman's bobbing head, she reached for the woman's limp arm and tugged gently. Her heart ached when the woman did not respond as expected. Sarah began swimming back to shore.
The woman had been brought to the ship, Sarah's pet wolf, Rocky had been sniffing the unconscious woman for a while.
Cookie brought the tray full of biscuits to the dining room table and set them on the plate before setting up the water pitcher. "Are you sure she'll wake up?" she asked.
"Yes, but I'm worried about her condition," said Sarah Dreamstead.
"How did she crash on the rocks? From what you told me, you found her drowning below the cliff." Cookie asked her.
"I don't know, she wasn't responding or breathing. She was completely still," said Sarah. Cookie poured herself a cup of tea and sat down.
"Maybe some sort of trauma or illness has struck. Perhaps a stroke. Or pneumonia. You should go to her and get more information out of her," Cookie suggested.
"I will in due time. Right now, she needs my help. And I must find someone with experience treating people who fall into the sea like this. It's imperative that I discover what happened here and figure out what to do. I can only stay afloat until morning to get some answers," said Sarah.
Eimy had felt that something was wrong, she felt in the pit of her stomach. It had only been the 2nd day of the Gladatorium Tryout and there was something very off-putting with the way the tournament was going.
When she found out about those shapeshifting teenagers being capable of imitating their opponents, she turned pale at the sight of her brother not being her brother at all. One of the shapeshifters impersonating as Faim reverted back to his original form.
"How was it?" One of the shapeshifters asked his siblings.
"Not bad," one of his sisters commented, "but you have to ditch the Scottish accent."
"Eh! This is who I am, lassie! And I ain't changing for anybody!"
"Crystal is right though, we can't risk getting caught. Especially now that the Emperor has our father in his control." The eldest out of the siblings stated.
"So what?! We didn't come here for a family reunion with that louse. We're here to have some fun! So which one of you are going to fight? I for one call dibs on the blonde dunderhead." The shapeshifter with a strong Scottish accent affirmed, punching his palm with a fiery glint in his eyes.
"Settle down, Glasgow. We need to be sure none of his friends are nearby." Another shapeshifter said.
"Like that hunky bodybuilder." The effeminate shapeshifter hinted, not bothering to hide his attraction towards the older male.
"Or that arrogant woman." Crystal shapeshifted to look like Dirlu, jokingly batting her eyelashes and fanning herself.
"I call dibs on the cat girl." The younger sister stated before she shapeshifted to look like Mewmi in her cat form before fake Dirlu petted fake Mewmi.
"Guess I'll take on the blue dude then." The introvert out of the shapeshifting siblings responded with the same blank expression on his face.
Eimy turned away, and turned her heel to run and find Faim but was stopped by a fat, red-haired man, grabbing her by the neck.
Eimy woke up, terrified. She was on a bed, inside of a ship, she recognized the swaying motion of a ship sailing from the time she was held captive by a pirate whom she didn't want to recall.
The howling of the lycan alerted the owners of the ship, which were apparently two women.
"Who are you?" Eimy asked, eyeing them cautiously.
"My name is Jasmine Daystone, but everyone calls me Cookie," the stunning red-haired woman introduced herself before motioning her hand towards the captain, "and she's my captain, Sarah." Sarah approached the woman.
"Don't worry, you're safe here." Sarah assured her, though Eimy was somewhat skeptic so she stood up and eyed her surroundings before responding.
"Eimy."
